홍릉강소특구사업단(한국과학기술연구원(KIST), 경희대, 고려대 공동 운영)이 주관하고 인포뱅크가 운영하는 ‘서울홍릉강소특구 이노폴리스캠퍼스 사업’은 서울 홍릉강소특구 지역내에서 기술창업을 희망하는 예비 창업자와 초기 창업기업에게 창업 성공의 발판을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.
서울홍릉강소특구는 바이오, 헬스케어, 의료기기 등 첨단 기술 분야에서 연구·창업·사업화를 적극 지원하는 지역으로, 이번 이노폴리스캠퍼스 사업을 통해 예비 창업자가 아이디어를 실현하고 기술 스타트업이 초기 성장을 이루는 데 필요한 환경을 제공하고자 한다.
참가 대상은 기술 창업을 희망하는 예비 창업자와 창업 3년 미만의 초기 창업기업(2022년 5월 8일 이후 창업)이다. 특히 바이오, 헬스케어, 의료기기 등 기술 기반 창업 분야를 우대하며 참여 기업과 창업자에게는 4~6주간 실무 중심의 창업 교육과 투자 유치 기회를 제공함과 동시에 다양한 혜택이 지원될 예정이다.
주요 지원 혜택은 서울홍릉강소특구 특화 프로그램 참여 지원, 우수기업 대상 사업화 자금 지원이 있으며, 한국과학기술연구원(KIST), 경희대학교, 고려대학교와 협력하여 기술 개발 및 사업화를 지원하는 기술 핵심기관 연계가 지원된다. 또한, 참가 기업은 서울홍릉강소특구 내 스타트업 창업 공간에 입주할 기회도 함께 제공받을 수 있다.
이 밖에 최대 5억 원 규모의 직접 투자 및 팁스(TIPS) 및 딥테크 팁스 프로그램 추천을 통해 기술 기반 스타트업의 성장을 도울 뿐만 아니라, 서울홍릉강소특구를 중심으로 첨단 기술 창업과 혁신적인 비즈니스를 성공적으로 이끌어 나갈 수 있도록 아낌없는 지원을 제공할 계획이다.
‘GRaND-K 창업학교’의 (예비)창업기업 모집 신청은 오는 5월 7일까지며 자세한 일정 및 지원 방법은 인포뱅크 홈페이지 또는 서울홍릉강소특구 홈페이지를 통해 확인할 수 있다.

iAccel, the investment division of Infobank Co., Ltd. (CEO Taehyung Park), a provider of AI solutions such as AI contact centers (AICC), AI-based messaging services, and AI chatbots, announced that it is recruiting (potential) startups for the GRaND-K startup school's 'Seoul Hongneung Gangso Special Zone Innopolis Campus Project.'
The 'Seoul Hongneung Gangso Special Zone Innopolis Campus Project', hosted by the Hongneung Gangso Special Zone Business Group (jointly operated by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), Kyunghee University, and Korea University) and operated by Infobank, aims to provide a foundation for startup success for prospective entrepreneurs and early-stage startups hoping to start a technology business in the Seoul Hongneung Gangso Special Zone region.
Seoul Hongneung-Gangso Special Zone is a region that actively supports research, startups, and commercialization in cutting-edge technology fields such as bio, healthcare, and medical devices. Through this Innopolis Campus project, the goal is to provide an environment necessary for aspiring entrepreneurs to realize their ideas and for technology startups to achieve initial growth.
The target participants are prospective entrepreneurs who wish to start a technology startup and early-stage startups that have been established for less than 3 years (established after May 8, 2022). In particular, priority will be given to technology-based startup fields such as bio, healthcare, and medical devices, and participating companies and entrepreneurs will be provided with 4-6 weeks of practical startup education and investment attraction opportunities, as well as various benefits.
Key support benefits include support for participation in the Seoul Hongneung Gangseo Special Zone specialized program, commercialization funding for excellent companies, and support for linking with key technology institutions to support technology development and commercialization in cooperation with the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), Kyunghee University, and Korea University. In addition, participating companies will also be provided with the opportunity to move into startup space in the Seoul Hongneung Gangseo Special Zone.
In addition, we plan to provide generous support to help technology-based startups grow by providing direct investments of up to 500 million won and recommendations for the TIPS and Deep Tech TIPS programs, as well as to successfully lead cutting-edge technology startups and innovative businesses centered around the Seoul Hongneung Special Zone.

ソウル洪陵江蘇特区はバイオ、ヘルスケア、医療機器など先端技術分野で研究・創業・事業化を積極的に支援する地域で、今回のイノポリスキャンパス事業を通じて予備創業者がアイデアを実現し、技術スタートアップが初期成長を遂げるために必要な環境を提供しようとする。
参加対象は技術創業を希望する予備創業者と創業3年未満の初期創業企業（2022年5月8日以降創業）だ。特にバイオ、ヘルスケア、医療機器など技術基盤の創業分野を優待し、参加企業や創業者には4～6週間の実務中心の創業教育と投資誘致機会を提供するとともに、多様な恩恵が支援される予定だ。
主な支援メリットはソウル洪陵江蘇特区特化プログラム参加支援、優秀企業対象事業化資金支援があり、韓国科学技術研究院(KIST)、慶煕大学、高麗大学と協力して技術開発及び事業化を支援する技術核心機関連携が支援される。また、参加企業はソウル洪陵江蘇特区内のスタートアップ創業空間に入居する機会も一緒に提供される。
このほか、最大5億ウォン規模の直接投資及びティップス(TIPS)及びディープテックティップスプログラム推薦を通じて技術基盤スタートアップの成長を助けるだけでなく、ソウル洪陵江蘇特区を中心に先端技術創業と革新的なビジネスを成功的に導いていくことができる惜しみない支援を提供する計画だ。
