기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 8일(화) 경남테크노파크(이하 ‘경남TP’)와 경남 창원시 경남TP 본부에서 「기술이전 수요발굴 확대 및 기술거래시장 활성화를 위한 기술거래 서포터즈 업무협약」을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 상호 유기적인 협업체계를 바탕으로 중소벤처기업의 개방형 기술혁신 생태계를 조성하고, 기술거래시장 활성화를 추진하기 위해 마련됐다.
한편, 기보는 지난해 2월부터 중소벤처기업진흥공단 등 7개 유관기관과 서포터즈 업무협약을 체결함으로써 중소기업의 기술이전 수요발굴을 지속적으로 확대하고 있으며, 현재 총 185명의 서포터즈가 활동하고 있다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 ▲중소기업 기술이전 수요발굴 강화 ▲서포터즈 제도 홍보 및 참여 독려 ▲기술거래 협력체계 구축 및 기술거래·사업화 정보 공유 등에 대해 상호 협력하기로 했다.
서포터즈로 선정된 경남TP 소속 직원은 업무 접점에서 발굴한 중소기업의 기술수요를 기보에 추천하며, 기보는 추천 건에 대한 기술중개를 진행해 기술이전 계약이 성사될 경우 서포터즈에게 보상금을 지급한다. 또한, 기보는 경남TP가 운영하는 11개 중소기업 지원 특화센터의 네트워크를 활용해 기술이전·사업화 연계 지원을 강화함으로써 시너지 효과를 높일 계획이다.
이상창 기보 이사는 “기보는 기술거래 인프라를 지속적으로 확충하기 위해 경남TP와의 협약을 시작으로 전국 TP와 기술이전 협업을 확대해 나갈 계획”이라며, “앞으로도 유관기관 및 서포터즈와의 협력을 강화해 중소기업 중심의 자생적 기술거래 시장 육성에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo signs business agreement with Gyeongnam Technopark
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Tuesday the 8th that it signed a “Technology Transaction Supporters Business Agreement to Expand Technology Transfer Demand and Activate Technology Transaction Market” with Gyeongnam Technopark (hereinafter referred to as “Gyeongnam TP”) at the Gyeongnam TP headquarters in Changwon, Gyeongnam.
This agreement was prepared to foster an open technology innovation ecosystem for small and medium-sized venture companies and to promote the activation of the technology transaction market based on an organic collaboration system between the two organizations.
Meanwhile, Kibo has been continuously expanding the demand for technology transfer from small and medium-sized enterprises by signing supporter business agreements with seven related organizations, including the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, since February of last year, and currently has a total of 185 supporters active.
Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to cooperate in ▲strengthening demand for technology transfer from small and medium-sized enterprises, ▲promoting the supporter system and encouraging participation, ▲establishing a technology transaction cooperation system, and sharing information on technology transactions and commercialization.
Employees of Gyeongnam TP selected as supporters will recommend to Kibo the technology needs of small and medium-sized enterprises discovered through work contacts, and Kibo will conduct technology mediation for the recommended cases and pay compensation to the supporters if a technology transfer contract is concluded. In addition, Kibo plans to enhance synergy effects by strengthening support for technology transfer and commercialization linkage by utilizing the network of 11 specialized small and medium-sized enterprise support centers operated by Gyeongnam TP.
Lee Sang-chang, CEO of Kibo, said, “In order to continuously expand the technology transaction infrastructure, Kibo plans to expand technology transfer collaboration with TPs nationwide, starting with the agreement with Gyeongnam TP,” and “We will continue to strengthen cooperation with related organizations and supporters and take the lead in fostering a self-sustaining technology transaction market centered on small and medium-sized enterprises.”

ギボ、慶南テクノパークと業務協約締結
技術保証基金（以下「棋保」）は8日（火）慶南テクノパーク（以下「慶南TP」）と慶南昌原市慶南TP本部で「技術移転需要発掘拡大および技術取引市場活性化のための技術取引サポーターズ業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の条約は、両機関が相互有機的な協業体系を基に中小ベンチャー企業の開放型技術革新生態系を造成し、技術取引市場活性化を推進するために設けられた。
一方、記事は昨年2月から中小ベンチャー企業振興公団など7つの関連機関とサポーターズ業務協約を締結することで、中小企業の技術移転需要発掘を継続的に拡大しており、現在合計185人のサポーターズが活動している。
今回の協約を通じて、両機関は▲中小企業技術移転需要発掘強化▲サポーターズ制度の広報及び参加の励まし▲技術取引協力体制の構築及び技術取引・事業化情報共有などについて相互協力することにした。
サポーターズに選ばれた慶南TP所属職員は、業務接点で発掘した中小企業の技術需要を機報に推薦し、機報は推薦件に対する技術仲介を行い、技術移転契約が成立した場合、サポーターズに補償金を支給する。また、棋保は慶南TPが運営する11の中小企業支援特化センターのネットワークを活用して技術移転・事業化連携支援を強化することで相乗効果を高める計画だ。
イ・サンチャンギボ理事は「起補は技術取引インフラを持続的に拡充するために慶南TPとの協約を皮切りに全国TPと技術移転コラボレーションを拡大していく計画」とし、「今後も関連機関およびサポーターズとの協力を強化して中小企業中心の自生的技術取引市場の育成に先立つ。

Kibo与庆南科技园签署商业协议
韩国技术金融公司（以下简称“KIBO”）8日（周二）宣布，与庆南科技园区（以下简称“庆南TP”）在位于庆尚南道昌原市的庆南TP总部签署了“为扩大技术转让需求、活跃技术交易市场，技术交易支援者业务协议”。
此次协议旨在为中小型风险企业培育一个开放的技术创新生态系统，并在两个组织之间的有机合作体系基础上促进技术交易市场的活跃。
同时，Kibo自去年2月以来与韩国中小企业振兴院等7家相关机构签署了支持者业务协议，不断扩大中小企业的技术转让需求，目前共有185名支持者活跃。
通过此次协议，两机构同意在▲加强中小企业技术转移需求、▲推进支持者制度并鼓励参与、▲建立技术交易合作体系、共享技术交易及商业化信息等方面开展合作。
被选为支持者的庆南TP员工向Kibo推荐通过工作联系发现的中小企业技术需求，Kibo对推荐事例进行技术中介，如果签订技术转让合同，则向支持者支付报酬。此外，希望通过利用庆南TP运营的11个专业中小企业支持中心网络，加强对技术转让和商业化的支持，从而提高协同效应。
Kibo代表李相昌表示，“为了持续扩大技术交易基础设施，Kibo计划以与庆尚南道TP达成协议为开端，扩大与全国TP的技术转让合作”，“我们将继续加强与相关组织和支持者的合作，带头培育以中小企业为中心的自主技术交易市场”。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec Gyeongnam Technopark
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé mardi 8 avoir signé un « Accord commercial de soutien aux transactions technologiques pour élargir la demande de transfert de technologie et activer le marché des transactions technologiques » avec Gyeongnam Technopark (ci-après dénommé « Gyeongnam TP ») au siège de Gyeongnam TP à Changwon, Gyeongnam.
Cet accord a été préparé pour favoriser un écosystème d’innovation technologique ouvert pour les petites et moyennes entreprises et pour promouvoir l’activation du marché des transactions technologiques basé sur un système de collaboration organique entre les deux organisations.
Parallèlement, Kibo n'a cessé d'accroître la demande de transfert de technologie des petites et moyennes entreprises en signant des accords commerciaux de soutien avec sept organisations concernées, dont l'Agence coréenne des PME et des startups, depuis février de l'année dernière, et compte actuellement un total de 185 soutiens actifs.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations ont convenu de coopérer pour ▲renforcer la demande de transfert de technologie des petites et moyennes entreprises, ▲promouvoir le système de soutien et encourager la participation, ▲établir un système de coopération en matière de transactions technologiques et partager des informations sur les transactions et la commercialisation technologiques.
Les employés de Gyeongnam TP sélectionnés comme supporters recommandent à Kibo les besoins technologiques des petites et moyennes entreprises découverts grâce à des contacts professionnels, et Kibo effectue un courtage technologique pour les cas recommandés, et si un contrat de transfert de technologie est conclu, une récompense est versée aux supporters. En outre, Kibo prévoit d'accroître les effets de synergie en renforçant le soutien au transfert de technologie et à la commercialisation en utilisant le réseau de 11 centres de soutien spécialisés aux petites et moyennes entreprises exploités par Gyeongnam TP.
Lee Sang-chang, PDG de Kibo, a déclaré : « Afin d'étendre continuellement l'infrastructure de transaction technologique, Kibo prévoit d'étendre la collaboration en matière de transfert de technologie avec les TP à l'échelle nationale, en commençant par l'accord avec Gyeongnam TP », et « Nous continuerons à renforcer la coopération avec les organisations et les partisans concernés et à prendre l'initiative de favoriser un marché de transaction technologique autonome centré sur les petites et moyennes entreprises. »
