생성형 인공지능(AI) 기반 빅데이터 분석 기업 뉴엔AI(NEWEN AI, 구 알에스엔)는 15일 한국거래소로부터 코스닥 상장을 위한 예비심사 승인을 받았다고 밝혔다. 상장 주관사는 NH투자증권이다.
2004년 설립된 뉴엔AI는 AI 기술을 바탕으로 산업별 구독형 데이터 분석 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 회사는 약 1,800억 건에 달하는 국내 최대 수준의 데이터를 보유하고 있으며, 산업 및 업무 분야별로 900여 개의 분석 모델을 갖추고 있다. 이를 통해 다양한 산업군에 특화된 AI 솔루션을 제공 중이다.
주요 서비스로는 ▲기업 맞춤형 데이터 분석 시스템 ‘Quetta Enterprise’, ▲범용 데이터 서비스 ‘Quetta Service’, ▲데이터 정제·가공 전문 서비스 ‘Quetta Data’ 등이 있다. 이들 서비스는 회사가 자체 개발한 구어체 특화 언어 모델 ‘퀘타(Quetta)’를 기반으로 한다.
뉴엔AI는 2018년부터 2024년까지 최근 7개년 동안 연평균 17.5%의 매출 성장률을 기록했으며, 전체 매출의 90% 이상이 민간 부문에서 발생하고 있다. 또한 장기 고객 비율이 73%, 평균 계약 유지 기간은 10년으로, 안정적인 수익 구조를 확보하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
앞서 뉴엔AI는 코스닥 상장을 위한 기술성 평가에서 나이스평가정보와 기술보증기금으로부터 각각 A등급을 받았다. AI 핵심 기술의 완성도, 사업화 가능성, 성장성 등에서 우수한 평가를 받은 결과다.
회사 측은 이번 상장을 통해 조달한 자금을 활용해 ▲신규 AI 제품 출시를 위한 연구개발(R&D) 확대 ▲해외 시장 진출을 위한 인프라 구축 등 사업 확장에 집중할 계획이다.
