중소벤처기업부(이하 중기부) 오영주 장관은 지난 2월 28일 제주특별자치도를 방문하여 APEC 중소기업 장관회의 준비 상황을 사전 점검했다.
우리나라가 2025년 APEC 정상회의를 주최함에 따라 분야별 장관회의 중 하나인 중소기업 장관회의도 중기부가 의장이 되어 9월 1일부터 9월 5일까지 5일간 제주특별자치도에서 개최할 예정이다.
오영주 장관은 장관회의가 진행될 제주 국제컨벤션센터를 찾아 행사장과 부대 시설 등을 확인하며, 관계자에게 회의에 참여하는 장관들과 대표단들이 불편함이 없도록 철저한 준비를 당부하였다. 또한 각 회원 대표단을 위한 현장 방문 후보지인 제주맥주, 오설록 티뮤지엄 등을 방문하여 우리 중소기업의 혁신성을 알림과 동시에 한국의 전통문화를 체험할 수 있는 현장 방문 프로그램을 직접 점검했다.
오영주 장관은 “제주특별자치도는 아름다운 자연경관과 한국의 전통문화를 잘 보존하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 지역색을 바탕으로 혁신적인 중소기업을 보유하고 있어 APEC 중소기업 장관회의를 개최하기에 최적의 장소”라며 “이번 주 제1차 고위관리회의의(2.24~3.9, 경주) 시작으로 2025년 APEC이 본격 시작된 만큼 중소기업 장관회의도 철저히 준비하여 우리 중소기업의 혁신성과 우수성을 널리 알리는 기회로 삼겠다”고 밝혔다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups Begins Preparations for 2025 APEC SME Ministerial Meeting
Minister Oh Young-joo of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (hereinafter referred to as the MSS) visited Jeju Special Self-Governing Province on February 28 to inspect the preparations for the APEC SME Ministerial Meeting.
As our country is hosting the 2025 APEC Summit, the SME Ministerial Meeting, one of the sectoral ministerial meetings, will be chaired by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and held in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for five days from September 1 to September 5.
Minister Oh Young-joo visited the Jeju International Convention Center where the ministerial meeting will be held, inspected the venue and auxiliary facilities, and asked the relevant officials to thoroughly prepare so that the ministers and delegations participating in the meeting will not experience any inconvenience. He also visited Jeju Beer and O’Sulloc Tea Museum, which are candidate sites for on-site visits for each member delegation, and personally inspected the on-site visit program where they can learn about the innovativeness of our small and medium-sized enterprises and experience Korea’s traditional culture.
Minister Oh Young-joo said, “Jeju Special Self-Governing Province not only preserves beautiful natural scenery and Korea’s traditional culture, but also has innovative small and medium-sized enterprises with local identity, making it the optimal location to hold the APEC SME Ministerial Meeting.” He added, “With the start of the 2025 APEC in earnest with the first Senior Officials’ Meeting this week (February 24-March 9, Gyeongju), we will thoroughly prepare for the SME Ministerial Meeting and use it as an opportunity to widely publicize the innovation and excellence of our SMEs.”

中期部、2025年APEC中小企業大臣会の準備を開始
中小ベンチャー企業部（以下中期部）オ・ヨンジュ長官は去る2月28日、済州特別自治道を訪問し、APEC中小企業長官会の準備状況を事前点検した。
韓国が２０２５年ＡＰＥＣ首脳会議を主催するにつれて、分野別長官会議の一つである中小企業長官会議も中期部が議長となり、９月１日から９月５日まで５日間済州特別自治道で開催する予定だ。
オ・ヨンジュ長官は、長官会議が行われる済州国際コンベンションセンターを訪れ、イベント会場や付帯施設などを確認し、関係者に会議に参加する長官たちと代表団が不便さがないように徹底した準備を要請した。また、各会員代表団のための現場訪問候補地である済州ビール、オスルロック・ティミュージアムなどを訪問し、韓国の中小企業の革新性を知らせるとともに、韓国の伝統文化を体験できる現場訪問プログラムを直接点検した。
オ・ヨンジュ長官は「済州特別自治道は美しい自然景観と韓国の伝統文化をよく保存しているだけでなく、地域色をもとに革新的な中小企業を保有しており、APEC中小企業長官会議を開催するのに最適な場所」とし「今週第1次高位管理会議の（2.24～3）。業長官会議も徹底的に準備し、韓国の中小企業の革新性と卓越性を広く知らせる機会とする」と明らかにした。

中小企业和初创企业部开始筹备 2025 年 APEC 中小企业部长级会议
中小企业及风险投资部（以下简称“中小企业部”）部长吴英珠2月28日前往济州特别自治道，视察APEC中小企业部长会议的筹备情况。
值我国主办2025年APEC峰会之际，作为行业部长级会议之一的中小企业部长级会议，由中小企业和风险投资部主持，将于9月1日至9月5日在济州特别自治道举行，为期5天。
吴英珠部长前往召开部长会议的济州国际会议中心，视察了会场和配套设施，并要求有关人员做好万全准备，确保与会部长和代表团不遇到任何不便。另外，我们还参观了各成员代表团实地考察候选地点济州啤酒和雪绿茶博物馆，直接考察了可以体验韩国传统文化并推动我国中小企业创新的实地考察项目。
吴英珠部长表示，“济州特别自治道不仅保留了美丽的自然风光和韩国传统文化，还拥有具有地方特色的创新型中小企业，是举办 APEC 中小企业部长会议的最佳地点。”他补充道，“随着本周（2 月 24 日至 3 月 9 日，庆州）首次高官会议的召开，2025 年 APEC 正式拉开帷幕，我们将充分准备中小企业部长会议，并以此为契机，广泛宣传我国中小企业的创新和优秀。”

Le ministère des PME et des startups entame les préparatifs de la réunion ministérielle des PME de l'APEC 2025
Le ministre Oh Young-joo du ministère des PME et des startups (ci-après dénommé MSS) a visité la province autonome spéciale de Jeju le 28 février pour inspecter les préparatifs de la réunion ministérielle des PME de l'APEC.
Alors que notre pays accueille le sommet de l'APEC 2025, la réunion ministérielle des PME, l'une des réunions ministérielles sectorielles, sera présidée par le ministère des PME et des startups et se tiendra dans la province autonome spéciale de Jeju pendant cinq jours, du 1er au 5 septembre.
Le ministre Oh Young-joo a visité le Centre international des congrès de Jeju où se tiendra la réunion ministérielle, a inspecté le lieu et les installations auxiliaires et a demandé aux responsables de faire des préparatifs minutieux pour garantir que les ministres et les délégations participant à la réunion ne subissent aucun inconvénient. En outre, nous avons visité le musée de la bière de Jeju et le musée du thé O'Sulloc, qui sont des sites candidats pour des visites sur place pour chaque délégation membre, et avons directement inspecté le programme de visite sur place où nous avons pu découvrir la culture traditionnelle coréenne tout en promouvant l'innovation de nos petites et moyennes entreprises.
Le ministre Oh Young-joo a déclaré : « La province autonome spéciale de Jeju préserve non seulement de magnifiques paysages naturels et la culture traditionnelle de la Corée, mais abrite également des petites et moyennes entreprises innovantes avec une identité locale, ce qui en fait le lieu idéal pour organiser la réunion ministérielle des PME de l'APEC. » Il a ajouté : « Avec le début de l'APEC 2025 avec la première réunion des hauts fonctionnaires cette semaine (du 24 février au 9 mars, à Gyeongju), nous préparerons minutieusement la réunion ministérielle des PME et l'utiliserons comme une opportunité pour faire largement connaître l'innovation et l'excellence de nos PME. »
