부산시와 부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 부산 시민과 스타트업 간 협력을 통해 스마트시티 분야 혁신 스타트업의 성공적인 시장 진출을 지원하는 ‘솔루션 리빙랩(Solution Living Lab)’을 본격적으로 운영한다고 밝혔다.
‘솔루션 리빙랩’은 2025년 4월부터 12월까지 약 9개월 간 운영되며, 부산 소재 업력 7년 이내의 스마트시티 분야 혁신 스타트업 4개사를 선정하여 시민 참여를 통한 제품과 서비스 실증 및 고도화를 지원하는 프로그램이다.
부산창경은 오는 3월 28일부터 스마트시티 관련 혁신 아이템을 가진 스타트업 4개 사를 모집한다. 추후에는 선정 된 스타트업의 제품·서비스 실증에 참여 할 시민 참가단 24명 내외도 모집 할 예정이며, 스마트시티 기술에 관심 있는 부산 시민이라면 누구나 참여 가능하다. 시민 참가단은 스타트업의 제품과 서비스를 직접 체험하고, 기능성 및 실효성 평가를 수행하게 된다.
솔루션 리빙랩에 선정된 스타트업들은 시민참가단과 협력해 얻은 실증 피드백을 바탕으로 아이템 개선 및 고도화 계획을 수립하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 기업당 최대 1,000만 원의 맞춤형 자금을 지원받는다.
부산창경은 프로그램 기간 동안 스타트업의 아이템 및 비즈니스 모델 설명회와 시민참가단과의 밋업데이 등 시민-스타트업 간 활발한 소통과 의견교류의 장을 운영할 예정이다. 시민참가단 활동 종료 후 우수 활동자를 선정하여 별도 포상과 함께 해단식도 개최한다.
부산창경 김용우 대표이사는 “스마트시티 ‘솔루션 리빙랩’은 혁신 스타트업의 아이템을 실제 사용자인 시민이 직접 검증하고 개선해 시장 경쟁력을 높이는 현장 중심의 프로그램”이라며, “부산시민과 스타트업이 협력하는 성공적인 스마트시티 혁신모델을 구축하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 강조했다.
부산창경은 오는 4월 18일까지 참여기업을 모집할 예정이며, 참가신청 및 자세한 내용은 부산창경 홈페이지 및 부산창업포털을 통해 확인 가능하다.

Busan Changgyeong, 2025 Smart City 'Solution Living Lab' Full Operation
Busan City and Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced that they will begin operating the ‘Solution Living Lab’ in earnest to support the successful market entry of innovative startups in the smart city sector through cooperation between Busan citizens and startups.
The 'Solution Living Lab' will be operated for approximately 9 months from April to December 2025, and is a program that selects 4 smart city innovation startups located in Busan with less than 7 years of experience and supports product and service verification and advancement through citizen participation.
Busan Changgyeong will recruit four startups with smart city-related innovative items starting March 28. Later, it will recruit about 24 citizen participants to participate in the product/service verification of the selected startups. Any Busan citizen interested in smart city technology can participate. The citizen participants will directly experience the startups’ products and services and conduct functionality and effectiveness evaluations.
Startups selected for the Solution Living Lab will establish a plan for improving and enhancing their items based on empirical feedback obtained through collaboration with citizen participation groups, and will receive customized funding of up to 10 million won per company to implement this plan.
Busan Changgyeong plans to operate a venue for active communication and exchange of opinions between citizens and startups during the program period, such as startup item and business model explanation sessions and meetup days with the citizen participation group. After the citizen participation group activities are over, excellent participants will be selected and a disbandment ceremony will be held with separate awards.
Busan Changgyeong CEO Yongwoo Kim emphasized, “The smart city ‘Solution Living Lab’ is a field-centered program that increases market competitiveness by having citizens, who are the actual users, directly verify and improve items from innovative startups.” He added, “We will do our best to build a successful smart city innovation model in which Busan citizens and startups cooperate.”
Busan Changgyeong will be recruiting participating companies until April 18th, and applications and detailed information can be found on the Busan Changgyeong website and Busan Startup Portal.

ソリューションリビングラップに選ばれたスタートアップは、市民参加団と協力して得た実証フィードバックをもとにアイテム改善および高度化計画を樹立し、これを実装するための企業当たり最大1,000万ウォンのカスタマイズされた資金を支援される。
釜山昌慶はプログラム期間中、スタートアップのアイテムやビジネスモデル説明会や市民参加団とのミッドアップデーなど市民-スタートアップ間の活発なコミュニケーションと意見交流の場を運営する予定だ。市民参加団活動終了後優秀活動者を選定し、別途褒賞とともに解断式も開催する。

“解决方案生活实验室”将于2025年4月至12月运营约9个月，选拔位于釜山、经验不足7年的4家智慧城市创新初创企业，通过市民参与支持产品和服务的验证和进步的计划。

项目期间，釜山昌庆计划运营创业项目及商业模式说明会、市民参与团体见面会等，作为市民与创业公司之间积极沟通、交换意见的场所。市民参与团体活动结束后，举行解散仪式，并对表现出色的参与者另行颁发奖励。

Une fois les activités du groupe de participation citoyenne terminées, une cérémonie de dissolution est organisée et des prix distincts sont remis aux participants exceptionnels.
Yongwoo Kim, PDG de Busan Changgyeong, a souligné : « Le « Solution Living Lab » de la ville intelligente est un programme axé sur le terrain qui augmente la compétitivité du marché en permettant aux citoyens, qui sont les véritables utilisateurs, de vérifier et d'améliorer directement les produits des startups innovantes. » Il a ajouté : « Nous ferons de notre mieux pour construire un modèle d’innovation de ville intelligente réussi dans lequel les citoyens de Busan et les startups coopèrent. »
