상조 서비스 기업 프리드라이프(대표이사 김만기)가 지난 5일 경기도 고양시 일산동구에 위치한 소노캄 고양 크리스탈볼룸 홀에서 ‘2024 프리드라이프 의전대상 시상식’을 성황리에 진행했다고 6일 밝혔다.
프리드라이프 의전지도사는 장례 발생 시 가장 먼저 고객을 만나 장례 절차 전반의 진행을 돕는 핵심 인력으로 전국에 320여 명의 지도사가 배치되어 있다. 올해로 2회째를 맞이한 ‘프리드라이프 의전대상’은 의전지도사 모두의 노고를 치하하고 지난해 높은 고객 만족을 실현한 의전지도사를 선발해 시상하는 자리다. 특히, 올해 시상식부터 프리드라이프의 프리미엄 장례식장 브랜드 쉴낙원의 우수지점을 선발하는 부문을 신설하며 업계 최다 직영 장례식장 체인망 운영의 자부심을 나누고 고객 만족 서비스 제공의 의지를 다지는 시간을 가졌다.
이번 시상식에서는 28명의 의전지도사와 쉴낙원 4개 지점이 수상의 영예를 얻었다. 먼저, 우수 의전지도사를 칭하는 ‘마스터 의전지도사’에 처음 선정된 ‘원스타(One-star)’ 부문에서는 김권하, 이향숙 등 총 11명의 의전지도사를 시상했고, 지난해에 이어 연속으로 우수 의전지도사에 선정된 ‘투스타(Two-star)’ 부문에서는 정영욱, 이원희 등 총 14명이 수상했다. 또한 공로상 3명을 비롯해 쉴낙원 우수지점 부문에서는 오산동탄점이 대상, 당진점이 최우수상, 김포점과 인천점이 우수상을 받으며 초대 수상지점의 영예를 차지했다.
프리드라이프 관계자는 “우수 의전지도사 및 쉴낙원 우수지점 포상 수여를 통해 수상자의 명예를 높이고 임직원의 도전의식을 고취시키며 고객 만족도 상승의 시너지 창출을 도모하기 위해 매년 의전대상을 진행하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 고객 만족을 최우선으로 전문성 강화와 장례 서비스 혁신을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

Free Life, 2024 Protocol Awards Ceremony Held
