기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 기보)은 17일 제주테크노파크(원장 지영흔, 이하 제주TP)와 ‘기술이전 수요발굴 확대 및 기술거래시장 활성화를 위한 기술거래 서포터즈 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 지역산업 거점기관과의 협력을 통해 기술거래 지원사업의 사각지대를 해소하고, 지역 기반 중소벤처기업의 기술이전·사업화를 촉진하기 위해 마련됐다. 기보는 지난 8일 경남테크노파크와의 협약을 시작으로 지역 테크노파크와의 업무협약을 지속적으로 확대해 나가고 있다.
기보는 지난해 2월부터 중소벤처기업진흥공단 등 8개 유관기관과 기술거래 서포터즈(이하 서포터즈) 업무협약을 체결했으며, 현재 185명의 서포터즈가 활동하며 중소기업 기술이전 수요를 발굴하고 있다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲중소기업 기술이전 수요발굴 강화 ▲서포터즈 제도 홍보 및 참여 독려 ▲기술거래 협력체계 구축 및 기술거래·사업화 정보 공유 등에 대해 상호 협력하기로 했다.
제주TP 소속 서포터즈는 중소기업과의 현장 접점에서 기술이전 수요를 발굴해 기보에 추천하고, 기보는 이에 대한 기술중개를 진행한다. 기술이전 계약이 성사되면 서포터즈에게는 보상금이 지급된다. 또한 기보는 지역산업 육성의 거점 역할을 하고 있는 제주TP의 폭넓은 네트워크를 활용해 제주지역 기술기업의 기술거래를 활성화하고 새로운 성장 생태계 조성에 힘쓸 방침이다.
이상창 기보 이사는 “제주지역 중소기업의 기술이전 수요를 확대 발굴하기 위해 제주TP의 인프라를 적극 활용할 필요가 있다”며 “기보는 앞으로도 지역산업 거점기관과의 협력을 확대해 지역 특화산업의 현황과 특성을 고려한 개방형 기술혁신을 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo, Jeju Techno Park and Technology Transaction Supporters Business Agreement Signed
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as KIBO) announced on the 17th that it signed a ‘Technology Transaction Supporters Business Agreement for Expanding Technology Transfer Demand and Activating the Technology Transaction Market’ with Jeju Technopark (President Ji Young-heun, hereinafter referred to as Jeju TP) .
This agreement was prepared to eliminate blind spots in technology transaction support projects through cooperation with regional industrial base organizations and to promote technology transfer and commercialization of regional small and medium-sized venture companies. Starting with the agreement with Gyeongnam Techno Park on the 8th, Kibo is continuously expanding business agreements with regional techno parks.
Since February of last year, KIBO has signed business agreements with eight related organizations, including the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, for technology transfer supporters (hereinafter referred to as Supporters), and currently, 185 Supporters are active in discovering technology transfer needs for small and medium-sized enterprises.
According to the agreement, the two organizations agreed to cooperate in ▲strengthening demand for technology transfer from small and medium-sized enterprises, ▲promoting the supporter system and encouraging participation, ▲establishing a technology transaction cooperation system, and sharing information on technology transactions and commercialization.
Supporters affiliated with Jeju TP discover technology transfer needs at on-site contacts with small and medium-sized enterprises and recommend them to Kibo, and Kibo conducts technology brokerage for them. When a technology transfer contract is concluded, the supporters are paid a reward. In addition, Kibo plans to utilize Jeju TP’s wide network, which serves as a base for fostering local industries, to vitalize technology transactions among Jeju-area technology companies and create a new growth ecosystem.
Lee Sang-chang, CEO of Kibo, said, “In order to expand and discover the demand for technology transfer from small and medium-sized enterprises in the Jeju region, it is necessary to actively utilize the infrastructure of Jeju TP,” and “Kibo will continue to expand cooperation with regional industrial hub organizations and actively support open technological innovation that takes into account the current status and characteristics of regional specialized industries.”

ギボ、済州テクノパークと技術取引サポーターズ業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下記報）は１７日、済州テクノパーク（院長チ・ヨントン、以下済州ＴＰ）と「技術移転需要発掘拡大及び技術取引市場活性化のための技術取引サポーターズ業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の協約は、地域産業拠点機関との協力を通じて技術取引支援事業の死角地帯を解消し、地域基盤中小ベンチャー企業の技術移転・事業化を促進するために設けられた。
ギボは昨年2月から中小ベンチャー企業振興公団など8つの関連機関と技術取引サポーターズ(以下サポーターズ)業務協約を締結し、現在185人のサポーターズが活動して中小企業技術移転需要を発掘している。
条約により、両機関は▲中小企業技術移転需要発掘強化▲サポーターズ制度の広報及び参加の励まし▲技術取引協力体制の構築及び技術取引・事業化情報共有などについて相互協力することにした。
済州TP所属サポーターズは、中小企業との現場接点で技術移転需要を発掘し、起報に推薦し、起報はこれに対する技術仲介を進める。 サポーターズには補償金が支給される。成長生態系の組成に取り組む方針だ。
イ・サンチャンギボ理事は「済州地域中小企業の技術移転需要を拡大発掘するために済州TPのインフラを積極的に活用する必要がある」とし「起報は今後も地域産業拠点機関との協力を拡大し、地域特化産業の現状と特性を考慮した開放型技術革新を積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。

Kibo、济州科技园及技术交易支持机构签署业务协议
韩国技术金融公社（KTFC）（会长金钟浩，以下简称KIBO）17日表示，与济州科技园区（代表理事长池永宪，以下简称济州TP）签署了‘为扩大技术转让需求、活跃技术交易市场，技术交易支援事业协议’ 。
该协议旨在通过与区域产业枢纽机构的合作，消除技术交易支持项目中的盲点，并促进区域中小型风险企业的技术转移和商业化。 Kibo以8日与庆尚南道科技园区签署协议为开端，不断扩大与地方科技园区的业务合作。
KIBO自去年2月起与韩国中小企业振兴院等8家相关机构签署了技术转移支持者（以下简称支持者）的业务协议，目前已有185家支持者积极致力于发掘中小企业的技术转移需求。
根据协议，两机构同意在▲加强中小企业技术转移需求、▲推进支持者制度并鼓励参与、▲建立技术交易合作体系、共享技术交易及商业化信息等方面开展合作。
济州TP的支持者通过与中小企业的现场接触，发现技术转移需求，并将其推荐给Kibo，然后Kibo针对这些需求进行技术经纪。当达成技术转让协议时，支持者将获得奖励。此外，Kibo计划利用作为培育地方产业基地的济州TP的广泛网络，活跃济州地区科技公司之间的技术交易，并打造新的增长生态系统。
Kibo代表李相昌表示，“为了扩大并挖掘济州地区中小企业的技术转移需求，需要积极活用济州TP的基础设施”，“Kibo将继续扩大与地区产业枢纽机构的合作，积极支持考虑到地区特色产业现状和特点的开放式技术创新”。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) (président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée KIBO) a annoncé le 17 avoir signé un « Accord commercial de soutien aux transactions technologiques pour élargir la demande de transfert de technologie et activer le marché des transactions technologiques » avec Jeju Technopark (président Ji Young-heun, ci-après dénommé Jeju TP).
Cet accord a été préparé pour éliminer les angles morts dans les projets de soutien aux transactions technologiques grâce à la coopération avec les organisations régionales de pôles industriels et pour promouvoir le transfert de technologie et la commercialisation des petites et moyennes entreprises régionales. Depuis l'accord conclu avec Gyeongnam Techno Park le 8, Kibo n'a cessé d'étendre ses accords commerciaux avec les technoparcs régionaux.
Depuis février de l'année dernière, KIBO a signé des accords commerciaux avec huit organisations concernées, dont l'Agence coréenne des PME et des startups, pour les partisans du transfert de technologie (ci-après dénommés partisans), et actuellement, 185 partisans sont actifs dans la découverte des besoins de transfert de technologie pour les petites et moyennes entreprises.
Selon l'accord, les deux organisations ont convenu de coopérer pour ▲renforcer la demande de transfert de technologie des petites et moyennes entreprises, ▲promouvoir le système de soutien et encourager la participation, ▲établir un système de coopération en matière de transactions technologiques et partager des informations sur les transactions et la commercialisation technologiques.
Les partisans affiliés à Jeju TP découvrent les besoins en transfert de technologie grâce à des contacts sur place avec les petites et moyennes entreprises et les recommandent à Kibo, et Kibo effectue ensuite un courtage technologique pour ces besoins. Lorsqu’un accord de transfert de technologie est conclu, les donateurs recevront une récompense. En outre, Kibo prévoit d'utiliser le vaste réseau de Jeju TP, qui sert de base pour favoriser les industries locales, pour activer les transactions technologiques entre les entreprises technologiques de la région de Jeju et pour créer un nouvel écosystème de croissance.
Lee Sang-chang, PDG de Kibo, a déclaré : « Afin d'élargir et de découvrir la demande de transfert de technologie des petites et moyennes entreprises de la région de Jeju, il est nécessaire d'utiliser activement l'infrastructure de Jeju TP », et « Kibo continuera d'élargir la coopération avec les organisations régionales de pôles industriels et de soutenir activement l'innovation technologique ouverte qui prend en compte l'état actuel et les caractéristiques des industries régionales spécialisées. »
