에어프랑스와 KLM 네덜란드 항공(이하 KLM)이 지난 28일 인천국제공항공사(이하 인천공항공사)가 개최하는 ‘제9회 인천에어포트 어워즈’에서 ‘2024 우수항공사’로 나란히 선정됐다.
‘인천에어포트 어워즈’는 매년 인천공항공사 주관으로 인천공항의 운영 및 서비스 향상에 기여한 우수 사업자를 선정해 시상하는 행사다.
이번 시상식에서는 ▲안전 문화 정착 ▲체크인 편리성 ▲운항 예측성 ▲조업 서비스 ▲스마트 서비스 ▲고객 경험 만족도 총 6개 지표를 종합적으로 평가해 우수한 성적을 거둔 총 7개의 항공사가 선정됐다.
에어프랑스와 KLM은 2016년 인천에어포트 어워즈가 첫 개최된 이후 올해로 각각 총 5회, 6회째 우수항공사로 선정되는 영예를 안았다. 에어프랑스는 변화하는 시장 상황에 대응하며 고객 경험 향상에 앞장선 결과 스마트 서비스 부문에서 특히 높은 점수를 받았다. KLM은 체크인 편리성에서 두각을 나타내며 고객 편의 증진을 위한 다각적인 노력을 인정 받았다.
이광우 에어프랑스-KLM 인천국제공항 지점장은 “에어프랑스와 KLM 임직원 모두가 안전하고 편리한 항공 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다한 결과”라며, “앞으로도 최상의 서비스와 운영 효율성을 기반으로 높아지는 항공 수요에 대응하며 고객 만족도를 지속 높여 갈 것”이라고 말했다.
한편 에어프랑스는 인천-파리 노선을 주 7회 매일 운항하며, KLM은 오는 5월부터 인천-암스테르담 노선을 기존 주 5회에서 주 7회로 증편한다.

Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (hereinafter referred to as KLM) were selected as the '2024 Excellent Airlines' at the '9th Incheon Airport Awards' held by Incheon International Airport Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Incheon International Airport Corporation) on the 28th.

Air France and KLM have been honored with the award for the 5th and 6th time respectively since the Incheon Airport Awards were first held in 2016. Air France received particularly high scores in the smart service category as a result of its response to changing market conditions and its leadership in improving customer experience. KLM was recognized for its multifaceted efforts to enhance customer convenience, with its outstanding check-in convenience.
Lee Kwang-woo, branch manager of Air France-KLM Incheon International Airport, said, “This is the result of the best efforts of both Air France and KLM executives and employees to provide safe and convenient air services,” and added, “We will continue to increase customer satisfaction by responding to the increasing air travel demand based on the best service and operational efficiency.”
Meanwhile, Air France will operate the Incheon-Paris route seven times a week, and KLM will increase the Incheon-Amsterdam route from five times a week to seven times a week starting in May.

エアフランスとKLMは2016年仁川エアポートアワードが初開催されて以来、今年でそれぞれ計5回、6回目の優秀航空会社に選ばれる栄誉を抱いた。エールフランスは変化する市場状況に対応し、顧客体験の向上に先導した結果、スマートサービス部門で特に高いスコアを受けた。 KLMはチェックインの利便性で頭角を示し、顧客の利便性を高めるための多面的な努力を認められた。
イ・グァンウ・エアフランス-KLM仁川国際空港支店長は「エアフランスとKLM役員の両方が安全で便利な航空サービスを提供するために最善を尽くした結果」とし、「今後も最高のサービスと運営効率性に基づいて高くなる航空需要に対応し、顧客満足度を持続的に高めていく」と話した。
一方、エアフランスは仁川-パリ路線を週7回毎日運航し、KLMは来る5月から仁川-アムステルダム路線を既存の週5回から週7回に増便する。

自2016年仁川机场奖首次举办以来，法航和荷航已分别第五次和第六次荣获该奖项。法航在智能服务类别中的得分特别高，这得益于其在改善客户体验和应对不断变化的市场条件方面发挥的领导作用。荷兰皇家航空公司因其值机的便利性而脱颖而出，并因其为提高客户便利性所做的多方面努力而获得认可。
法航荷航仁川国际机场分公司经理李光宇表示，“这是法航和荷航高层及员工为提供安全、便捷的航空服务而竭尽全力的结果”，并表示，“我们将继续以最佳服务和运营效率为基础，满足日益增长的航空旅行需求，提高乘客满意度”。
同时，法航将每周运营七次仁川-巴黎航线，荷航将从5月起将仁川-阿姆斯特丹航线从每周五次增加到每周七次。

Les « Incheon Airport Awards » sont un événement annuel organisé par l'Incheon International Airport Corporation qui sélectionne et récompense les excellentes entreprises qui ont contribué à améliorer le fonctionnement et le service de l'aéroport international d'Incheon.
Lors de cette cérémonie de remise des prix, un total de 7 compagnies aériennes ont été sélectionnées pour leurs excellentes performances grâce à une évaluation complète de 6 indicateurs : ▲Établissement d'une culture de sécurité ▲Commodité de l'enregistrement ▲Prévisibilité des opérations ▲Service d'exploitation ▲Service intelligent ▲Satisfaction de l'expérience client.
Air France et KLM ont été récompensées par ce prix pour la 5e et 6e fois respectivement, depuis la première édition des Incheon Airport Awards en 2016. Air France a obtenu un score particulièrement élevé dans la catégorie « service intelligent » en raison de son leadership dans l'amélioration de l'expérience client tout en répondant aux conditions changeantes du marché. KLM se distingue par la commodité de son enregistrement et a été reconnue pour ses efforts multiformes visant à améliorer le confort des clients.
Lee Kwang-woo, directeur de la succursale Air France-KLM de l'aéroport international d'Incheon, a déclaré : « C'est le résultat des efforts déployés par les dirigeants et les employés d'Air France et de KLM pour fournir des services aériens sûrs et pratiques », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à répondre à la demande croissante de services aériens basés sur le meilleur service et l'efficacité opérationnelle, et continuerons d'accroître la satisfaction de nos clients. »
Parallèlement, Air France exploitera la liaison Incheon-Paris sept fois par semaine, et KLM augmentera la liaison Incheon-Amsterdam de cinq fois par semaine à sept fois par semaine à partir de mai.
