이수그룹(회장 김상범)의 IT 계열사 이수시스템(대표이사 손원동)이 자사의 클라우드 HR 솔루션 ‘워크업’으로 2025년 중소기업 클라우드 서비스 보급·확산 사업의 공급기업에 3년 연속 선정되었다.
과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)이 주관하는 해당 사업은, 국내 클라우드 산업 활성화와 기업 경쟁력 제고를 목적으로 추진되고 있다. 세부 내용으로는 국내 중소기업과 스타트업을 대상으로 클라우드 서비스 도입을 지원하게 되며, 기업들은 컨설팅 및 이용료를 최대 80%까지 지원받을 수 있다. 집중 지원의 경우 최대 8천만 원, 일반 지원은 최대 1천만 원의 지원금이 제공된다.
이수시스템의 클라우드 HR 솔루션 ‘워크업’은 지난 2022년 출시된 서비스로, 20년 이상 축적된 HR 솔루션 구축 경험을 바탕으로 개발되었다. 워크업은 인사 조직 관리, 급여 관리, 근태 관리, 성과 및 평가 관리, 전자 계약 관리 등 100여 가지 기능을 포함하고 있으며, 고객사의 요구를 반영한 지속적인 기능 고도화와 맞춤형 지원을 제공하고 있다.
이수시스템 관계자는 “이번 선정을 통해 더 많은 중소기업들이 워크업을 도입하여 업무 간소화와 효율성 향상을 경험하고, 기업 경쟁력 강화를 이룰 수 있도록 적극적으로 지원할 계획이다”라고 밝혔다.
한편 중소기업 클라우드 서비스 보급·확산 사업의 수요기업 신청은 4일부터 시작됐으며, 워크업(WORKUP) 공식 홈페이지 또는 담당자를 통해 신청 관련 정보를 확인할 수 있다.

Isu Systems (CEO Son Won-dong), an IT subsidiary of Isu Group (Chairman Kim Sang-beom), has been selected as a supplier for the 2025 SME cloud service distribution and expansion project for three consecutive years with its cloud HR solution ‘Workup.’
The project, led by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), is being promoted with the aim of revitalizing the domestic cloud industry and enhancing corporate competitiveness. In detail, it will support the introduction of cloud services for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises and startups, and companies can receive up to 80% of consulting and usage fees. In the case of intensive support, up to 80 million won will be provided, and in the case of general support, up to 10 million won will be provided.
Workup, the cloud HR solution of Isu System, is a service launched in 2022 and was developed based on over 20 years of experience in building HR solutions. Workup includes over 100 functions, including personnel organization management, payroll management, attendance management, performance and evaluation management, and electronic contract management, and provides continuous functional advancement and customized support reflecting the needs of customers.
An official from the ISU system said, “Through this selection, we plan to actively support more small and medium-sized businesses to introduce work-ups, experience work simplification and increased efficiency, and strengthen corporate competitiveness.”
Meanwhile, applications from companies in need of the SME cloud service distribution and expansion project began on the 4th, and information related to application can be found on the official WORKUP website or through the person in charge.

Le projet, dirigé par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Agence nationale de promotion de l'industrie informatique (NIPA), est promu dans le but de revitaliser l'industrie nationale du cloud et d'améliorer la compétitivité des entreprises. Les détails incluent le soutien à l'introduction de services cloud pour les petites et moyennes entreprises et les startups nationales, et les entreprises peuvent recevoir un soutien allant jusqu'à 80 % pour les frais de conseil et d'utilisation.
