데이터 기술 기반 AI 솔루션 기업 바이브컴퍼니는 지난 4월 11일 연세대학교 새천년관에서 ‘생성AI 선도인재양성사업’ 2차년도 워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
‘생성AI 선도인재양성사업’은 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신기획평가원(IITP)이 추진 중인 국가 지원 사업으로, 2023년부터 2027년까지 총 145억 원의 예산이 투입될 예정이다. 본 사업은 생성형 인공지능(Generative AI) 분야에서의 핵심 기술 확보 및 실무형 인재 양성을 목표로 하며, 바이브컴퍼니는 2024년부터 사업의 주관기관으로 참여하고 있다.
이번 워크숍에서는 2차년도 주요 연구 과제가 공유됐다. 고려대학교는 논문 요약에 최적화된 언어모델 개발 결과를 발표했으며, 서울대학교는 통계정보 시각화 기술을 소개했다. 국민대학교는 문서 자동 생성 및 협업형 LLM/LMM 개발 과제를, 연세대학교는 스마트시티 내 재난·안전 경보 기술을 중심으로 연구 성과를 발표했다.
바이브컴퍼니는 이번 행사에서 기업 현장에서 바로 활용 가능한 생성형 AI 기술과 관련 교육 콘텐츠를 기반으로 한 실무 중심 커리큘럼 고도화 계획을 발표했다. 특히 프로젝트 중심 교육, 실습 강화, 산학협력을 통한 실전 연계 교육의 확대가 주요 방향으로 제시됐다.
1차년도 교육과정에 참여한 교육생들은 실무 프로젝트와 멘토링 프로그램에 대해 높은 만족도를 보였다는 설명이다. 한 교육생은 “팀 프로젝트와 전문가 멘토링을 통해 실무 감각을 익히는 데 큰 도움이 됐다”고 밝혔다.
바이브컴퍼니 관계자는 “산업 현장의 요구에 부합하는 실무형 생성 AI 인재 양성을 위해 교육과 연구를 병행하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 교육기관, 연구기관, 산업체 간 긴밀한 협력을 통해 AI 생태계 전반의 경쟁력을 높여 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Vibe Company Holds Workshop on 'Generation AI Leading Talent Development Project'
Vibe Company, an AI solution company based on data technology, announced that it held the second year workshop of the ‘Generation AI Leading Talent Training Project’ at Yonsei University’s New Millennium Hall on April 11.
The 'Generative AI Leading Talent Training Project' is a national support project promoted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Institute of Information and Communications Technology Planning and Evaluation (IITP), with a total budget of 14.5 billion won expected to be invested from 2023 to 2027. This project aims to secure core technologies and train practical talents in the field of generative AI, and Vibe Company has been participating as the project's main organization since 2024.
At this workshop, the main research projects for the second year were shared. Korea University presented the results of developing a language model optimized for summarizing papers, Seoul National University introduced statistical information visualization technology, Kookmin University presented the development of document automatic generation and collaborative LLM/LMM, and Yonsei University presented research results centered on disaster and safety warning technology in smart cities.
At this event, Vibe Company announced a plan to enhance the curriculum centered on practical use based on generative AI technology and related educational content that can be immediately applied in the corporate field. In particular, project-centered education, strengthening practical training, and expanding practical education through industry-academia cooperation were presented as key directions.
The trainees who participated in the first year of the course were described as highly satisfied with the practical projects and mentoring programs. One trainee said, “The team projects and expert mentoring were a great help in gaining practical experience.”
A Vibe Company official said, “We are conducting education and research in parallel to foster practical AI talent that meets the needs of the industrial field,” and “We will continue to increase the competitiveness of the entire AI ecosystem through close cooperation between educational institutions, research institutes, and industrial companies.”

今回のワークショップでは、2次年度の主要研究課題が共有された。高麗大学は論文の要約に最適化された言語モデルの開発結果を発表し、ソウル大学は統計情報の可視化技術を紹介した。国民大学は文書自動生成および共同型LLM/LMM開発課題を、延世大学はスマートシティ内の災害・安全警報技術を中心に研究成果を発表した。
バイブカンパニーは今回のイベントで企業現場ですぐに活用可能な生成型AI技術と関連教育コンテンツを基盤とした実務中心カリキュラム高度化計画を発表した。特にプロジェクト中心教育、実習強化、産学協力を通じた実戦連携教育の拡大が主要方向に提示された。
1次年度教育課程に参加した教育生たちは、実務プロジェクトとメンタリングプログラムに対して高い満足度を見せたという説明だ。ある教育生は「チームプロジェクトと専門家のメンタリングを通じて実務感覚を身につけるのに大きな助けになった」と明らかにした。
バイブカンパニー関係者は「産業現場の要求に合致する実務型生成AI人材養成のために教育と研究を並行している」とし「今後も教育機関、研究機関、産業体間の緊密な協力を通じてAIエコシステム全体の競争力を高めていく」と明らかにした。

“生成型人工智能领军人才培养项目”是韩国科学技术信息通信部和信息通信技术规划评估院（IITP）共同推进的国家级支持项目，预计2023年至2027年投资总额为145亿韩元。该项目旨在确保生成型人工智能领域的核心技术并培养实用人才，Vibe公司自2024年起作为主要组织参与其中。
本次工作坊分享了第二年的主要研究任务。高丽大学公布了针对论文摘要优化的语言模型的开发成果，首尔大学介绍了统计信息可视化技术。国民大学展示了以自动文档生成和LLM/LMM协作开发为中心的研究成果，延世大学展示了以智慧城市灾害和安全预警技术为中心的研究成果。
本次活动中，Vibe公司宣布计划增强其基于生成式AI技术的实践导向课程以及可立即应用于企业环境的相关教育内容。其中，提出了以项目为中心的教育、强化实践培训、通过产学合作扩大实践教育等重点方向。
据介绍，参加该课程第一年的学生对实践项目和指导计划表现出很高的满意度。一名学员表示：“团队项目和专家指导对积累实践经验有很大帮助。”
Vibe公司相关人士表示，“我们正在同时开展教育和研究，以培养符合工业领域需求的实用型AI人才”，“我们将继续通过教育机构、研究机构和工业企业之间的密切合作，提高整个AI生态系统的竞争力”。

La société Vibe organise un atelier sur le projet « Generation AI Leading Talent Development »
Vibe Company, une société de solutions d'IA basée sur la technologie des données, a annoncé qu'elle avait organisé le deuxième atelier de formation des « Generation AI Leading Talent Training Project » au New Millennium Hall de l'Université Yonsei le 11 avril.
Le « Generation AI Leading Talent Training Project » est un projet de soutien national promu par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Institut de planification et d'évaluation des technologies de l'information et de la communication (IITP), avec un budget total de 14,5 milliards de wons qui devrait être investi de 2023 à 2027. Ce projet vise à sécuriser les technologies de base et à cultiver des talents pratiques dans le domaine de l'IA générative, et Vibe Company participe en tant qu'organisation principale du projet depuis 2024.
Dans cet atelier, les principales tâches de recherche pour la deuxième année ont été partagées. L'Université de Corée a annoncé les résultats du développement d'un modèle linguistique optimisé pour la synthèse d'articles, et l'Université nationale de Séoul a présenté une technologie de visualisation d'informations statistiques. L'Université Kookmin a présenté ses résultats de recherche centrés sur la génération automatique de documents et le développement collaboratif LLM/LMM, et l'Université Yonsei a présenté ses résultats de recherche centrés sur la technologie d'alerte en cas de catastrophe et de sécurité dans les villes intelligentes.
Lors de cet événement, Vibe Company a annoncé son intention d'améliorer son programme d'études axé sur la pratique, basé sur la technologie de l'IA générative et le contenu éducatif associé qui peut être immédiatement appliqué dans les environnements d'entreprise. En particulier, l’éducation centrée sur les projets, le renforcement de la formation pratique et l’expansion de l’éducation pratique par la coopération entre l’industrie et le monde universitaire ont été présentés comme des orientations clés.
Il a été expliqué que les étudiants qui ont participé à la première année du cours ont montré une grande satisfaction à l’égard des projets pratiques et du programme de mentorat. Un stagiaire a déclaré : « Les projets d’équipe et le mentorat d’experts ont été d’une grande aide pour acquérir une expérience pratique. »
Un responsable de Vibe Company a déclaré : « Nous menons des activités de formation et de recherche en parallèle pour favoriser le développement de talents pratiques en IA qui répondent aux besoins du secteur industriel » et « Nous continuerons d'accroître la compétitivité de l'ensemble de l'écosystème de l'IA grâce à une coopération étroite entre les établissements d'enseignement, les instituts de recherche et les entreprises industrielles. »
