명품 시계 거래 플랫폼 ‘바이버(VIVER)’가 대한민국 시계 명장 1호 장성원이 운영하는 ‘장성원시계’와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다. 이번 협약은 지난 18일 서울 압구정로데오에 위치한 바이버 쇼룸에서 체결됐으며, 문제연 바이버 대표와 장성원 명장이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 명품 시계 거래 시장에서의 신뢰성과 전문성을 강화하고, 감정·검수·수리 등 전방위적인 협업 체계를 구축할 계획이다. 특히, 바이버는 플랫폼 내에 ‘바이버 명장 인증 프로그램(VIVER Certificate Master)’을 도입하여 장성원 명장이 직접 감정한 명품 시계에 대한 공식 인증을 부여할 예정이다. 희소성과 빈티지 가치를 지닌 일부 시계에 대해서는 프리미엄 수리 서비스도 제공된다.
이번 협약에 따라 바이버는 장성원 명장의 경력과 철학을 담은 콘텐츠를 선보이는 ‘명장 인증관’을 플랫폼 내에 마련하고, 장성원시계가 보유한 상품 판매와 브랜드 공동 마케팅도 전개할 방침이다. 또한 VIP 고객 대상 맞춤형 서비스 제공을 통해 프리미엄 고객 경험을 강화할 계획이다.
문제연 바이버 대표는 “장성원 명장과의 협업은 국내 명품 시계 시장의 신뢰 기반을 다지는 계기가 될 것”이라며, “바이버는 기술력과 정밀한 진단 역량을 바탕으로 건강한 시계 거래 문화를 조성하고, 고객에게 차별화된 가치를 제공하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Viber Signs Business Agreement with Jangseongwon Watch
Luxury watch trading platform 'VIVER' has signed a business agreement (MOU) with 'Jang Seong-won Watch', operated by Jang Seong-won, the first watch master in Korea. This agreement was signed on the 18th at the VIVER showroom located in Apgujeong Rodeo, Seoul, and was held with VIVER CEO Moon Jae-yeon and master Jang Seong-won in attendance.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to strengthen their reliability and expertise in the luxury watch trading market and establish a comprehensive collaboration system including appraisal, inspection, and repair. In particular, Viber will introduce the ‘VIVER Certificate Master’ program within the platform to grant official certification to luxury watches appraised directly by Master Jang Seong-won. Premium repair services will also be provided for some watches with rarity and vintage value.
According to this agreement, Viber will establish a ‘Master Certification Hall’ within the platform that showcases content containing the career and philosophy of Master Jang Seong-won, and will also conduct joint marketing of products owned by Jang Seong-won Watch and brand. It also plans to strengthen the premium customer experience by providing customized services to VIP customers.
Moon Jae-in, CEO of Viber, said, “The collaboration with master craftsman Jang Seong-won will be an opportunity to solidify the foundation of trust in the domestic luxury watch market,” and “Viber will create a healthy watch trading culture based on its technological prowess and precise diagnostic capabilities and provide differentiated value to customers.”
Master Jang Seong-won said, “I hope this agreement will be the starting point for cooperation to protect the skills of craftsmen and ensure the sustainable growth of the watch industry.”

バイバー、長城原時計と業務協定締結
高級時計取引プラットフォーム「バイバー（VIVER）」が大韓民国時計名場1号チャン・ソンウォンが運営する「チャン・ソンウォン時計」と業務協約（MOU）を締結した。今回の協約は去る18日、ソウル狎鴎亭ロデオに位置するバイバーショールームで締結され、問題演バイバー代表とチャン・ソンウォン名章が出席した中で行われた。
今回の条約を通じて両社は高級時計取引市場での信頼性と専門性を強化し、感情・検収・修理など全方位的な協業体系を構築する計画だ。特に、バイバーはプラットフォーム内に「バイバー名章認証プログラム（VIVER Certificate Master）」を導入し、チャン・ソンウォン名章が直接鑑定した高級時計に対する公式認証を付与する予定だ。希少性とヴィンテージ価値を持つ一部の時計については、プレミアム修理サービスも提供される。
今回の条約により、バイバーはチャン・ソンウォン名章の経歴と哲学を盛り込んだコンテンツを披露する「名章認証官」をプラットフォーム内に用意し、チャン・ソンウォン時計が保有する商品販売とブランド共同マーケティングも展開する方針だ。また、VIP顧客向けにカスタマイズされたサービス提供を通じてプレミアム顧客体験を強化する計画だ。

チャン・ソンウォン名長は「今回の条約が職人の技術保護と時計産業の持続可能な成長のための協力の出発点になることを願う」と伝えた。

通过此次协议，两家公司计划加强在奢侈手表交易市场的可靠性和专业性，并建立包括评估、检查和维修在内的全方位合作体系。特别是，Viber 将在平台内推出“VIVER 认证大师”计划，为由张成元大师直接鉴定的豪华手表提供官方认证。一些稀有且具有古董价值的手表还可以提供高级维修服务。

Viber signe un accord commercial avec Jangseongwon Watch
La plateforme de commerce de montres de luxe « VIVER » a signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec « Jang Seong-won Watch », exploité par Jang Seong-won, le premier artisan horloger en Corée. Cet accord a été signé le 18 au showroom Viber situé à Apgujeong Rodeo, à Séoul, en présence du PDG de Viber, Moon Jae-in, et du maître artisan Jang Seong-won.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux sociétés prévoient de renforcer leur fiabilité et leur expertise sur le marché du commerce de montres de luxe et d'établir un système de collaboration complet comprenant l'évaluation, l'inspection et la réparation. En particulier, Viber introduira le programme « VIVER Certificate Master » au sein de la plateforme pour accorder une certification officielle aux montres de luxe évaluées directement par Maître Jang Seong-won. Des services de réparation haut de gamme sont également disponibles pour certaines montres rares et de valeur vintage.
