인공지능(AI)전자문서 기업 유니닥스 (대표 정기태)가 2025년 디지털문서플랫폼혁신대상에서 우수상을 수상했다고 지난 19일 밝혔다.
디지털문서플랫폼 혁신대상은 한국디지털문서플랫폼협회가 주관하는 상으로 전자문서 활용 확산에 기여한 단체와 개인을 발굴해 격려하기 위해 마련됐다. 올해 시상식은 2월 19일 롯데시티구로호텔 에메랄드홀에서 열렸으며, 전자문서 산업 관계자들의 자부심을 높이고 업계 발전을 도모하는 자리로 마련됐다.
유니닥스는 보이는TM서비스를 통해 보험 계약 과정에서 기존의 상품 설명 표준 스크립트를 읽는 방식 대신, 고객이 직접 상품 약관을 확인하고 이해할 수 있도록 문서 미러링 방식을 도입했다. 공개 이후 금융권에서 빠르게 확산되며 다수의 보험사에서 채택하는 등 보험업계의 디지털 전환을 가속화하는 데 중요한 역할을 했다.
특히 보이는TM서비스는 금융당국의 정책 변화로도 이어졌다. 기존에는 혁신금융서비스를 통해 하이브리드방식의 보험모집이 가능하였으나, 금융위원회가 모든 보험회사가 하이브리드 방식을 활용하여 보험모집을 할 수 있도록 관련제도를 개정하면서, 유니닥스의 보이는TM서비스는 보험업계의 새로운 표준으로 자리 잡았다.
유니닥스 관계자는 “이번 수상은 보이는TM 서비스가 금융권의 디지털 혁신을 견인한 점을 인정받은 결과라고 생각한다”고 전하며 “앞으로도 금융 및 다양한 산업에서 전자문서 기술을 활용한 혁신적인 솔루션을 지속적으로 개발해 나가겠다”고 소감을 전했다.

Unidocs Wins Excellence Award at 2025 Digital Document Platform Innovation Awards
Artificial intelligence (AI) electronic document company Unidocs (CEO Ki-Tae Jeong) announced on the 19th that it had won an Excellence Award at the 2025 Digital Document Platform Innovation Awards.
The Digital Document Platform Innovation Award is an award hosted by the Korea Digital Document Platform Association, and was created to discover and encourage organizations and individuals who have contributed to the expansion of electronic document use. This year’s award ceremony was held on February 19th at the Emerald Hall of Lotte City Guro Hotel, and was created as a place to increase pride among those involved in the electronic document industry and promote the development of the industry.
Unidocs introduced a document mirroring method through the VisibleTM service so that customers can directly check and understand the product terms and conditions instead of reading the existing product description standard script during the insurance contract process. Since its release, it has rapidly spread in the financial sector and has played an important role in accelerating the digital transformation of the insurance industry, as many insurance companies have adopted it.
In particular, the visible TM service has also led to changes in financial authorities’ policies. Previously, hybrid insurance solicitation was possible through innovative financial services, but as the Financial Services Commission revised the relevant system to allow all insurance companies to solicit insurance using the hybrid method, Unidocs’ visible TM service has become the new standard in the insurance industry.
A Unidocs official said, “We believe this award is recognition that VisibleTM service has driven digital innovation in the financial sector,” adding, “We will continue to develop innovative solutions utilizing electronic document technology in the financial sector and various other industries.”

デジタル文書プラットフォーム革新対象は韓国デジタル文書プラットフォーム協会が主管する賞で、電子文書活用の拡散に寄与した団体と個人を発掘して励ますために設けられた。今年の授賞式は2月19日、ロッテシティグロホテルエメラルドホールで開かれ、電子文書産業関係者の誇りを高め、業界発展を図る席として設けられた。
ユニダックスは、見えるTMサービスを通じて保険契約過程で既存の商品説明標準スクリプトを読む方法の代わりに、顧客が直接商品規約を確認し理解できるように文書ミラーリング方式を導入した。公開以後、金融圏で急速に広がり、多数の保険会社で採択するなど、保険業界のデジタル転換を加速化する上で重要な役割を果たした。
特に見えるTMサービスは金融当局の政策変化にもつながった。従来はイノベーション金融サービスを通じてハイブリッド方式の保険募集が可能だったが、金融委員会がすべての保険会社がハイブリッド方式を活用して保険募集を行うことができるように関連制度を改正し、ユニダックスの見えるTMサービスは保険業界の新たな標準として位置づけられた。
ユニダックス関係者は「今回の受賞は見えるTMサービスが金融圏のデジタルイノベーションを牽引した点を認められた結果だと思う」と伝え、「今後も金融および多様な産業で電子文書技術を活用した革新的なソリューションを継続的に開発していく」と感想を伝えた。

Unidocs remporte le prix d'excellence aux Digital Document Platform Innovation Awards 2025
La société de documents électroniques d'intelligence artificielle (IA) Unidocs (PDG Ki-Tae Jeong) a annoncé le 19 qu'elle avait remporté un prix d'excellence aux Digital Document Platform Innovation Awards 2025.
Le Digital Document Platform Innovation Award est un prix organisé par l'Association coréenne des plateformes de documents numériques et a été créé pour découvrir et encourager les organisations et les individus qui ont contribué à l'expansion de l'utilisation des documents électroniques. La cérémonie de remise des prix de cette année a eu lieu le 19 février à l'Emerald Hall de l'hôtel Lotte City Guro et a été conçue pour renforcer la fierté des acteurs du secteur des documents électroniques et promouvoir le développement de ce secteur.
Unidocs a introduit une méthode de mise en miroir de documents via son service VisibleTM afin que les clients puissent directement vérifier et comprendre les termes et conditions du produit au lieu de lire le script standard de description du produit existant pendant le processus de contrat d'assurance. Depuis sa sortie, il s’est rapidement répandu dans l’ensemble du secteur financier et a été adopté par de nombreuses compagnies d’assurance, jouant un rôle important dans l’accélération de la transformation numérique du secteur de l’assurance.
En particulier, le service de TM visible a également conduit à des changements dans les politiques des autorités financières. Auparavant, la sollicitation d'assurance hybride était possible grâce à des services financiers innovants, mais comme la Commission des services financiers a révisé le système concerné pour permettre à toutes les compagnies d'assurance de solliciter une assurance en utilisant la méthode hybride, le service VisibleTM d'Unidocs est devenu la nouvelle norme dans le secteur de l'assurance.
Un responsable d'Unidocs a déclaré : « Nous pensons que ce prix est une reconnaissance du fait que le service VisibleTM a favorisé l'innovation numérique dans le secteur financier », ajoutant : « Nous continuerons à développer des solutions innovantes utilisant la technologie des documents électroniques dans le secteur financier et dans divers autres secteurs. »
