한국디지털인증협회가 블록체인 기반 모바일 신분증을 활용한 창의적인 서비스 아이디어를 발굴하기 위해 ‘2025 블록체인 AI 해커톤’을 개최하고, 최대 10억 원 규모의 창업 지원 기회를 제공한다고 21일 밝혔다.
올해 처음 열리는 본 해커톤은 한국디지털인증협회가 주최하고, 라온시큐어(대표 이순형, 이정아)와 글로벌디지털혁신네트워크(GDIN, 대표 김종갑)가 공동 주관하며, 행정안전부가 후원한다. 이번 행사는 블록체인과 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 실용적이고 혁신적인 아이디어를 발굴해 디지털 신원 인증 분야의 생태계 확장을 도모하는 것이 목적이다.
참가 자격은 블록체인 및 AI에 기반한 서비스 개발에 관심 있는 최대 5인 이하의 팀으로, 1인 참가자나 설립 3년 이내 스타트업도 참여 가능하다. 총 5개 팀이 선정되며, 대상 수상자에게는 행정안전부 장관상이, 최우수상과 우수상은 한국조폐공사, 한국지능정보사회진흥원, 정보통신산업진흥원, 한국인터넷진흥원에서 수여한다. 총 상금은 3,000만 원 규모다.
특히, 라온시큐어와 LF인베스트먼트, 액시스인베스트먼트, 영국 VC 심산벤처스는 입상한 팀을 대상으로 별도 심사를 거쳐 최대 10억 원의 창업 지원금을 제공할 계획이다. GDIN은 글로벌 시장 진출과 해외 투자 유치, 경영 컨설팅 등의 후속 지원도 병행한다.
이번 해커톤의 필수 조건은 블록체인 기반 모바일 신분증의 적용이다. 참가자들은 모바일 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 국가보훈등록증 등 다양한 모바일 신분증과 연계한 실용적 서비스 아이디어를 제안해야 한다. 이는 지난 3월 행정안전부가 전국 단위로 모바일 주민등록증 발급을 시작한 데 따른 활용 확산의 일환으로, 관련 서비스 수요가 크게 증가하고 있는 현실을 반영한 것이다.
또한 라온시큐어가 공개한 오픈소스 플랫폼 ‘옴니원 오픈 DID’ 또는 옴니원 메인넷을 활용할 경우, 아이디어 심사 과정에서 가산점을 받을 수 있다. 옴니원은 세계 최초로 모바일 주민등록증을 구현한 블록체인 기반 디지털 ID 플랫폼으로, 높은 확장성과 실용성을 인정받고 있다.
이기혁 한국디지털인증협회 회장은 “블록체인과 AI는 미래 산업을 견인할 핵심 기술로, 이를 결합한 창의적 아이디어가 산업 전반의 혁신을 유도할 수 있다”며 “특히 모바일 신분증을 기반으로 한 DID 생태계 확대는 한국의 디지털 전환을 가속화하고, 글로벌 시장에서도 K-DID 리더십 확보에 기여할 것”이라고 강조했다.
Korea Digital Certification Association to Hold '2025 Blockchain AI Hackathon'
The Korea Digital Certification Association announced on the 21st that it will hold the '2025 Blockchain AI Hackathon' to discover creative service ideas using blockchain-based mobile ID and provide startup support opportunities worth up to 1 billion won.
This hackathon, held for the first time this year, is hosted by the Korea Digital Certification Association, co-hosted by Raon Secure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung, Lee Jung-ah) and the Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN, CEO Kim Jong-gap), and sponsored by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. The purpose of this event is to discover practical and innovative ideas utilizing blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) and to promote the expansion of the ecosystem in the field of digital identity authentication.
Participation is open to teams of up to 5 people interested in developing services based on blockchain and AI. Individual participants and startups established within the past 3 years are also eligible to participate. A total of 5 teams will be selected, and the grand prize winner will receive the Minister of Public Administration and Security Award, while the best and excellent awards will be awarded by the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation, the Korea Intelligence Information Society Agency, the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, and the Korea Internet & Security Agency. The total prize money is 30 million won.
In particular, LaonSecure, LF Investment, Axis Investment, and British VC Simsan Ventures plan to provide startup support funds of up to 1 billion won to the winning teams through separate screening. GDIN also provides follow-up support such as global market entry, overseas investment attraction, and management consulting.
The prerequisite for this hackathon is the application of blockchain-based mobile ID. Participants must propose practical service ideas linked to various mobile IDs such as mobile resident registration cards, driver’s licenses, and national veterans registration cards. This reflects the reality that the demand for related services is increasing significantly as part of the expansion of utilization following the nationwide issuance of mobile resident registration cards by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in March.
In addition, if you utilize the open source platform 'OmniOne Open DID' or OmniOne Mainnet released by LaonSecure, you can receive extra points during the idea review process. OmniOne is the world's first blockchain-based digital ID platform that implemented a mobile resident registration card, and is recognized for its high scalability and practicality.
Lee Ki-hyeok, Chairman of the Korea Digital Certification Association, emphasized, “Blockchain and AI are key technologies that will drive future industries, and creative ideas that combine them can induce innovation across industries.” He added, “In particular, expanding the DID ecosystem based on mobile ID will accelerate Korea’s digital transformation and contribute to securing K-DID leadership in the global market.”

今年初めて開かれる本ハッカートンは韓国デジタル認証協会が主催し、ラオン・セキュア（代表イ・スンヒョン、イ・ジョンア）とグローバルデジタル革新ネットワーク（ＧＤＩＮ、代表キム・ジョンガク）が共同主管し、行政安全部が後援する。今回のイベントは、ブロックチェーンと人工知能（AI）を活用した実用的で革新的なアイデアを発掘し、デジタル身元認証分野の生態系拡張を図ることが目的だ。
参加資格はブロックチェーンおよびAIに基づくサービス開発に関心のある最大5人以下のチームで、1人参加者や設立3年以内にスタートアップも参加可能だ。計5チームが選ばれ、対象受賞者には行政安全部長官賞が、最優秀賞と優秀賞は韓国造幣公社、韓国知能情報社会振興院、情報通信産業振興院、韓国インターネット振興院で授与する。総賞金は3,000万ウォン規模だ。

韩国数字认证协会21日宣布，将举办“2025区块链AI黑客马拉松”，发掘利用基于区块链的移动ID的创意服务创意，并提供最高价值10亿韩元的创业支持机会。
今年首次举办的本次黑客马拉松由韩国数字认证协会主办，Raon Secure（代表李淳亨、李贞雅）和全球数字创新网络（GDIN，代表金钟甲）联合主办，行政安全部赞助。本次活动的目的是发现利用区块链和人工智能（AI）的实用创新想法，并扩大数字身份验证领域的生态系统。
有兴趣开发区块链和基于人工智能的服务的团队最多可容纳 5 人参与。个人参赛者和过去 3 年内成立的初创企业也有资格参赛。总共将选出5支队伍，其中特等奖获得者将获得行政安全部长官奖，最佳奖和优秀奖将由韩国造币安全印刷公司、韩国情报信息社会振兴院、国家信息产业振兴院和韩国互联网振兴院颁发。总奖金为3000万韩元。
