강원창조경제혁신센터(센터장 이해정, 이하 강원혁신센터)는 중소벤처기업부와 소상공인시장진흥공단이 주관하는 ‘2025년 강한 소상공인 성장지원사업(온라인 셀러형) 주관기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
강한 소상공인 성장지원사업(온라인셀러형)은 기업가⋅장인정신, 창의⋅혁신적인 아이템 등을 보유한 소상공인을 발굴하여 온라인 판매채널을 구축 및 확장할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.
본 사업에서는 국내부문 250개 사, 국외부문 70개 사의 소상공인을 선별할 예정이며, e커머스 플랫폼 사(네이버, 카카오, 아마존 등) 교육과 강원혁신센터만의 특화 프로그램을 통한 지원을 제공할 예정이다.
강원혁신센터는 2015년 개소 이후 강원지역을 대표하는 벤처 빌더(Venture Builder)이자 공공 엑셀러레이터로서 자리매김하며, 초기창업에서부터 스케일업, 투자로 이어지는 전문 기업 보육 시스템을 운영하여 혁신창업가들의 성장을 견인하고 있다.
또한 2015년‘창조원정대’를 시작으로 ‘신사업창업사관학교’, ‘로컬크리에이터 육성사업’, ‘로컬벤처기업 성장단계별 맞춤형지원사업’ 등을 주관하며 강원자치도 내 330여 명의 로컬크리에이터를 발굴하고 기업형 소상공인으로의 성장을 적극 지원해왔다.
이번 ‘강한 소상공인 성장지원사업’ 주관기관 선정으로, 강원혁신센터는 중소벤처기업부의 ‘기업가형 소상공인 육성 체계’를 구축하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 하게 되었다. 이를 통해 강원 지역을 넘어 전국으로 확장 가능한 라이콘 기업을 발굴하고 연계 지원을 수행해나갈 계획이다.

Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (Director Hae-Jeong Lee, hereinafter referred to as Gangwon Innovation Center) announced that it was selected as the main organization for the '2025 Strong Small Business Growth Support Project (Online Seller Type)' hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Business Market Promotion Agency .

This project will select 250 domestic and 70 foreign small business owners, and provide support through education at e-commerce platform companies (Naver, Kakao, Amazon, etc.) and specialized programs unique to the Gangwon Innovation Center.
Since its opening in 2015, Gangwon Innovation Center has established itself as a representative venture builder and public accelerator in the Gangwon region, and has been driving the growth of innovative entrepreneurs by operating a specialized corporate incubation system that covers everything from initial startups to scale-up and investment.
In addition, starting with the 'Creative Expedition' in 2015, we have been actively supporting the discovery of approximately 330 local creators in Gangwon-do Province and their growth into corporate small business owners by hosting 'New Business Startup Officer School', 'Local Creator Fostering Project', and 'Customized Support Project for Local Venture Enterprises by Growth Stage'.
With the selection as the main organization for this 'Strong Small Business Growth Support Project', Gangwon Innovation Center will play a key role in establishing the 'Entrepreneur-type Small Business Fostering System' of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Through this, we plan to discover Lycon companies that can expand beyond the Gangwon region to the entire country and provide related support.

江原革新センター、「2025強い小商工人成長支援事業」主管機関に選定
江原創造経済革新センター（センター長理解政、以下江原革新センター）は、中小ベンチャー企業部と小商工人市場振興公団が主管する「２０２５年強い小商工である成長支援事業（オンラインセラー型）主管機関に選定された」と明らかにした。
強い小商工である成長支援事業（オンラインセラー型）は、起業家・職人精神、創意・革新的なアイテムなどを保有した小商工人を発掘し、オンライン販売チャネルを構築・拡張できるように支援する事業だ。
本事業では国内部門250社、国外部門70社の小商工人を選別する予定であり、eコマースプラットフォーム社(ネイバー、カカオ、アマゾンなど)教育と江原革新センターだけの特化プログラムを通じて支援を提供する予定だ。
江原革新センターは、2015年の開所以後、江原地域を代表するベンチャービルダー（Venture Builder）であり、公共アクセラレータとして位置づけ、初期創業からスケールアップ、投資につながる専門企業保育システムを運営し、革新創業者の成長を牽引している。
また、2015年「創造遠征隊」を皮切りに「新事業創業士官学校」、「ローカルクリエーター育成事業」、「ローカルベンチャー企業の成長段階別カスタマイズ型支援事業」などを主管し、江原自治も330人余りのローカルクリエイターを発掘し、企業型小商工。
今回の「強い小商工である成長支援事業」主管機関選定で、江原革新センターは中小ベンチャー企業部の「企業家型小商工である育成体系」を構築する上で核心的な役割を果たした。これを通じて江原地域を越えて全国に拡張可能なライコン企業を発掘し、連携支援を遂行していく計画だ。

江原道创造经济创新中心（理事长李海贞，以下简称江原创新中心）宣布，其被选为由中小企业和风险投资部以及中小企业市场振兴院主办的“2025中小企业强劲成长支援项目（网络卖家型）”的主要实施机构。
中小企业强力成长支援项目（网络卖家型）是发掘具有创业精神和工匠精神、创造力及创新商品的小企业主，并支援其建立和拓展网络销售渠道的项目。
该项目将选拔250名国内小企业主和70名国外小企业主，并通过电子商务平台公司（Naver、Kakao、亚马逊等）的教育和江原道创新中心独有的专业项目提供支持。
江原创新中心自2015年开业以来，已成为江原地区具有代表性的风险投资建设者和公共加速器，并通过运营涵盖从初创企业到扩大规模和投资等各个方面的专业企业孵化器系统，推动创新型企业家的成长。
另外，以2015年‘创意远征’为起点，通过举办‘新事业创业官学校’、‘本地创意者培养项目’、‘按成长阶段分类的本地创业企业定制支援项目’等，积极支援在江原道发现约330名本地创意者并将其成长为企业中小企业主。
江原创新中心被选为此次‘中小企业强力成长支援项目’的主体机构，将在中小企业部‘创业型中小企业培育体系’的构建中发挥核心作用。以此，我们计划发掘能够从江原道地区扩展到整个国家的Lycon公司，并在那里提供相关支持。

Le Centre d'innovation et d'économie créative de Gangwon (directeur Hae-Jeong Lee, ci-après dénommé Centre d'innovation de Gangwon) a annoncé qu'il avait été sélectionné comme organisation principale pour le « Projet de soutien à la croissance forte des petites entreprises 2025 (type vendeur en ligne) » organisé par le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Agence de promotion du marché des petites entreprises .
Le projet de soutien à la croissance des petites entreprises (type vendeur en ligne) est un projet qui découvre les propriétaires de petites entreprises dotés d'un esprit d'entreprise et d'artisanat, de créativité et d'articles innovants, et les aide à établir et à développer des canaux de vente en ligne.
Ce projet sélectionnera 250 propriétaires de petites entreprises nationales et 70 propriétaires de petites entreprises étrangères et fournira un soutien par le biais de formations dans des sociétés de plateformes de commerce électronique (Naver, Kakao, Amazon, etc.) et de programmes spécialisés propres au Gangwon Innovation Center.
Depuis son ouverture en 2015, le Gangwon Innovation Center s'est imposé comme un créateur d'entreprises représentatif et un accélérateur public dans la région de Gangwon, et a stimulé la croissance d'entrepreneurs innovants en exploitant un système d'incubation d'entreprise spécialisé qui couvre tout, des startups initiales à la mise à l'échelle et à l'investissement.
De plus, à partir de l'« Expédition créative » en 2015, nous avons activement soutenu la découverte d'environ 330 créateurs locaux dans la province de Gangwon-do et leur croissance en propriétaires de petites entreprises en organisant la « New Business Startup Officer School », le « Local Creator Fostering Project » et le « Customized Support Project for Local Venture Enterprises by Growth Stage ».
Avec sa sélection comme organisation principale pour ce « Projet de soutien à la croissance des petites entreprises », le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon jouera un rôle clé dans l'établissement du « Système de promotion des petites entreprises de type entrepreneurial » du ministère des PME et des startups. Grâce à cela, nous prévoyons de découvrir des entreprises Lycon qui peuvent s'étendre au-delà de la région de Gangwon vers l'ensemble du pays et apporter un soutien dans ce domaine.
