기업교육 전문기업 휴넷은 고용노동부가 지원하는 직원 교육 사업인 ‘디지털원격훈련 아카이브(이하, HRD 아카이브)’ 운영 기업에 선정됐다고 27일 밝혔다.
‘HRD 아카이브’는 고용노동부가 중소기업의 교육 활성화를 위해 실시하는 사업으로, 기업과 교육 기관이 교육 서비스 계약을 체결하여 직원들이 디지털 교육 콘텐츠를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있게 하는 정부 지원 교육 제도이다. 이를 통해 직원들은 1인 기준 14만 원 상당의 교육을 받을 수 있으며, 수강 요건 충족 시 기업 규모에 따라 교육비의 최대 90%를 지원받을 수 있다.
휴넷은 이번 ‘HRD 아카이브’ 사업에 2만 2천여 개(숏폼 기준)의 교육 콘텐츠를 탑재했으며, 직급/직무교육, AI, 리더십, 트렌드, 어학 등 다양한 분야의 교육 콘텐츠를 무제한으로 제공한다. 또한 실시간 라이브 교육이 총 10회 진행될 예정이다.
휴넷은 다년간 중소기업 전담팀을 운영하며, ‘HRD 아카이브’ 대상 기업들에게 맞춤형 교육 컨설팅을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 휴넷은 2022년부터 3년간 패키지 구독형 원격훈련(HRD FLEX)을 운영한 바 있으며, 해당 사업을 통해 가장 많은 수강 인원을 배출한 기업으로 인정받았다. 지난해에는 HRD FLEX 사업의 성공 사례를 발굴하는 대회에서 최우수상을 수상한 바 있다.

「HRDアーカイブ」は、雇用労働部が中小企業の教育活性化のために実施する事業で、企業と教育機関が教育サービス契約を締結し、従業員がデジタル教育コンテンツを自由に利用できるようにする政府支援教育制度である。これにより、従業員は1人基準で14万ウォン相当の教育を受けることができ、受講要件を満たす際に企業規模に応じて教育費の最大90％を支援することができる。
ヒューネットは今回の「HRDアーカイブ」事業に2万2千以上の教育コンテンツを搭載し、職級/職務教育、AI、リーダーシップ、トレンド、語学など多様な分野の教育コンテンツを無制限に提供する。また、リアルタイムライブ教育が計10回行われる予定だ。

Hunet , spécialiste de la formation en entreprise, a annoncé le 27 avoir été sélectionné comme société exploitante des « Archives numériques de formation à distance » (ci-après dénommées « Archives HRD »), un programme de formation des employés soutenu par le ministère de l'Emploi et du Travail.
Le « HRD Archive » est un système éducatif soutenu par le gouvernement et mis en œuvre par le ministère de l'Emploi et du Travail pour promouvoir l'éducation des petites et moyennes entreprises. Il permet aux entreprises et aux établissements d'enseignement de signer un contrat de service éducatif et de permettre aux employés d'utiliser librement le contenu éducatif numérique. Grâce à cela, les employés peuvent recevoir une formation d'une valeur de 140 000 wons par personne et, s'ils répondent aux exigences du cours, ils peuvent recevoir une aide allant jusqu'à 90 % du coût de la formation, selon la taille de l'entreprise.
