스카이랩스는 자사의 반지형 혈압 측정기 ‘카트 비피(CART BP)’가 2024년 IR52 장영실상 최우수상(국무총리상)을 수상했다고 밝혔다.
이번 수상은 오랜 기간 표준으로 자리잡은 커프형 혈압 측정 방식에서 벗어나, 반지 형태로 지속적인 혈압 측정이 가능한 기기를 상용화한 기술력을 인정받은 결과다.
카트 비피는 손가락에 착용하는 형태로, 24시간 자동으로 혈압을 측정할 수 있는 반지형 의료기기다. 2023년 식품의약품안전처로부터 2등급 의료기기로 허가를 받았으며, 같은 해 건강보험심사평가원 수가 승인을 통해 국내 병의원에서 실제 진료에 활용되고 있다.
이 기기는 혈압 측정 방식의 구조를 커프에서 반지로, 측정부를 팔에서 손가락으로, 측정 주기를 간헐적에서 연속 측정으로 전환함으로써 의료기술의 혁신성과 사용자 편의성을 높였다는 평가를 받고 있다. 사용자는 수면이나 외출 중에도 반지를 착용하는 것만으로 자동으로 혈압을 측정할 수 있으며, 측정된 데이터는 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 의료진과 공유된다.

Skylabs announced that its ring-type blood pressure monitor 'CART BP' won the 2024 IR52 Jang Young-sil Award Grand Prize (Prime Minister's Award).
This award is a recognition of the technological prowess that commercialized a device capable of continuous blood pressure measurement in a ring shape, breaking away from the cuff-type blood pressure measurement method that has been the standard for a long time.
Cart Bipi is a ring-shaped medical device that is worn on the finger and can automatically measure blood pressure 24 hours a day. It was approved as a class 2 medical device by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in 2023, and is being used for actual treatment in domestic hospitals and clinics through the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service's fee approval in the same year.
This device is evaluated as having improved the innovation of medical technology and user convenience by changing the structure of the blood pressure measurement method from a cuff to a ring, the measuring part from the arm to the finger, and the measurement cycle from intermittent to continuous measurement. Users can automatically measure blood pressure by simply wearing the ring while sleeping or going out, and the measured data is shared with medical staff through a mobile application.
Skylabs CEO Lee Byeong-hwan said, “Cart BP is a patient-centered technology that overcomes the limitations of existing blood pressure measurement technology,” and added, “With this award as an opportunity, we will continue to present a new standard for digital healthcare in the global market.”

Skylabs a annoncé que son tensiomètre annulaire « CART BP » a remporté le Grand Prix IR52 Jang Young-sil 2024 (Prix du Premier ministre).
Ce prix est une reconnaissance de la prouesse technologique qui a permis de commercialiser un appareil capable de mesurer la pression artérielle en continu sous forme d'anneau, rompant ainsi avec la méthode de mesure de la pression artérielle par brassard qui a longtemps été la norme.
Kart Bipi est un dispositif médical en forme d'anneau qui se porte au doigt et qui peut mesurer automatiquement la tension artérielle 24 heures sur 24. Il a été approuvé comme dispositif médical de classe 2 par le ministère de la Sécurité alimentaire et pharmaceutique en 2023 et est désormais utilisé pour le traitement réel dans les hôpitaux et cliniques nationaux grâce à l'approbation du Service d'examen et d'évaluation de l'assurance maladie la même année.
Cet appareil est considéré comme ayant augmenté l'innovation de la technologie médicale et le confort de l'utilisateur en changeant la structure de la mesure de la pression artérielle d'un brassard à un anneau, la partie de mesure du bras au doigt et le cycle de mesure d'une mesure intermittente à une mesure continue. Les utilisateurs peuvent mesurer automatiquement leur tension artérielle simplement en portant l'anneau pendant leur sommeil ou en sortant, et les données mesurées sont partagées avec le personnel médical via une application mobile.
