티오더스테이는 지난 14일 호텔 매니지먼트 전문 법인 산하HM과 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 운영 호텔들의 디지털 전환을 지원한다고 밝혔다. 이번 협약을 통해 산하HM이 운영하는 호텔들은 티오더스테이의 호텔 게스트 서비스 플랫폼인 ‘아이스테이(i’stay)’를 순차적으로 도입하여 투숙객의 편의성을 높이고, 호텔 운영의 효율성을 극대화할 계획이다.
산하HM은 국내 50여 개의 호텔과 리조트를 개발 및 관리해온 호텔 매니지먼트 기업으로, 해외 유명 체인호텔 브랜드 도입과 위탁 운영, 매각 등 호텔 산업 전반에 걸친 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이번 협약을 통해 산하HM은 티오더스테이와의 전략적 제휴를 통해 호텔 투숙객들의 디지털 경험을 향상시킬 계획이다.
현재 티오더스테이는 데이즈 명동, 밀리토피아 호텔 객실과 레스토랑에 아이스테이 모바일 버전을 운영하고 있으며, 산하HM이 운영하는 스카이스위트, 한림리조트, 청풍리조트, 라마다 제주시티홀, 라마다 울릉 등 다양한 호텔에 아이스테이를 순차적으로 도입할 예정이다. 아이스테이는 호텔 투숙객이 객실 내 태블릿이나 모바일을 통해 룸서비스 주문, 호텔 이용 안내, 주변 상권 정보 확인 등의 서비스를 받을 수 있는 디지털 컨시어지 서비스로, 호텔은 이를 통해 맞춤형 마케팅 강화와 체계적인 고객 관리가 가능하다. 또한, 지역 상권과의 연계를 통해 지역 경제 활성화에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Icestay is a digital concierge service that allows hotel guests to order room service, receive hotel usage information, and check information on nearby commercial districts through the tablet or mobile phone in their rooms. Through this, hotels can strengthen customized marketing and systematically manage customers. It is also expected to contribute to revitalizing the local economy through connections with local commercial districts.
