라이프스타일 플랫폼 ‘아지트’를 운영하는 ㈜아콘랩스(대표이사 박성민)는 맞춤형 청약 정보 플랫폼 ‘로드맵’을 개발 운영 중인 웨이비욘드(대표이사 김형원)와 전략적 파트너십을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
2023년부터 서비스를 시작한 로드맵은 국내 부동산, 정책, 개인 정보를 실시간으로 분석해 맞춤형 청약 정보를 제공하는 플랫폼이다. 특히 청약홈뿐만 아니라 LH, GH, SH 등이 진행하는 모든 공공 주택 정보를 통합 제공하며, 실거래가 대비 분양가 분석 시스템을 통해 자금 리스크 분석 서비스도 제공하고 있다. 이를 통해 50여 가구가 청약에 성공하는 등 실질적인 성과를 거두고 있다.
이번 양사의 협약으로 아지트는 AI 기술과 블록체인 기반의 포인트 시스템을 로드맵의 주거 정보 서비스와 연계해 확장할 계획이다. 협력의 첫 단계로, 양사는 사용자들을 위한 특별 프로모션을 준비했다. ‘로드맵 앱 회원가입 인증’ 이벤트와 ‘내게 맞는 집 찾기’ 챌린지를 통해 사용자들에게 포인트 리워드를 제공하며, 아지트 앱의 체크인, 일일미션 등 다양한 혜택도 함께 제공할 예정이다.
향후 양사는 지속적인 공동 프로모션을 통해 사용자들에게 다양한 혜택을 제공하는 한편, 실시간 청약 정보와 Web3 기술을 결합한 새로운 형태의 주거 서비스도 선보일 계획이다. 특히 로드맵의 매물 분석 시스템과 아지트의 블록체인 기술을 연계해 더욱 신뢰성 있는 주거 정보 플랫폼으로 발전시켜 나갈 계획이다.
