IP 블록체인 발전을 위한 비영리 재단인 스토리 재단이 신임 이사장으로 PIP 랩스에서 스토리(Story) 개발자 생태계를 총괄해왔던 안드레아 무토니(Andrea Muttoni)를 선임했다고 7일 밝혔다.
스토리 재단은 스토리 블록체인의 투명한 생태계 환경 조성은 물론, 더 나아가 탈중앙화된 IP 관리 시스템의 혁신을 목표로 설립됐다. 스토리는 61조 9,000억 달러 규모의 다양한 IP 자산 클래스를 지식재산권(IP) 형태로 토큰화 하는 블록체인 플랫폼이다. IP를 프로그래밍 가능한 디지털 자산으로 변환해 IP 보유자가 자신만의 고유한 아이디어를 보호하고 공유하며 수익화 할 수 있도록 한다. 비트코인이 실물 경제의 기축 자산인 금을 디지털화 했듯이 스토리는 세계에서 가장 중요한 자산이자 AI 경제의 기축자산인 IP를 디지털화 한다.
무토니 이사장은 스토리 개발사 PIP 랩스에서 스토리 플랫폼의 생태계 성장과 제품 개발에 중추적인 역할을 수행해왔다. 가장 최근에는 웹3 환경의 에이전트 간 거래를 위한 새로운 프로토콜인 에이전트 TCP/IP 프로젝트를 지휘하며 AI와 블록체인 기술 혁신을 이끌었다는 평가를 받았다. 스토리 재단 이사장으로서 그는 탈중앙화 거버넌스 구축, 생태계 운영을 위한 펀드레이징 및 IP 토큰화 파트너십 등 재단 운영 전반을 책임질 예정이다.

Story Foundation appoints Andrea Mutoni as new CEO
The Story Foundation, a non-profit foundation for the advancement of IP blockchain, announced on the 7th that it has appointed Andrea Muttoni, who was in charge of the Story developer ecosystem at PIP Labs, as its new CEO.
The Story Foundation was established with the goal of creating a transparent ecosystem environment for the Story blockchain, as well as further innovating a decentralized IP management system. Story is a blockchain platform that tokenizes various IP asset classes worth 61.9 trillion dollars in the form of intellectual property (IP). It converts IP into programmable digital assets, allowing IP holders to protect, share, and monetize their own unique ideas. Just as Bitcoin digitized gold, the key asset of the real economy, Story digitizes IP, the world's most important asset and the key asset of the AI economy.
Chairman Mutoni has played a pivotal role in the ecosystem growth and product development of the Story platform at PIP Labs, a story developer. Most recently, he was recognized for leading AI and blockchain technology innovation by leading the Agent TCP/IP project, a new protocol for agent-to-agent transactions in the Web3 environment. As the Chairman of the Story Foundation, he will be responsible for the overall operation of the foundation, including establishing decentralized governance, fundraising for ecosystem operation, and IP tokenization partnerships.
Chairman Mutoni has over 10 years of experience at the forefront of the global new technology market, including fostering developer communities, providing technical education, and building development platforms. As a senior technology evangelist for key projects within the group at Amazon, including Kindle and Alexa, he contributed to the expansion of the developer ecosystem in the conversational AI field in major European countries such as Germany, the UK, and Italy. In addition, at Dapper Labs, a US NFT game developer, he served as the head of developer support for major projects such as the Flow blockchain, and actively supported the spread and growth of Web3 technology by leading the expansion of platforms and communities for developers.
