중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주)는 공정거래위원회, 특허청, 경찰청과 함께 오는 4월 1일 광주 김대중컨벤션센터에서 2025년 중소기업 기술보호 설명회(이하 설명회)를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
설명회는 공정위의 하도급법 유용행위 금지규정, 특허청의 특허분쟁 대응전략 지원사업 등 여러 부처에 흩어진 기술보호 지원제도를 중소기업이 한눈에 파악할 수 있도록 합동으로 개최·설명한다. 또한 개별기업별 기술보호 전문가의 현장 상담도 함께 진행한다.
특히, 이번 설명회는 창업기업에 대한 다양한 정책 지원을 수행하는 광주창조경제혁신센터와 함께 주관하여, 보다 많은 창업기업에게도 기술보호 제도를 안내하고 관련 교육을 지원할 예정이다.
설명회에 참여하는 기업은 전문가의 중소기업 기술유출 대응방안 및 기술보호 핵심수칙에 관한 강의와, 각 부처 관계자의 기술보호 지원제도에 관한 설명을 들을 수 있다. 또한 무료 현장상담을 통해 개별기업 상황에 맞는 보안 가이드를 지원받을 수 있다.
이번 설명회는 4월 1일 광주를 시작으로, 경상(6월, 부산), 충청(7월, 대전), 수도권(9월, 서울)에서 연 4회에 걸쳐 개최할 예정이다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups Holds 2025 Technology Protection Briefing Session for SMEs
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo) announced that it will hold the 2025 SME Technology Protection Briefing Session (hereinafter referred to as the Briefing Session) at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center in Gwangju on April 1st, together with the Fair Trade Commission, the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and the National Police Agency.
The briefing session is jointly held and explained so that small and medium-sized enterprises can understand at a glance the technology protection support systems scattered across various ministries, such as the Fair Trade Commission's Subcontracting Act Prohibition of Misuse Regulations and the Patent Office's Patent Dispute Response Strategy Support Project. In addition, on-site consultations by technology protection experts for each company are also conducted.
In particular, this briefing session will be hosted in collaboration with the Gwangju Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, which provides various policy support for startups, so that more startups can be informed of the technology protection system and receive related training.
Companies participating in the briefing session can listen to lectures from experts on technology leak response measures for small and medium-sized enterprises and key rules for technology protection, as well as explanations on technology protection support systems from officials from each ministry. In addition, they can receive security guides tailored to each company's situation through free on-site consultations.
This briefing session will be held four times a year, starting in Gwangju on April 1, then in Gyeongsang (June, Busan), Chungcheong (July, Daejeon), and the metropolitan area (September, Seoul).

中期部、2025年中小企業技術保護説明会開催
中小ベンチャー企業部（長官オ・ヨンジュ）は、公正取引委員会、特許庁、警察庁とともに来る4月1日、光州金大中コンベンションセンターで2025年中小企業技術保護説明会（以下説明会）を開催すると明らかにした。
説明会は、公正委の下請け法有用行為禁止規定、特許庁の特許紛争対応戦略支援事業など、様々な省庁に散らばった技術保護支援制度を中小企業が一目で把握できるよう合同で開催・説明する。また、個別企業別の技術保護専門家の現場相談も共に進行する。
特に、今回の説明会は、創業企業に対する多様な政策支援を行う光州創造経済革新センターとともに主管し、より多くの創業企業にも技術保護制度を案内し、関連教育を支援する予定だ。
説明会に参加する企業は、専門家の中小企業技術流出対応案及び技術保護の核心規則に関する講義と、各省庁関係者の技術保護支援制度に関する説明を聞くことができる。また、無料の現場相談を通じて、個々の企業状況に合ったセキュリティガイドを支援することができる。
今回の説明会は4月1日、光州を皮切りに、慶尚（6月、釜山）、忠清（7月、大田）、首都圏（9月、ソウル）で年4回にわたって開催する予定だ。

中小企业和创业部举办2025年中小企业技术保护说明会
中小企业及风险投资部（部长吴英珠）表示，将于4月1日与公平交易委员会、韩国知识产权局、警察厅等在光州金大中会议中心举办2025年中小企业技术保护说明会（以下简称说明会）。
为了让中小企业一眼就能了解公平交易委员会的《分包法》禁止不当行为规定、专利局的专利纠纷应对战略支援项目等分散在各部门的技术保护支援制度，共同举办说明会并进行说明。我们还为每家公司提供技术保护专家的现场咨询。
特别是，本次说明会将与为创业公司提供各种政策支持的光州创造经济创新中心合作举办，以便让更多的创业公司了解技术保护制度并接受相关培训。
参加说明会的企业将可以听取专家关于中小企业技术泄漏应对措施和技术保护主要规则的讲座，以及各省官员关于技术保护支持系统的说明。此外，您还可以通过免费现场咨询获得针对您个人业务情况量身定制的安全指导。
该说明会每年举行四次，首先于4月1日在光州举行，随后在庆尚北道（6月、釜山）、忠清北道（7月、大田）、首都圈（9月、首尔）举行。

Le ministère des PME et des startups organise une séance d'information sur la protection des technologies pour les PME en 2025
Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo) a annoncé qu'il organiserait la session d'information sur la protection des technologies des PME 2025 (ci-après dénommée la session d'information) au centre de congrès Kim Dae-jung à Gwangju le 1er avril, en collaboration avec la Commission du commerce équitable, l'Office coréen de la propriété intellectuelle et l'Agence nationale de police.
La séance d'information est organisée et expliquée conjointement afin que les petites et moyennes entreprises puissent comprendre en un coup d'œil les systèmes de soutien à la protection technologique dispersés dans divers ministères, tels que l'interdiction de l'abus de pratiques de la loi sur la sous-traitance de la Commission du commerce équitable et le projet de soutien à la stratégie de réponse aux litiges en matière de brevets de l'Office des brevets. Nous proposons également des consultations sur site avec des experts en protection technologique pour chaque entreprise.
En particulier, cette séance d'information sera organisée en collaboration avec le Centre de Gwangju pour l'économie créative et l'innovation, qui fournit divers soutiens politiques aux startups, afin que davantage de startups puissent être informées du système de protection technologique et recevoir une formation connexe.
Les entreprises participant à la séance d'information pourront entendre des conférences d'experts sur les mesures de réponse aux fuites technologiques des petites et moyennes entreprises et les règles clés de la protection technologique, ainsi que des explications sur les systèmes de soutien à la protection technologique de la part de responsables de chaque ministère.
