체외진단 의료기기 스타트업 ㈜올메이드(대표 오택규)가 빅뱅 하이테크 바이오 투자조합(업무집행조합원: 빅뱅벤처스)으로부터 시드 투자를 유치했다고 밝혔다.
올메이드는 이번 투자 유치를 통해 퀀텀닷(Quantum Dot·양자점)을 활용한 차세대 체외진단 플랫폼 기술 개발을 본격적으로 추진할 계획이다. 퀀텀닷은 수 나노미터에서 수십 나노미터(nm) 단위의 초미세 반도체 입자로, 입자 크기에 따라 다양한 색을 발광하는 특성을 지닌다. 올메이드는 이 퀀텀닷과 바이오 소재를 결합한 진단 기술을 개발하고 있으며, 이를 통해 신호를 정밀하게 분석할 수 있는 고감도 센싱 시스템을 함께 구축 중이다.
2023년에 설립된 올메이드는 2024년 중소벤처기업부의 ‘창업성장기술개발(RnD) 디딤돌 사업’에 선정되어 관련 기술 개발에 집중하고 있으며, 2025년 제품 출시를 목표로 하고 있다.
빅뱅벤처스 구태훈 대표는 “올메이드의 퀀텀닷 기반 고감도 진단 기술은 글로벌 동물용 체외진단 시장, 특히 축산 분야에서 높은 잠재력을 보유하고 있어 투자를 결정했다”고 투자 배경을 설명했다.
올메이드 오택규 대표는 “이번 투자를 계기로 신속 진단과 정밀 진단 사이의 틈새 시장을 타겟팅하여 성공적인 시장 진입에 박차를 가하겠다”고 말했다.
Allmade Attracts Seed Investment
In vitro diagnostic medical device startup Allmade Co., Ltd. (CEO Taek-Kyu Oh) announced that it has attracted seed investment from Big Bang Hi-Tech Bio Investment Association (executive partner: Big Bang Ventures).
Through this investment, Allmade plans to fully pursue the development of next-generation in vitro diagnostic platform technology utilizing quantum dots. Quantum dots are ultra-fine semiconductor particles measuring from several nanometers to tens of nanometers (nm), and have the characteristic of emitting various colors depending on the particle size. Allmade is developing a diagnostic technology that combines quantum dots with biomaterials, and is also building a high-sensitivity sensing system that can precisely analyze signals.
Allmade, established in 2023, was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 'Startup Growth Technology Development (RnD) Stepping Stone Project' in 2024 and is focusing on developing related technologies, aiming to launch a product in 2025.
Big Bang Ventures CEO Koo Tae-hoon explained the investment background, saying, “We decided to invest because Allmade’s quantum dot-based high-sensitivity diagnostic technology holds great potential in the global animal in vitro diagnostics market, especially in the livestock sector.”
“With this investment, we will target the niche market between rapid diagnosis and precision diagnosis and accelerate our successful market entry,” said Oh Taek-kyu, CEO of Allmade.

オルメイドは今回の投資誘致を通じてクアンタムドット(Quantum Dot)を活用した次世代体外診断プラットフォーム技術開発を本格的に推進する計画だ。クアンタムドットは数ナノメートルから数十ナノメートル（nm）単位の超微細半導体粒子であり、粒径に応じて様々な色を発光する特性を有する。オルメイドはこのクォンタムドットとバイオ素材を組み合わせた診断技術を開発しており、これにより信号を精密に分析できる高感度センシングシステムを共に構築中だ。
2023年に設立されたオルメイドは、2024年中小ベンチャー企業部の「創業成長技術開発(RnD)ディンドル事業」に選定され、関連技術開発に集中しており、2025年製品発売を目指している。
ビッグバンベンチャーズク・テフン代表は「オールメイドのクォンタムドットベースの高感度診断技術は、グローバル動物向け体外診断市場、特に畜産分野で高い潜在力を保有しており、投資を決定した」と投資背景を説明した。

Grâce à cet investissement, Allmade prévoit de poursuivre pleinement le développement d'une technologie de plate-forme de diagnostic in vitro de nouvelle génération utilisant des points quantiques. Les points quantiques sont des particules semi-conductrices ultrafines mesurant de quelques nanomètres à quelques dizaines de nanomètres (nm), et ont la caractéristique d'émettre différentes couleurs en fonction de la taille des particules. Allmade développe une technologie de diagnostic qui combine des points quantiques et des biomatériaux, et construit un système de détection à haute sensibilité capable d'analyser avec précision les signaux.
Allmade, créée en 2023, a été sélectionnée pour le « Startup Growth Technology Development (RnD) Stepping Stone Project » du ministère des PME et des startups en 2024 et se concentre sur le développement de technologies connexes, dans le but de lancer un produit en 2025.
Koo Tae-hoon, PDG de Big Bang Ventures, a expliqué le contexte de l'investissement en déclarant : « Nous avons décidé d'investir parce que la technologie de diagnostic haute sensibilité à base de points quantiques d'Allmade présente un grand potentiel sur le marché mondial du diagnostic in vitro animal, en particulier dans le secteur de l'élevage. »
« Avec cet investissement, nous ciblerons le marché de niche entre le diagnostic rapide et le diagnostic de précision et accélérerons notre entrée réussie sur le marché », a déclaré Oh Taek-kyu, PDG d'Allmade.
