데이터 기반 복지 금융 기업 나눔비타민은 IBK기업은행의 스타트업 액셀러레이팅 프로그램 ‘IBK창공 마포’ 14기에 선정됐다고 24일 밝혔다. 나눔비타민은 AI 및 데이터 기술을 활용하여 맞춤형 복지 금융 솔루션을 개발하고 있으며, 기부자와 수혜자가 보다 효율적으로 연결될 수 있도록 디지털 복지 인프라 혁신을 선도하고 있다.
나눔비타민이 운영하는 ‘나비얌’은 기부금의 투명성과 효율성을 높이기 위해 개발된 AI 기반 맞춤형 기부 복지 플랫폼이다. 기존의 기부 방식은 특정 단체 중심으로 운영되며, 수혜자의 선택권이 제한적이었다. 반면, ‘나비얌’은 AI 기반 데이터 분석과 디지털 금융 기술을 활용하여 기부금이 수혜자의 실제 필요에 맞춰 유연하게 활용될 수 있도록 지원한다. 최근 7개월 만에 나비얌 가맹점이 5만 9천 개로 확대되었으며, 수혜자는 필요한 시점에 원하는 복지 서비스를 선택할 수 있는 환경이 조성되었다.
IBK창공 마포 선정을 계기로 나눔비타민은 복지 인프라를 더욱 고도화하고, 기부자와 수혜자가 직접 연결되는 맞춤형 복지 금융 모델을 확장할 계획이다. 주요 서비스로는 디지털 식권 시스템, 선불 복지 포인트, 모바일 바우처 등이 있으며, 이를 통해 투명하고 효과적인 기부금 운용이 가능해진다. 이로써 기업의 ESG 경영을 지원하고, 복지 사각지대를 해소하며 지속 가능한 사회공헌 모델을 제안한다.

With the selection of IBK Changgong Mapo, Nanum Vitamin plans to further enhance its welfare infrastructure and expand its customized welfare finance model that directly connects donors and beneficiaries. Key services include digital meal ticket systems, prepaid welfare points, and mobile vouchers, which will enable transparent and effective donation management. This will support corporate ESG management, eliminate welfare blind spots, and propose a sustainable social contribution model.
Nanum Vitamin is using AI technology to analyze welfare needs in real time and innovate welfare systems to enable personalized support for each individual. In particular, through the digital meal ticket system for children who are starving, children can conveniently solve a meal at the restaurant of their choice. Welfare innovation centered on demand is taking place, guaranteeing beneficiaries’ right of choice.
In addition, Nanum Vitamin established a corporate research institute and was recognized for its technological prowess by successfully completing Pre-A investment attraction after being selected for the TIPS program last year. It received a commendation from the Mayor of Seoul in recognition of its data-based social value creation, and was awarded the Social Contribution Award for its innovative improvement of the existing offline-centered infrastructure for supporting children with malnutrition.
