프리랜서 플랫폼인 크몽은 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA) 주관의 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS) 인증과 함께 국제표준화기구(ISO)의 정보 보안인증을 동시에 취득했다고 7일 밝혔다.
ISMS 인증은 과학기술정보통신부와 개인정보보호위원회가 고시하는 국내 최고 권위의 정보보호 인증으로, 기업이 보유한 정보보호 시스템이 국가 표준 기준에 부합하는지에 대해 총 80개 항목에 걸쳐 엄격한 심사를 거친다. 디지털 전환이 가속화됨에 따라 정보보호의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있는 가운데, ISMS 인증의 위상은 점차 강화되고 있다.
크몽은 이번 ISMS 최초 인증(ISMS-KISA-2025-001)을 획득하며, ‘온라인 플랫폼 서비스 운영’ 분야에서 ▲관리체계 수립 및 운영 ▲보호대책 요구사항 등 80개 인증 기준과 234개 세부 점검 항목을 모두 통과했다. 크몽은 정직한 리뷰 문화 정착, 결제 안전성 강화 등을 통해 고객 신뢰를 강화해온 노력의 결실로 이 인증을 얻게 됐다고 밝혔다.
또한, 크몽은 국제적으로 인정받는 정보 보안 관리체계인 ISO 27001 인증과 클라우드 서비스 정보 보안 통제에 대한 ISO 27017 인증도 동시에 획득했다. ISO 27001은 조직의 정보 보안 관리체계에 대한 국제 표준이며, ISO 27017은 클라우드 서비스 제공자와 사용자를 위한 정보 보안 통제 지침을 제공하는 국제 표준이다.
크몽은 이번 인증 획득을 바탕으로 정보보호 수준을 글로벌 스탠다드로 끌어올릴 계획이다. 이를 위해 정보보호 전담 인력을 대폭 확대하고, 전문 컨설팅을 도입해 보안 역량을 강화할 예정이다. 또한, 통합 보안 관리 시스템을 구축하고 24시간 365일 보안 관제 체계를 운영하는 등 고객 정보 보호에 만전을 기할 방침이다.
크몽 송준이 CTO는 “ISMS와 ISO 인증 획득으로 크몽의 정보보호 체계가 국내외에서 모두 인정받게 됐다”며, “이로써 고객들에게 더욱 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 됐다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “글로벌 수준의 정보보호 체계를 바탕으로 국내를 넘어 해외 시장에서도 신뢰받는 플랫폼으로 성장해 나가겠다”고 덧붙였다.

Kmong, simultaneous acquisition of domestic and international information security certifications
Freelance platform Cremon announced on the 7th that it had simultaneously obtained the Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) and the information security certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
ISMS certification is the most authoritative information security certification in Korea, announced by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Personal Information Protection Commission. It is a rigorous examination of 80 items in total to determine whether the information security system owned by a company complies with national standards. As digital transformation accelerates, the importance of information security is increasingly emphasized, and the status of ISMS certification is gradually strengthening.
With this first ISMS certification (ISMS-KISA-2025-001), Cremon passed all 80 certification criteria and 234 detailed inspection items in the ‘Online Platform Service Operation’ field, including ▲Establishment and Operation of Management System ▲Protection Measures Requirements. Cremon stated that it received this certification as a result of its efforts to strengthen customer trust through establishing an honest review culture and enhancing payment security.
In addition, Kmong has simultaneously obtained ISO 27001 certification, an internationally recognized information security management system, and ISO 27017 certification for cloud service information security control. ISO 27001 is an international standard for an organization’s information security management system, and ISO 27017 is an international standard that provides information security control guidelines for cloud service providers and users.
Based on this certification, Kmong plans to raise the level of information security to global standards. To this end, it plans to significantly expand its information security staff and introduce professional consulting to strengthen its security capabilities. In addition, it plans to do its utmost to protect customer information by establishing an integrated security management system and operating a 24/7 security control system.

La norme ISO 27001 est une norme internationale relative au système de gestion de la sécurité de l'information d'une organisation, et la norme ISO 27017 est une norme internationale qui fournit des lignes directrices sur le contrôle de la sécurité de l'information pour les fournisseurs et les utilisateurs de services cloud.
