중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주)는 2일 서비스분야 중소기업의 디지털 전환(DX)을 촉진하기 위해 ‘2025년 중소기업 스마트서비스 지원사업’ 참여기업을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이 사업은 서비스분야 중소기업이 디지털 기술을 활용하여 혁신성장을 할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 2020년부터 추진 중이며 새로운 서비스를 개발하기 위한 사업모델(BM) 창출 또는 물류·공급망 관리나 마케팅·영업·광고 등 고객서비스 품질 향상에 필요한 솔루션을 구축하도록 지원한다.
지원 유형은 신규 솔루션 구축, 솔루션 고도화, 공동활용 솔루션 구축의 세 가지로 나뉜다. 먼저 신규 솔루션 구축 부문에서는 110개 기업을 선정하여 최대 5천만 원을 지원하며 기존 솔루션을 더욱 발전시키는 솔루션 고도화 부문에서는 25개 기업을 대상으로 최대 1억 원까지 지원한다.
또한 2025년 시범사업으로 추진되는 공동활용 솔루션 구축 부문에서는 8개 과제를 선정하여 최대 2.5억 원을 지원한다. 이 사업은 5개 이상의 서비스 분야 중소기업이 공동으로 활용할 수 있는 솔루션을 개발하도록 지원하며, 이를 통해 솔루션 공급기업의 역량을 강화하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
사업에 참여하고자 하는 기업은 디지털 전환(DX)을 희망하는 서비스분야 중소기업(도입기업)과 솔루션 구축 역량을 갖춘 기업(공급기업)이 컨소시엄을 구성하여야 한다.
아울러 사업 참여를 희망하는 기업을 대상으로 디지털 전환 수준 진단, 필요 기술 컨설팅 및 사업계획서 도출 등을 위해 전문가의 사전 컨설팅을 지원할 계획이며 오는 3일부터 18일까지 컨설팅을 희망하는 수행기관(▲한국경영혁신중소기업협회(메인비즈, smart@mainbiz.or.kr) ▲한국스마트컨설팅협회(korsca_svc@korsca.kr) ▲중소기업기술혁신협회(이노비즈, smartcs@innobiz.or.kr) ▲여성기업종합지원센터(smartservice119@wbiz.or.kr))에 신청서를 전자우편으로 제출하면 된다.
신청서 등 지원사업에 대한 자세한 내용은 오는 3일부터 ‘중소기업 스마트서비스 지원사업 관리시스템’에서 확인이 가능하며, 사업 신청은 사전 컨설팅 여부와 관계없이 오는 5월 12일부터 5월 23일까지 온라인으로 신청할 수 있다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Recruiting Participating Companies for the 'Small and Medium Enterprise Smart Service Support Project'
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo) announced on the 2nd that it is recruiting participating companies for the '2025 SME Smart Service Support Project' to promote digital transformation (DX) of SMEs in the service sector.
This project has been in progress since 2020 to help small and medium-sized enterprises in the service sector achieve innovative growth by utilizing digital technology, and supports the creation of business models (BMs) for developing new services or the establishment of solutions necessary to improve the quality of customer services such as logistics and supply chain management, marketing, sales, and advertising.
The support types are divided into three categories: new solution construction, solution advancement, and joint solution construction. First, in the new solution construction category, 110 companies will be selected and supported with up to 50 million won, and in the solution advancement category, which further develops existing solutions, 25 companies will be supported with up to 100 million won.
In addition, in the joint utilization solution construction sector, which will be promoted as a pilot project in 2025, eight tasks will be selected and supported with up to 250 million won. This project aims to support the development of solutions that can be jointly utilized by SMEs in five or more service fields, thereby strengthening the capabilities of solution providers.
Companies wishing to participate in the business must form a consortium consisting of small and medium-sized enterprises in the service sector (introducing companies) that wish to undergo digital transformation (DX) and companies with solution building capabilities (suppliers).
In addition, we plan to support preliminary consulting by experts for companies that wish to participate in the project, including digital transformation level diagnosis, necessary technology consulting, and business plan derivation. 中小企业及风险投资部（部长吴英珠） 2日表示，正在招募“2025中小企业智能服务支援项目”参与企业，以推动服务业中小企业的数字化转型（DX）。

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo) a annoncé le 2 qu'il recrutait des entreprises participantes pour le « Projet de soutien aux services intelligents des PME 2025 » afin de promouvoir la transformation numérique (DX) des PME du secteur des services.
Ce projet est en cours depuis 2020 pour aider les petites et moyennes entreprises du secteur des services à atteindre une croissance innovante en utilisant la technologie numérique, et soutient la création de modèles commerciaux (BM) pour développer de nouveaux services ou la mise en place de solutions nécessaires pour améliorer la qualité des services clients tels que la logistique et la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, le marketing, les ventes et la publicité.
Les types de support sont divisés en trois catégories : création de nouvelles solutions, amélioration des solutions et création de solutions partagées. Premièrement, dans le secteur de la création de nouvelles solutions, 110 entreprises seront sélectionnées et soutenues à hauteur de 50 millions de wons, et dans le secteur de l'avancement des solutions qui développe davantage les solutions existantes, 25 entreprises seront soutenues à hauteur de 100 millions de wons.
En outre, dans le secteur de la construction de solutions d'utilisation conjointe, qui sera promu comme projet pilote en 2025, huit tâches seront sélectionnées et soutenues avec un budget pouvant atteindre 250 millions de wons. Ce projet vise à soutenir le développement de solutions pouvant être utilisées conjointement par des PME dans cinq secteurs de services ou plus, renforçant ainsi les capacités des fournisseurs de solutions.
Les entreprises souhaitant participer à l'activité doivent former un consortium composé de petites et moyennes entreprises du secteur des services (entreprises introductrices) qui souhaitent entreprendre une transformation numérique (DX) et d'entreprises dotées de capacités de création de solutions (fournisseurs).
En outre, nous prévoyons de soutenir les consultations préliminaires par des experts pour les entreprises qui souhaitent participer au projet, y compris le diagnostic du niveau de transformation numérique, le conseil technologique nécessaire et l'élaboration du plan d'affaires.
