콜게이트(CallGate, 대표 이강민)는 디지털 간편인증 서비스 전문기업 넥스원소프트(대표 최덕훈)와 ‘보이는 ARS 및 결제 서비스 내 인증 및 보안 기능 강화’를 위한 전략적 업무협약 (MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
콜게이트는 ‘보이는 ARS’와 ‘보이는 결제’ 전문기업으로, 고객이 전화를 걸면 웹 기반 화면이 자동 실행되어 안내를 확인하고 필요한 서비스를 손쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 지원한다.
기업 고객은 콜게이트의 ‘보이는 ARS’를 통해 상담 연결, 고객 응대, 이벤트 안내 등의 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있으며, ‘보이는 결제’를 활용해 주문부터 결제까지 한 번에 완료할 수 있다. 이미 3천만 고객의 스마트폰에 적용된 콜게이트 SDK는 별도의 앱 설치나 회원 가입 없이 안정적이고 편리한 서비스를 제공한다. 콜게이트는 현재 400여개 대기업을 비롯하여 공공기관 및 지자체, 일반기업을 비롯해 금융, IT, 프랜차이즈 등 다양한 산업 분야의 고객사에 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
이번 협약을 통해 콜게이트는 넥스원소프트의 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA) 표준 기반 통합인증 서비스 ‘넥스비사인(NexBe Sign)’을 보이는 ARS 및 결제 서비스에 적용할 예정이다. 이를 통해 사용자는 하나의 창에서 자신이 자주 이용하는 인증서를 선택해 신속하고 편리하게 본인 인증을 진행할 수 있다.
특히 금융거래나 계약서 서명 등 인증이 필수적인 결제 서비스에서도 키패드 보안 등 다양한 기술을 접목하여 고객 개인정보 보호를 한층 강화함으로써 높은 보안성과 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.
콜게이트는 이번 협약을 통해 보이는 ARS 및 결제 서비스의 보안성과 신뢰도를 높이고, 공공·기업·금융 등 다양한 시장에서 적용할 수 있는 간편하고 안전한 인증 체계를 구축할 방침이다. 이를 바탕으로 고객이 언제 어디서나 신속하게 본인 인증을 완료하고, 민원 업무나 금융거래를 안전하게 처리할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.

In particular, in payment services where authentication is essential, such as financial transactions or contract signing, various technologies such as keypad security can be applied to further strengthen the protection of customer personal information, thereby providing high security and convenience.
Through this agreement, Colgate plans to enhance the security and reliability of visible ARS and payment services, and establish a simple and safe authentication system that can be applied in various markets such as public, corporate, and financial. Based on this, it plans to support customers to complete identity verification quickly and safely anytime and anywhere, and to process civil affairs or financial transactions.
