B2B 공간 관리 플랫폼 ‘키퍼’를 운영하는 (주)열한시가 룸메이드 공급업체 (주)프로에스콤과 전략적 협업을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이번 협약을 통해 호텔 룸메이드 공급과 관리 프로세스의 디지털 전환을 가속화하고, 운영 효율성을 제고하는 데 집중할 예정이다.
협업의 첫 번째 단계로, 양사는 특급호텔 서울 호텔의 룸메이드 운영을 시작했다. ‘키퍼’ 플랫폼을 활용해 인력 관리 최적화와 운영 데이터 분석을 통해 효율성을 극대화하며, 서비스 품질을 지속적으로 개선할 계획이다.
열한시 이동희 대표는 “이번 협력을 통해 호텔 룸메이드 공급과 운영의 디지털 전환을 가속화할 수 있게 되었습니다. 프로에스콤과 함께 공간 관리 시장의 혁신을 이끌며, 업계에 새로운 운영 기준을 제시할 것입니다.”라고 밝혔다.
프로에스콤 관계자는 “이번 협약을 통해 호텔 룸메이드 운영의 효율성을 더욱 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대됩니다. 열한시의 키퍼 플랫폼을 활용해 인력 배치와 관리 프로세스를 최적화함으로써 고객사의 운영 부담을 줄이고, 보다 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공할 것입니다.”라고 전했다.

Yeolhansi Co., Ltd., which operates the B2B space management platform 'Keeper', announced that it has signed a strategic collaboration with roommaid supplier Proescom Co., Ltd. Through this agreement, it plans to focus on accelerating the digital transformation of hotel roommaid supply and management processes and improving operational efficiency.
As the first step of the collaboration, the two companies have started operating room maids at a luxury hotel in Seoul. They plan to maximize efficiency by optimizing human resource management and analyzing operational data using the 'Keeper' platform, and continuously improve service quality.
