한국소프트웨어산업협회(회장 조준희, KOSA)는 AI산업 선도와 관련 정책 지원을 위해 산하 ‘AI정책협력위원회’를 신설하고 초대 위원장으로 배경훈 LG AI연구원장을 선임했다고 5일 밝혔다.
KOSA는 회원사들의 의견을 반영한 사업계획 수립 및 사업추진을 위해 협회 산하에 목적별 6개 위원회를 두고 운영하고 있다.
이번 AI정책협력위원회는 AI 기술 발전이 산업 전반에 미치는 영향력 확대에 따라, 국내 소프트웨어 기업의 AI 경쟁력 강화와 협력 체계 구축을 위해 설립됐다.
AI정책협력위원회는 정부의 AI 정책에 업계 의견을 개진하고, 산업계의 AI 기술 도입과 활용을 촉진할 계획이다. 또한 AI 윤리, 법제도 정비, 인력양성 등 AI 생태계 발전을 위한 정책 방안도 마련한다.
KOSA는 신규 위원회 신설 외에도 기존 서비스혁신위원회를 스타트업과 투자 활성화 지원을 강화하기 위한 ‘혁신스타트업활성화위원회’로 명칭 및 기능을 변경하고, 위원장으로 강진모 아이티센 회장을 선임했다.
이와 함께 기존 위원회 위원장으로는 ▲정책제도위원회에 강용성 와이즈넛 대표(연임) ▲ESG 위원회에 박승애 지란지교소프트 대표 ▲해외진출위원회에 이주완 메가존클라우드 의장(연임) ▲인력양성 및 일자리창출 위원회에 정상원 이스트소프트 대표가 각각 선임됐다.
조준희 회장은 “AI정책협력위원회와 혁신스타트업활성화위원회를 통해 소프트웨어 산업의 AI 경쟁력을 강화하고 스타트업 생태계 활성화에 집중할 것”이라며 “두 위원회가 한국 산업 발전의 핵심 동력이 되도록 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
이번 선임된 6명의 위원장은 제20대 조준희 협회장과 동일한 임기를 가진다.

Korea Software Industry Association establishes AI Policy Cooperation Committee
The Korea Software Industry Association (Chairman Cho Jun-hee, KOSA) announced on the 5th that it has established the 'AI Policy Cooperation Committee' under its jurisdiction to lead the AI industry and support related policies, and appointed LG AI Research Center Director Bae Kyung-hoon as the first chairman.
KOSA operates six committees under the association for each purpose to establish business plans and promote business that reflect the opinions of member companies.
This AI Policy Cooperation Committee was established to strengthen the AI competitiveness of domestic software companies and establish a cooperation system as the influence of AI technology development expands across industries.
The AI Policy Cooperation Committee plans to present industry opinions on the government’s AI policy and promote the introduction and use of AI technology in the industry. It will also prepare policy measures for the development of the AI ecosystem, such as AI ethics, legal system improvement, and human resource development.
In addition to establishing a new committee, KOSA changed the name and function of the existing Service Innovation Committee to the ‘Innovation Startup Activation Committee’ to strengthen support for startups and investment activation, and appointed Kang Jin-mo, Chairman of ITcen, as the committee chairman.
In addition, the following existing committee chairs were appointed: ▲WiseNut CEO Kang Yong-seong (reappointed) to the Policy and System Committee, ▲Jiransoft CEO Park Seung-ae to the ESG Committee, ▲Megazone Cloud Chairman Lee Ju-wan (reappointed) to the Overseas Expansion Committee, and ▲Eastsoft CEO Jeong Sang-won to the Human Resources Development and Job Creation Committee.
Chairman Cho Jun-hee said, “We will focus on strengthening the AI competitiveness of the software industry and activating the startup ecosystem through the AI Policy Cooperation Committee and the Innovation Startup Activation Committee,” adding, “We will support the two committees to become the core driving force of Korea’s industrial development.”
The six newly appointed chairmen will have the same term of office as the 20th president, Jo Jun-hee.

韓国ソフトウェア産業協会、傘下AI政策協力委員会新設
韓国ソフトウェア産業協会（会長チョ・ジュンヒ、KOSA）は、AI産業の先導と関連政策支援のために傘下の「AI政策協力委員会」を新設し、初代委員長としてBegognoon LG AI研究院長を選任したと5日明らかにした。
KOSAは会員会社の意見を反映した事業計画の樹立及び事業推進のため、協会傘下に目的別6つの委員会を置いて運営している。
今回のAI政策協力委員会は、AI技術の発展が産業全般に及ぼす影響力の拡大に伴い、国内ソフトウェア企業のAI競争力強化と協力体制構築のために設立された。
AI政策協力委員会は政府のAI政策に業界意見を開拓し、産業界のAI技術の導入と活用を促進する計画だ。また、AI倫理、法制度整備、人材養成などAI生態系発展のための政策案も設ける。
KOSAは新規委員会の新設の他に、既存サービス革新委員会をスタートアップと投資活性化支援を強化するための「革新スタートアップ活性化委員会」に名称および機能を変更し、委員長としてカン・ジンモ・アイティセン会長を選任した。
これと共に既存委員会委員長としては▲政策制度委員会にカン・ヨンソンワイズナッツ代表(年任)▲ESG委員会にパク・スンエジランジ教ソフト代表▲海外進出委員会にイ・ジュワンメガゾーンクラウド議長(連任)▲人材養成及び雇用創出委員会に首脳院イーストソフト代表。
チョ・ジュニ会長は「AI政策協力委員会とイノベーションスタートアップ活性化委員会を通じてソフトウェア産業のAI競争力を強化し、スタートアップエコシステムの活性化に集中する」とし「両委員会が韓国産業発展の核心動力になるよう支援する」と明らかにした。
今回選任された６人の委員長は、第２０代のチョ・ジュンヒ協会長と同じ任期を持つ。

韩国软件行业协会成立人工智能政策合作委员会
韩国软件产业协会(会长 赵俊熙，KOSA) 5日宣布，已成立下属“AI政策合作委员会”，负责主导AI产业并支持相关政策，并任命LG AI研究中心主任裴庆勋为首任会长。
KOSA 协会下设六个委员会，负责制定业务计划并推动反映会员公司意见的业务。
此次成立人工智能政策合作委员会是为了在人工智能技术发展影响力扩大至各个行业的情况下，加强国内软件企业的人工智能竞争力，并建立合作体系。
人工智能政策合作委员会计划就政府的人工智能政策提出产业意见，并推动人工智能技术在产业中的引入和使用。此外，我们还将制定人工智能生态系统发展的政策措施，包括人工智能伦理、法律体系完善、人力资源发展等。
KOSA除了成立新委员会外，还将现有的服务创新委员会的名称和职能更改为“创新初创企业激活委员会”，以加强对初创企业的支持和投资激活，并任命ITcen主席Kang Jin-mo为委员会主席。
此外，还任命了▲WiseNut CEO 姜永成（再任）为政策与体制委员会委员、▲Jiransoft CEO 朴承爱（再任）为ESG委员会委员、▲Megazone Cloud 会长李周完（再任）为海外拓展委员会委员、▲Eastsoft CEO 郑相元（再任）为人才开发与创造就业委员会委员等现任委员会委员。
赵俊熙会长表示，“将通过AI政策合作委员会和创新初创企业激活委员会，致力于加强软件产业的AI竞争力，并激活初创企业生态系统”，并补充道，“将支持两个委员会成为韩国产业发展的核心驱动力”。
新任的6名会长的任期与第20任会长赵俊熙的任期相同。

L'Association coréenne de l'industrie du logiciel crée un comité de coopération sur les politiques d'IA
L'Association coréenne de l'industrie du logiciel (président Cho Jun-hee, KOSA) a annoncé le 5 qu'elle avait créé le « Comité de coopération en matière de politique d'IA » sous sa juridiction pour diriger l'industrie de l'IA et soutenir les politiques connexes, et a nommé le directeur du centre de recherche LG AI, Bae Kyung-hoon, comme premier président.
KOSA gère six comités au sein de l'association pour chaque objectif afin d'établir des plans d'affaires et de promouvoir des activités qui reflètent les opinions des entreprises membres.
Ce comité de coopération en matière de politique d'IA a été créé pour renforcer la compétitivité de l'IA des sociétés de logiciels nationales et établir un système de coopération à mesure que l'influence du développement de la technologie de l'IA s'étend à travers les industries.
Le Comité de coopération sur les politiques d'IA prévoit de présenter les opinions de l'industrie sur la politique d'IA du gouvernement et de promouvoir l'introduction et l'utilisation de la technologie de l'IA dans l'industrie. En outre, nous élaborerons des mesures politiques pour le développement de l’écosystème de l’IA, notamment l’éthique de l’IA, l’amélioration du système juridique et le développement des ressources humaines.
En plus de créer un nouveau comité, KOSA a changé le nom et la fonction du Comité d'innovation de service existant en « Comité d'activation des startups innovantes » afin de renforcer le soutien aux startups et l'activation des investissements, et a nommé Kang Jin-mo, président d'ITcen, au poste de président du comité.
En outre, les présidents de comités existants suivants ont été nommés : ▲Le PDG de WiseNut, Kang Yong-seong (renommé) au Comité des politiques et des systèmes, ▲Le PDG de Jiransoft, Park Seung-ae, au Comité ESG, ▲Le président de Megazone Cloud, Lee Ju-wan (renommé) au Comité d'expansion à l'étranger, et ▲Le PDG d'Eastsoft, Jeong Sang-won, au Comité de développement des ressources humaines et de création d'emplois.
Le président Cho Jun-hee a déclaré : « Nous nous concentrerons sur le renforcement de la compétitivité de l'IA dans l'industrie du logiciel et sur l'activation de l'écosystème des startups par le biais du Comité de coopération sur les politiques d'IA et du Comité d'activation des startups innovantes », ajoutant : « Nous soutiendrons les deux comités pour qu'ils deviennent la principale force motrice du développement industriel de la Corée. »
Les six nouveaux présidents auront le même mandat que le 20e président, Jo Jun-hee.
