심폐소생술 관련 헬스케어 솔루션을 운영 중인 (주)위코멧(대표 이정훈)이 글로벌 의료기술 업체인 스트라이커(stryker)의 자동심장충격기(자동제세동기, 이하 AED) 신제품인 ‘라이프팩 CR2(LIFEPAK CR2)’를 국내 공공분야에 독점 판매하고 AED 및 심폐소생술(이하 CPR) 교육 서비스를 지원한다고 밝혔다.
스트라이커의 국내 공식 판매 대리점인 위코멧은 이번에 새롭게 출시한 프리미엄 AED인 라이프팩 CR2를 긴급 의료 센터를 포함한 국내 공공 보건 의료기관, 공동주택 등 공공기관 및 사업체에 공급한다.
라이프팩 CR2에 탑재된 cprINSIGHT 기술은 CPR 중에도 심전도를 실시간으로 분석해 의료진의 개입 없이 자동으로 충격 필요 여부를 판단하는 것이 특징이다. 이를 통해 CPR과 제세동 사이의 중단 시간을 최대 14초 단축해 환자의 생존 확률을 3배 이상 높일 수 있다.
기존 AED는 심전도 분석을 위해 가슴 압박을 일시적으로 중단해야 했지만 cprINSIGHT 기술은 CPR 중단 시간을 최소화해 혈액순환을 지속적으로 유지, 생존율을 높인다. 또한 퀵스텝(QUIK-STEP) 전극 패드를 적용해 시중의 타 AED 대비 최초 충격 전달 시간이 최대 35초 더 빠르다.
이외에도 와이파이 및 셀룰러 연결 기능을 통해 응급 대응자에게 환자의 상태와 처치 정보를 실시간으로 전달해 보다 신속하고 정확한 대응이 가능하다. 기기 상태 모니터링 기능은 소모품 교체 시기 및 소프트웨어 업데이트 관련 알림을 자동 발송해 기기의 유지·관리를 효율적으로 지원한다.
위코멧은 신제품 출시와 함께 기부 행사 등 다양한 보급 활동을 전개하고, 해당 센터와 AED 기기를 연동해 교육을 포함한 전반적인 헬스케어 솔루션을 연내 선보일 계획이다. 아울러 국내 판매를 기념해 라이프팩 CR2를 구매한 모든 고객사의 임직원들에게 AED 교육을 무상으로 제공하는 이벤트도 실시한다.
2016년 설립된 위코멧은 스트라이커의 국내 공식 대리점 계약을 비롯해 대한심폐소생협회 산하 교육기관 ‘브레이든러닝센터’와 ‘행정안전부 어린이안전교육기관’을 운영하며 소방청, 대한적십자사, 대학병원, 교육부 산하 기관, 대기업, 중소기업 등에 CPR 마네킹과 교육 서비스를 진행하고 있다.

한편 위코멧이 운영 중인 브레이든러닝센터는 미국 적십자, 유럽의 대학·병원 등에서 사용 중인 ‘이노소니언’의 브레이든 마네킹 교구를 활용해 심폐소생술 강의를 진행한다. 최대 6대의 마네킹을 하나의 관리자 태블릿에 연결해 심폐소생술 수행 상황을 실시간 모니터링할 수 있어, 대규모 교육과 평가를 효율적으로 수행 가능하다.

Wicomet Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Jeong-hoon), which operates a healthcare solution related to CPR, announced that it will exclusively sell the new automated external defibrillator (AED) product, 'LIFEPAK CR2' from global medical technology company Stryker, to the domestic public sector and support AED and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) education services.
Wicomet, the official domestic sales agent of Striker, will supply the newly launched premium AED, LifePak CR2, to domestic public health care institutions including emergency medical centers, public institutions such as apartment complexes, and businesses.
The cprINSIGHT technology embedded in the LifePak CR2 is characterized by analyzing the electrocardiogram in real time during CPR and automatically determining whether a shock is needed without medical intervention. This can shorten the pause between CPR and defibrillation by up to 14 seconds, increasing the patient's survival probability by more than three times.
While existing AEDs had to temporarily stop chest compressions to analyze electrocardiograms, cprINSIGHT technology minimizes CPR interruption time, continuously maintains blood circulation, and increases survival rates. In addition, the application of QUIK-STEP electrode pads allows the first shock delivery time to be up to 35 seconds faster than other AEDs on the market.
In addition, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity functions provide real-time patient status and treatment information to emergency responders, enabling faster and more accurate responses. The device status monitoring function automatically sends notifications regarding consumable replacement times and software updates, efficiently supporting device maintenance and management.
Along with the launch of the new product, Wicomet plans to carry out various distribution activities such as donation events and to link the center with the AED device to present a comprehensive healthcare solution including education within the year. In addition, to commemorate the domestic sales, an event will be held to provide free AED education to all employees of customers who purchase the LifePak CR2.
Founded in 2016, Wicomet has signed an official domestic distributorship contract with Striker, operates the 'Brayden Learning Center', an educational institution under the Korean Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Association, and the 'Ministry of the Interior and Safety Children's Safety Education Institute', and provides CPR manikins and educational services to the National Fire Agency, the Korean Red Cross, university hospitals, institutions under the Ministry of Education, large corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Wicomet CEO Lee Jeong-hoon said, “AED is a device used in emergency situations where every second counts, so quality stability and aftercare are important, and even training must be conducted meticulously.” He added, “We will work to expand the distribution of AEDs and revitalize CPR training so that more people can respond properly in emergency situations.”
Meanwhile, the Braden Learning Center operated by Wicomet is conducting CPR classes using the Braden mannequin parish of 'Innosonian', which is used by the American Red Cross, European universities, and hospitals. Up to six mannequins can be connected to a single management tablet to monitor the CPR performance in real time, enabling efficient large-scale training and evaluation.

ライフパックCR2に搭載されたcprINSIGHT技術は、CPR中でも心電図をリアルタイムで分析し、医療スタッフの介入なしに自動的に衝撃が必要かどうかを判断するのが特徴だ。これにより、CPRと除細動の間の中断時間を最大14秒短縮し、患者の生存確率を3倍以上高めることができる。
既存のAEDは心電図分析のために胸圧迫を一時的に中断しなければならなかったが、cprINSIGHT技術はCPRの中断時間を最小化し、血液循環を持続的に維持し、生存率を高める。また、クイックステップ（QUIK-STEP）電極パッドを適用し、市販の他のAEDに比べて最初の衝撃伝達時間が最大35秒速い。
他にも、Wi-Fiおよびセルラー接続機能により、緊急対応者に患者の状態と処置情報をリアルタイムで伝達し、より迅速かつ正確な対応が可能です。機器状態監視機能は消耗品交換時期及びソフトウェアアップデート関連の通知を自動発送し、機器の維持・管理を効率的に支援する。

作为Striker的国内官方销售代理商，Wicomet将向国内急救医疗中心等公共卫生医疗机构、公寓大楼等公共机构以及企业供应新推出的高端AED LifePak CR2。
LifePak CR2搭载的cprINSIGHT技术的特点是在心肺复苏过程中实时分析心电图，自动判断是否需要电击，无需医务人员干预。这可以将心肺复苏和除颤之间的暂停时间减少多达 14 秒，使患者生存的机会增加两倍以上。
现有的AED必须暂时停止胸外按压才能分析心电图，而cprINSIGHT技术可最大限度地减少心肺复苏中断时间，持续维持血液循环并提高存活率。此外，QUIK-STEP 电极垫的应用可使初始电击输送时间比市场上其他 AED 快 35 秒。

(PDG Lee Jeong-hoon), qui exploite une solution de soins de santé liée à la réanimation cardio-pulmonaire (RCP), a annoncé qu'elle vendrait en exclusivité le nouveau produit de défibrillateur externe automatisé (DEA), « LIFEPAK CR2 » de la société mondiale de technologie médicale Stryker, au secteur public national et soutiendrait les services de formation en DEA et en réanimation cardio-pulmonaire (RCP).
Wicomet, l'agent commercial national officiel de Striker, fournira le nouveau DAE premium, LifePak CR2, aux institutions médicales de santé publique nationales, notamment aux centres médicaux d'urgence, aux institutions publiques telles que les complexes d'appartements et aux entreprises.
La technologie cprINSIGHT installée dans le LifePak CR2 se caractérise par l'analyse de l'électrocardiogramme en temps réel pendant la RCP et par la détermination automatique de la nécessité d'un choc sans intervention du personnel médical. De plus, les fonctions de connectivité Wi-Fi et cellulaire peuvent être utilisées pour transmettre l’état du patient et les informations de traitement aux intervenants d’urgence en temps réel, permettant une réponse plus rapide et plus précise. La fonction de surveillance de l'état de l'appareil envoie automatiquement des notifications concernant le temps de remplacement des consommables et les mises à jour logicielles, prenant ainsi en charge efficacement la maintenance et la gestion de l'appareil.
