AI오토메이션 기반 스마트도시 데이터허브 기술기업 (주)이든티앤에스(대표이사 김연기)와 ‘광명스마트도시 건설사업협동조합’(광명스쿱, 이사장 이상선)이 지난 21일 제휴협약을 체결하고 스마트도시, 스마트건설분야에서 협력사업을 진행한다.
이든티앤에스는 생성형 AI 기술을 결합한 지능형 업무 자동화 솔루션 분야에서 독보적인 위치를 구축하고 있는 AI기업이다. 2024년 한국지능정보진흥원(NIA)에서 실시한 한국어 거대언어모델평가(Open Ko-LLM 리더보드 성능평가)에서 1위를 차지하기도 했다.
이든티앤에스는 RPA(RobotProcssAutomation)에 AI기술을 결합해 AI모델을 상용화하고 있다. 특히 스마트도시의 핵심 요소인 데이터허브를 AI오토메이션 기반으로 개발해 정부, 지자체의 스마트도시사업에 참여하고 있다.
스마트도시 데이터허브는 도시의 복잡·다양한 대규모 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 도시운영 플랫폼이다. 수집된 다양한 도시데이터를 가공·저장·융합하고, 분석·예측해 도시운영 스마트화 서비스를 제공한다.
이든티앤에스의 데이터허브는 도시 데이터를 업무자동화솔루션, 웍트로 오토메이션(Worktro Automation)으로 수집해 스마트도시 서비스를 제공한다. 기존 빅데이터 수집 방식과 달리 API가 없는 데이터도 AI 오토메이션을 통해 수집, 현행화한다. 환경적 제한 없이 다양한 데이터 수집 ·분석이 가능하다. 데이터기반의 의사결정, 행정지원을 위한 데이터 수집 체계를 수립하고 편의성·행정 효율성을 극대화할 수 있다.
광명스마트도시 건설사업협동조합(광명스쿱)은 광명시 중소기업으로 구성한 중소기업협동조합이다. 스마트도시, 스마트탄소중립건설을 목적으로 여러 업종 기업이 모인 사업협동조합이다. 협동조합 차원에서 한양대 탄소중립스마트건축센터 등 3개 전문연구소와 산학협력사업을 진행하며, 광명시 관외 우수기술기업들과 제휴협력사업도 추진한다. 이든티앤에스와 협약도 그 일환이다.
광명시는 작년 6월 국토부 강소형스마트도시 사업에 선정돼 올해 사업추진을 앞두고 있다. 게다가 재건축재개발, 광명시흥테크노밸리, 광명시흥3기신도시 등 대규모 건설공사가 향후 15년이상 이어진다. 특히 탄소중립정책을 가장 선도적으로 추진하는 지자체이기 때문에 스마트도시, 스마트건설사업의 최적지로 평가받는다.
김연기 이든티앤에스 대표는 “제휴협약을 계기로 이든티앤에스도 광명시 스마트도시, 스마트탄소중립건설 사업에 기여하려고 한다”면서 “광명스쿱-한양대와 산학협력에 제휴사로서 적극 동참해 새로운 모델을 만들고 싶다”고 말했다.이상선 광명스쿱 이사장은 “스마트도시, 스마트건설, 탄소중립에서 AI기술은 핵심기술이기 때문에 AI기업인 이든티앤에스와 협력을 통해 광명시의 스마트도시화가 촉진되길 희망한다”고 밝혔다.

Eden TNS, Gwangmyeong Smart City Construction Project Cooperative and Partnership Agreement
AI automation-based smart city data hub technology company Eden TNS (CEO Kim Yeon-gi) and Gwangmyeong Smart City Construction Business Cooperative (Gwangmyeong Scoop, Chairman Lee Sang-seon) signed a partnership agreement on the 21st and will proceed with cooperative projects in the smart city and smart construction fields.
EdenTNS is an AI company that has established a unique position in the field of intelligent business automation solutions that combine generative AI technology. Gwangmyeong Smart City Construction Business Cooperative (Gwangmyeong SCOOP) is a small business cooperative comprised of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gwangmyeong City. It is a business cooperative in which companies from various industries gather for the purpose of smart city and smart carbon-neutral construction. At the cooperative level, it carries out industry-academic cooperation projects with three specialized research institutes, including Hanyang University’s Carbon Neutral Smart Construction Center, and also promotes partnership cooperation projects with excellent technology companies outside Gwangmyeong City. The agreement with Eden TNS is part of this.
Gwangmyeong City was selected for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s Small Smart City Project in June of last year, and is scheduled to launch the project this year. In addition, large-scale construction projects such as reconstruction and redevelopment, Gwangmyeong-Siheung Techno Valley, and Gwangmyeong-Siheung 3rd New City will continue for the next 15 years or more. In particular, as a local government that is most proactive in promoting carbon neutrality policies, it is evaluated as the optimal location for smart cities and smart construction projects.

光明市は昨年6月、国土部江小型スマート都市事業に選定され、今年の事業推進を控えている。さらに、再建築再開発、光明始興テクノバレー、光明始興3機都市など大規模建設工事が今後15年以上続く。特に炭素中立政策を最も先導的に推進する自治体であるため、スマート都市、スマート建設事業の最適地と評価される。
キム・ヨンギイデンティアンエス代表は「提携協約をきっかけにイーデンティアンエスも光明市スマート都市、スマート炭素中立建設事業に貢献しようとしている」とし「光明スクン-ハンヤン大学と産学協力に提携社として積極的に参加し、新しいモデルを作りたい」と述べた。は核心技術であるため、AI企業のイーデンティアンエスと協力して光明市のスマート都市化が促進されることを希望する」と明らかにした。
