한국엔지니어링협회는 27일 오후 2시 30분 엔지니어링회관 대강당에서 제52회 정기총회를 개최하고, 2024년 사업실적 및 결산(안)과 2025년 사업계획 및 예산(안) 등 부의된 안건을 원안대로 심의·의결했다고 밝혔다.
협회는 2024년도 결산에서 효율적인 예산 집행과 전략적 사업운영을 통해 일반회계 세입이 목표 대비 2.8% 증가하고, 세출은 12.9% 절감하는 성과를 거두며 안정적인 재정운영을 실현했다고 보고했다. 특히, 학·경력자 승급제한 완화 등 엔지니어링산업진흥법령 일부 개정 지원과 협회 창립 50주년 기념사업을 성공적으로 수행한 점, 적정대가 산출을 위한 (엔)표준품셈 21건 마련, (재)한국엔지니어링산업연구원 설립 등 업계 발전과 산업진흥을 위한 사업을 적극 추진한 것이 주목받았다.
2025년도 사업계획 및 예산(안) 심의에서는 엔지니어링산업의 대국민 인지도 확산 및 이미지 개선, 엔지니어링산업의 국제 표준화 운영 지원, 연구원 운영재산 출연 등을 위한 125.9억원(전년 대비 6.9% 감액)의 일반회계 예산을 편성했다고 밝혔다.
협회는 2025년 사업계획을 통해 엔지니어링산업의 위상 강화를 위한 다양한 사업을 지속 추진하며, 업계 권익 도모와 역량 강화를 위한 활동을 계속해서 추진해 나갈 계획이다.
이해경 회장은 개회사를 통해 “엔지니어링산업은 단순한 기술의 집합이 아니라 세상을 더 나은 곳으로 만드는 위대한 산업”이라며, “지속 가능한 성장을 위해 함께 협력하고 끊임없이 스스로를 혁신해 나가야 한다”고 강조했다. 이어 “협회장으로서 엔지니어링산업의 미래 경쟁력 강화를 위한 노력을 계속하겠다”고 다짐했다.

Korea Engineering Society, '52nd regular general meeting' held
The Korea Engineering Society announced that it held its 52nd regular general meeting at 2:30 PM on the 27th in the Engineering Hall auditorium and deliberated and approved the submitted agenda items, including the 2024 business performance and settlement (draft) and the 2025 business plan and budget (draft), as originally proposed.
The association reported that in the 2024 financial statements, it achieved stable financial management by increasing general accounting revenues by 2.8% and reducing expenditures by 12.9% compared to the target through efficient budget execution and strategic business operations. In particular, it received attention for supporting partial revisions to the Engineering Industry Promotion Act, such as easing promotion restrictions for academics and career holders, successfully carrying out the association's 50th anniversary commemorative project, preparing 21 standard price lists for calculating fair prices, and actively promoting projects for industry development and industrial promotion, such as establishing the Korea Engineering Industry Research Institute.
In the deliberation of the 2025 business plan and budget (draft), it was announced that a general account budget of 12.59 billion won (6.9% decrease from the previous year) was prepared to expand public awareness of the engineering industry and improve its image, support international standardization of the engineering industry, and contribute to the research institute's operating assets.
The association plans to continue to promote various projects to strengthen the status of the engineering industry through the 2025 business plan and to continue activities to protect the rights and interests of the industry and strengthen its capabilities.
Chairman Lee Hae-kyung emphasized in his opening remarks that “the engineering industry is not simply a collection of technologies, but a great industry that makes the world a better place,” and that “we must work together and constantly innovate ourselves for sustainable growth.” He then pledged, “As the association president, I will continue to work to strengthen the future competitiveness of the engineering industry.”

2025年度事業計画及び予算（案）審議では、エンジニアリング産業の対国民認知度拡散及びイメージ改善、エンジニアリング産業の国際標準化運営支援、研究員運営財産出演などのための125.9億ウォン（前年比6.9％減額）の一般会計予算を編成したと明らかにした。
協会は2025年の事業計画を通じてエンジニアリング産業の位相強化のための多様な事業を継続推進し、業界権益の図と力量強化のための活動を継続して推進していく計画だ。
イ・ギョンギョン会長は開会会社を通じて「エンジニアリング産業は単純な技術の集合ではなく、世界をより良い場所にする偉大な産業」とし、「持続可能な成長のために共に協力し、絶えず自らを革新していかなければならない」と強調した。続いて「協会長としてエンジニアリング産業の未来競争力強化のための努力を続ける」と誓った。

该协会计划通过2025年事业计划继续推进强化工程行业地位的各种项目，并继续开展保护行业权益和加强行业能力的活动。
李海京会长在开幕致辞中强调，“工程产业不是简单的技术的集合，而是让世界变得更美好的伟大产业”，“我们必须共同努力，不断自我创新，才能实现可持续发展”。他承诺：“作为协会会长，我将继续致力于增强工程行业未来的竞争力。”

La Société coréenne d'ingénierie a annoncé qu'elle tenait sa 52e assemblée générale ordinaire le 27 à 14h30 dans l'auditorium de l'Engineering Hall et a délibéré et approuvé les points de l'ordre du jour soumis, y compris les performances et le règlement de l'entreprise pour 2024 (projet) et le plan d'affaires et le budget pour 2025 (projet), tels que proposés à l'origine.
L'association a indiqué que dans ses états financiers 2024, elle a réalisé une gestion financière stable en augmentant les revenus de comptabilité générale de 2,8 % et en réduisant les dépenses de 12,9 % par rapport à l'objectif grâce à une exécution efficace du budget et à des opérations commerciales stratégiques. Lors de la délibération du plan d'affaires et du budget 2025 (projet), il a été annoncé qu'un budget général de 12,59 milliards de wons (6,9 % de baisse par rapport à l'année précédente) a été préparé pour accroître la sensibilisation du public à l'industrie de l'ingénierie et améliorer son image, soutenir la normalisation internationale de l'industrie de l'ingénierie et contribuer aux actifs d'exploitation de l'institut de recherche.
L'association prévoit de continuer à promouvoir divers projets visant à renforcer le statut de l'industrie de l'ingénierie à travers le plan d'affaires 2025 et de poursuivre les activités visant à protéger les droits et les intérêts de l'industrie et à renforcer ses capacités.
Le président Lee Hae-kyung a souligné dans son discours d'ouverture que « l'industrie de l'ingénierie n'est pas simplement un ensemble de technologies, mais une grande industrie qui rend le monde meilleur » et que « nous devons travailler ensemble et innover constamment pour parvenir à une croissance durable ». Il a ensuite promis : « En tant que président de l’association, je continuerai à travailler pour renforcer la compétitivité future de l’industrie de l’ingénierie. »
