스타에셋파트너스(주)와 와이앤아처(주)가 공동 주최한 ‘K-Food Star 발굴 배치 프로그램 IR DEMODAY’가 2024년 2월 18일 개최됐다.
이번 행사에는 F&B 산업 관계자 및 투자자 80여 명이 참석한 가운데, ‘K-Food Star’ 발굴 배치 프로그램을 통해 선발된 11개의 유망 F&B 기업들이 IR 피칭과 심사를 진행하며 네트워킹 시간을 가졌다.
참여 기업으로는 ▲(주)이규식품(정남옥), ▲(주)에이치투뉴트리션(프로팁제로), ▲(주)프랑뮤즈(프랑뮤즈), ▲(주)별빛과선인장(포시즌키친), ▲나베야(나베야돈까스), ▲(주)왓유니드(세모애), ▲(주)피코리코(피코리코), ▲(주)서울곱창(서울곱창), ▲(주)빈스페이스(빈스페이스), ▲(주)시앤우(비비드), ▲(주)더나음코퍼레이션(위드픽) 등 총 11개 기업이 참여했다.
‘K-Food Star’ 발굴 배치 프로그램은 예비 및 초기 F&B 창업자들을 위한 올인원 프로그램으로, 2023년 12월부터 2024년 2월 중순까지 집중 교육, 1:1 전문가 멘토링, 모의 IR 등이 진행되었다. 총 19개 기업이 참여한 프로그램에서 2차 선발된 11개 기업들이 이번 데모데이에 참여하였고, 심사를 통해 최종 선발된 기업들에게는 직접 투자가 이루어질 예정이다.
스타에셋파트너스 이희성 대표는 “이번 데모데이를 통해 국내 F&B 산업의 혁신을 이끌 차세대 스타 기업들을 선보일 수 있어 기쁘다”며, “선발된 기업들에게는 투자 진행 및 후속 지원을 통해 글로벌 시장에서도 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 지원할 계획”이라고 말했다.
본 프로그램은 F&B 산업의 새로운 트렌드를 선도할 혁신적인 아이템과 기술을 가진 스타트업들을 발굴하고 육성하여, 한국 F&B 산업의 경쟁력 강화와 글로벌 진출 촉진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Star Asset Partners, 'K-Food Star' IR Demo Day Ends
'K-Food Star Discovery Placement Program IR DEMODAY', co-hosted by Star Asset Partners Co., Ltd. and Y&Archer Co., Ltd., was held on February 18, 2024.
At this event, attended by around 80 F&B industry professionals and investors, 11 promising F&B companies selected through the 'K-Food Star' discovery and placement program had a networking session while conducting IR pitching and evaluation.

(Bean Space), ▲C&W Co., Ltd. (Vivid), and ▲The Naeum Corporation Co., Ltd. (With Pick).
The 'K-Food Star' discovery and placement program is an all-in-one program for prospective and early-stage F&B entrepreneurs, and intensive training, 1:1 expert mentoring, and mock IR were conducted from December 2023 to mid-February 2024. A total of 19 companies participated in the program, and 11 companies that were selected in the second round participated in this demo day, and direct investments will be made to the companies that are finally selected through the evaluation.
Star Asset Partners CEO Lee Hee-seong said, “We are delighted to be able to showcase the next generation of star companies that will lead innovation in the domestic F&B industry through this Demo Day,” and added, “We plan to support the selected companies by providing investment and follow-up support so that they can become competitive in the global market.”
This program is expected to contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the Korean F&B industry and promoting its global expansion by discovering and fostering startups with innovative items and technologies that will lead new trends in the F&B industry.

“K-Food Star”发现和安置计划是针对潜在和早期F&B企业家的一体化计划，并于2023年12月至2024年2月中旬进行了强化培训、1：1专家指导和模拟IR。该计划参与的19家企业中，有11家在第二轮中被选中的企业参加了本次演示日，经过评估最终被选中的企业将获得直接投资。
Star Asset Partners 首席执行官李熙成表示，“我们很高兴能够通过本次 Demo Day 展示引领国内餐饮行业创新的下一代明星企业”，并补充道，“我们计划通过投资和后续支持来支持选定的公司，使它们在全球市场上具有竞争力。”

Fin de la journée de démonstration IR de Star Asset Partners et « K-Food Star »
Le « K-Food Star Discovery Placement Program IR DEMODAY », co-organisé par Star Asset Partners Co., Ltd. et Y&Archer Co., Ltd., a eu lieu le 18 février 2024.
Lors de cet événement, auquel ont participé environ 80 professionnels et investisseurs du secteur F&B, 11 entreprises F&B prometteuses sélectionnées dans le cadre du programme de découverte et de placement « K-Food Star » ont eu une séance de réseautage tout en effectuant des présentations et des évaluations IR.

Le programme de découverte et de placement « K-Food Star » est un programme tout-en-un destiné aux entrepreneurs potentiels et en début de carrière du secteur de la restauration. Une formation intensive, un mentorat d'experts individuel et une simulation d'IR ont été menés de décembre 2023 à la mi-février 2024. Parmi les 19 entreprises participantes au programme, 11 entreprises sélectionnées au deuxième tour ont participé à cette journée de démonstration, et des investissements directs seront réalisés dans les entreprises finalement sélectionnées à l'issue du processus d'évaluation.
Lee Hee-seong, PDG de Star Asset Partners, a déclaré : « Nous sommes ravis de pouvoir présenter la prochaine génération d'entreprises vedettes qui seront à la pointe de l'innovation dans le secteur national de l'alimentation et des boissons grâce à cette journée de démonstration », et a ajouté : « Nous prévoyons de soutenir les entreprises sélectionnées en leur fournissant des investissements et un soutien de suivi afin qu'elles puissent devenir compétitives sur le marché mondial. »
Ce programme devrait contribuer à renforcer la compétitivité de l'industrie coréenne de l'alimentation et des boissons et à promouvoir son expansion mondiale en découvrant et en encourageant les startups proposant des articles et des technologies innovants qui créeront de nouvelles tendances dans l'industrie de l'alimentation et des boissons.
