에이루트는 리사이클링 전문 자회사 에이루트에코가 충남 서산시 소재 자원순환플랜트 1공장 준공식을 성황리에 개최했다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 준공식에는 서산시 관계자는 물론 ▲임오경 국회의원 ▲이정섭 전 환경부 차관 ▲볼프강 코스팅거 주한 오스트리아 대사관 무역대표부 상무참사관 ▲SK에코플랜트 고문 김경호 박사 ▲김석완 한국폐기물자원순환학회 회장 ▲조주현 환경산업기술원 환경산업처장 등 국내외 주요 인사 및 리사이클링 분야 전문가들이 대거 참석했다.
또 독일 저마(Zerma)를 비롯해 오스트리아 컴텍(Komptech)과 빈더(Binder)의 주요 임직원들도 참여해 에이루트에코와 협력 관계를 공고히 했다. 3사는 리사이클링 산업에 최적화된 첨단 장비를 제조하고 있으며, 글로벌 시장에 장비를 공급 중이다.
에이루트에코는 유럽 리사이클링 설비 전문업체들과 협력해 세계 최고 수준의 설비를 적용해 서산 플랜트를 구축했다. 서산 자원순환플랜트는 부지가 약 2만제곱미터(약 6200평) 규모에 달하며, 1공장에서만 연간 7만5000톤(t) 이상의 폐합성수지를 재활용할 수 있다. 에이루트에코는 향후 2, 3공장으로 CAPA(생산능력)를 점차 확대할 계획이다.
에이루트에코는 올해부터 본격적으로 리사이클링 사업 매출 극대화에 나설 방침이다. 지난달 준공과 동시에 이미 설비 가동을 시작했다. 플랜트가 대산 석유화학단지와 수도권 지역과 가깝다는 지리적 이점을 활용해 원재료를 안정적으로 확보한 후 건설자재 기업 등에 연료를 공급할 예정이라고 회사 측은 설명했다.
에이루트 관계자는 “글로벌 시장 선도 기업들과의 협력을 통해 세계 최고 수준의 리사이클링 설비 및 아시아 최고 수준의 자동화 설비를 갖춘 자원순환플랜트를 준공할 수 있었다”며 “에이루트에코의 서산 플랜트는 대규모 설비와 첨단 자동화 기술로 생산성과 수율을 극대화했다는 점에서 국내를 넘어 전 세계에서 주목받고 있는 차세대 자원순환플랜트”라고 말했다.
이어 “글로벌 리사이클링 시장이 빠르게 성장하고 있는 가운데, 지속 가능한 자원순환 생태계를 구축하기 위해서는 대규모 자동화를 통한 비용 절감이 핵심 요소”라며 “앞으로도 국내외 기업과 협력을 강화하고 기술 및 설비 투자를 지속해 글로벌 리사이클링 선도 기업으로 도약할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.

Aerut Completes Resource Circulation Plant for Entry into Global Recycling Market
Aerut announced on the 6th that its recycling specialist subsidiary Aerut Eco successfully held the completion ceremony for the first resource circulation plant located in Seosan-si, South Chungcheong Province.
This completion ceremony was attended by Seosan City officials, as well as ▲ Assemblyman Lim Oh-kyung ▲ Former Vice Minister of Environment Lee Jeong-seop ▲ Wolfgang Kostinger, Commercial Counsellor at the Austrian Embassy in Korea ▲ SK Ecoplant Advisor Dr. Kim Gyeong-ho ▲ President Kim Seok-wan of the Korean Society for Waste Management ▲ Director Cho Joo-hyun of the Environmental Industry Department at the Environmental Industry & Technology Institute, and other key figures and experts in the recycling field from Korea and abroad.
In addition, key executives from Germany’s Zerma, Austria’s Komptech and Binder also participated to solidify their partnership with Eirut Eco. The three companies manufacture cutting-edge equipment optimized for the recycling industry and supply equipment to the global market.
Aerut Eco has built the Seosan plant by applying world-class facilities in cooperation with European recycling facility specialists. The Seosan Resource Recycling Plant has a site area of approximately 20,000 square meters (approximately 6,200 pyeong), and can recycle over 75,000 tons (t) of waste synthetic resin annually in just Plant 1. Aerut Eco plans to gradually expand CAPA (production capacity) to Plants 2 and 3 in the future.
Aerut Eco plans to fully maximize its recycling business sales starting this year. It has already started operating its facilities since its completion last month. The company explained that it will secure a stable supply of raw materials by taking advantage of the plant’s geographic proximity to the Daesan Petrochemical Complex and the metropolitan area, and then supply fuel to construction material companies.
An Aerut official said, “Through collaboration with leading global companies, we were able to complete a resource circulation plant equipped with world-class recycling facilities and Asia’s highest level of automation facilities,” adding, “Aerut Eco’s Seosan plant is a next-generation resource circulation plant that is attracting attention not only domestically but also around the world as it maximizes productivity and yield with large-scale facilities and advanced automation technology.”
He continued, “As the global recycling market is growing rapidly, cost reduction through large-scale automation is a key element in establishing a sustainable resource circulation ecosystem.” He added, “We will continue to strengthen cooperation with domestic and foreign companies and invest in technology and facilities to become a leading global recycling company.”

エイルートエコは欧州リサイクリング設備専門業者と協力して世界最高水準の設備を適用して西山プラントを構築した。西山資源循環プラントは敷地が約2万平方メートル（約6200坪）規模に達し、1工場で年間7万5000トン（t）以上の閉合成樹脂をリサイクルすることができる。エイルートエコは今後2、3工場でCAPA（生産能力）を徐々に拡大する計画だ。
エイルートエコは今年から本格的にリサイクル事業の売上を最大化する方針だ。先月竣工と同時に既に設備稼働を始めた。プラントが大山石油化学団地と首都圏地域に近いという地理的利点を活用して原材料を安定的に確保した後、建設資材企業などに燃料を供給する予定だと会社側は説明した。
エイルート関係者は「グローバル市場の先導企業との協力により、世界最高水準のリサイクリング設備及びアジア最高水準の自動化設備を備えた資源循環プラントを竣工することができた」とし、「エイルートエコの西山プラントは大規模設備と先端自動化技術で生産性と歩留まりを極大化と言った。
続いて「グローバルリサイクリング市場が急速に成長している中、持続可能な資源循環生態系を構築するためには大規模自動化によるコスト削減が重要な要素」とし「今後も国内外企業と協力を強化し、技術および設備投資を継続してグローバルリサイクリング大手企業に跳躍するだろう」と付け加えた。

Aerut 完成资源循环工厂建设，进军全球回收市场
Aerut株式会社6日宣布，其回收专业子公司Aerut Eco成功举行了位于忠清南道瑞山市的首个资源循环工厂的竣工仪式。

Airut Eco 与欧洲回收设施专家合作，采用世界一流的设施建造了瑞山工厂。瑞山资源回收工厂占地面积约2万平方米（约6200坪），仅一个工厂每年就可回收7.5万吨以上的废合成树脂。 Airut Eco计划未来逐步将CAPA（生产能力）扩大至第二和第三工厂。
Aerut Eco 计划今年开始认真实现回收业务的销售额最大化。该设施上个月竣工后就已开始运营。该公司解释称，该工厂将利用靠近大山石油化学联合体和首都圈的地理位置，确保原材料的稳定供应，并向建筑材料公司供应燃料。

Aerut achève la construction d'une usine de recyclage de ressources pour entrer sur le marché mondial du recyclage
Aerut a annoncé le 6 que sa filiale spécialisée dans le recyclage, Aerut Eco, avait organisé avec succès la cérémonie d'achèvement de la première usine de circulation de ressources située à Seosan-si, dans la province du Chungcheong du Sud.

Des dirigeants clés de Zerma en Allemagne, de Komptech en Autriche et de Binder ont également participé, renforçant ainsi leur relation de coopération avec Eirut Eco. Les trois entreprises fabriquent des équipements de pointe optimisés pour l’industrie du recyclage et fournissent ces équipements aux marchés mondiaux.
Airut Eco a construit l'usine de Seosan en utilisant des installations de classe mondiale en coopération avec des spécialistes européens des installations de recyclage. L'usine de recyclage des ressources de Seosan couvre une superficie d'environ 20 000 mètres carrés (environ 6 200 pyeong) et peut recycler plus de 75 000 tonnes (t) de déchets de résine synthétique par an dans une seule usine. Airut Eco prévoit d'étendre progressivement la CAPA (capacité de production) à ses 2e et 3e usines à l'avenir.
Aerut Eco prévoit de commencer à maximiser sérieusement les ventes de son activité de recyclage cette année. L'installation a déjà commencé à fonctionner dès son achèvement le mois dernier. La société a expliqué que l'usine garantira un approvisionnement stable en matières premières en tirant parti de sa proximité géographique avec le complexe pétrochimique de Daesan et la zone métropolitaine, puis fournira du carburant aux entreprises de matériaux de construction.
Un responsable d'Aerut a déclaré : « Grâce à la collaboration avec des entreprises mondiales de premier plan, nous avons pu achever une usine de circulation des ressources équipée d'installations de recyclage de classe mondiale et du plus haut niveau d'automatisation d'Asie », ajoutant : « L'usine Seosan d'Aerut Eco est une usine de circulation des ressources de nouvelle génération qui attire l'attention non seulement au niveau national mais aussi dans le monde entier car elle maximise la productivité et le rendement grâce à des installations à grande échelle et à une technologie d'automatisation avancée. »
« Le marché mondial du recyclage connaît une croissance rapide et la réduction des coûts grâce à l’automatisation à grande échelle est un élément clé pour établir un écosystème durable de circulation des ressources », a-t-il ajouté. « Nous continuerons à renforcer la coopération avec les entreprises nationales et étrangères et à investir dans la technologie et les installations pour devenir une entreprise mondiale de recyclage de premier plan. »
