중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)가 제23차 세계한인비즈니스대회에 156개 중소·소상공인의 참여를 지원했다.
세계한인비즈니스대회는 재외동포청이 매년 주최하는 행사로, 해외 한상(韓商)들과 국내 기업이 함께 참여하는 글로벌 비즈니스 컨벤션입니다. 이번 제23차 세계한인비즈니스대회는 지난 17일부터 20일(현지시각)까지 미국 조지아주 애틀란타에서 개최된다.
동 대회기간 중 개최되는 기업전시회(4.17~20)에는 350여 개 기업, 500여 명의 바이어 등이 참석하며, 재외동포청이 보유한 전 세계 한상 네트워크가 국내기업의 해외진출을 지원하는 역할을 수행한다.
중기부는 글로벌 경쟁력을 보유한 뷰티, 식품, 의료기기 분야의 156개 중소·소상공인을 선별하여 제품 홍보·전시 및 기업 홍보부스 등을 지원했다. 최근 글로벌 관세 조치 등 보호무역주의 강화로 인해 세계 경제의 불확실성이 증대되는 상황에서 해외 한인경제인네트워크가 국내 수출 중소기업의 글로벌 경제위기 극복의 플랫폼으로 적극 활용될 것으로 예상된다.
오영주 장관은 이상덕 재외동포청장, 김기문 중소기업중앙회장 등 주최 인사들과 이석기 외교통상위원회 위원장, 주애틀란총영사 등 국내 주요인사와 함께 지난 17일 오전 기업 전시회 개막식에 참석하였으며, 전시회에 참가한 소상공인과 중소기업 부스를 방문해 참가기업을 격려했다.
17일 오후 오영주 장관은 미국 중소기업처(SBA)가 주최한 리셉션에서 켈리 레플러(Kelly Loeffler) 중소기업처장을 만나 미국 신정부 하에서도 변함없는 한-미 경제협력의 의지를 표명하는 한편 미국에 진출한 한국기업에 대한 SBA의 관심과 지지를 당부했습니다. 또한 앞으로 한국의 중기부와 미국의 SBA 간 정책교류와 협력을 확대해 나가기를 기대한다고 언급했다.
아울러 현지 한인기업인 미시 코스메틱스(조미숙 대표)가 운영하는 화장품 매장을 방문하여 미국 시장에서 판매되는 주요 화장품 제품을 살펴보고 K-뷰티 시장 동향을 점검했다.
이후 오영주 장관은 한·미 양국간 주요인사들이 참여한 대회 개회식 및 환영 만찬에 참석하여 대통령 권한대행의 축사를 대독했습니다. 한덕수 권한대행은 축사에서 “대회 개최를 축하하며 ‘한상 경제권으로의 도약’이라는 이번 대회의 슬로건처럼 생산과 소비, 투자와 인력 이동, 공급망 구축이 활발히 이루어진다면 대한민국 경제의 지평은 한층 넓어지게 될 것”이라고 강조하면서 “정부 차원에서 수출기업을 지원하기 위해 정책적·제도적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 약속했다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups Supports Participation of 156 Small and Medium-sized Business Owners in the 23rd World Korean Business Conference
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) supported the participation of 156 small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners in the 23rd World Korean Business Convention.
The World Korean Business Convention is an event hosted annually by the Overseas Koreans Association, and is a global business convention in which overseas Korean businesses and domestic companies participate. The 23rd World Korean Business Convention will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA from the 17th to the 20th (local time).
During the same period, approximately 350 companies and 500 buyers will participate in the corporate exhibition (April 17-20), and the global Korean business network owned by the Overseas Koreans Association will play a role in supporting the overseas expansion of domestic companies.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups selected 156 small and medium-sized businesses with global competitiveness in the beauty, food, and medical device sectors and supported them with product promotion, exhibition, and corporate promotion booths. In a situation where uncertainty in the global economy is increasing due to the recent strengthening of protectionism, including global tariff measures, it is expected that the overseas Korean business network will be actively utilized as a platform for domestic exporting small and medium-sized businesses to overcome the global economic crisis.
Minister Oh Young-joo attended the opening ceremony of the corporate exhibition on the morning of the 17th together with the hosts, including Director of the Overseas Koreans Administration Lee Sang-deok, Chairman of the Korea Federation of SMEs Kim Ki-moon, and other key domestic figures, including Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Trade Committee Lee Seok-ki and Consul General of Atlanta, and visited the booths of small business owners and SMEs participating in the exhibition to encourage the participating companies.
On the afternoon of the 17th, Minister Oh Young-joo met with Kelly Loeffler, the head of the Small Business Administration (SBA), at a reception hosted by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and expressed the will for continued Korea-U.S. economic cooperation even under the new U.S. administration, while requesting the SBA’s interest in and support for Korean companies operating in the U.S. In addition, he mentioned that he hopes to expand policy exchanges and cooperation between the Ministry of SMEs and Startups of Korea and the SBA of the U.S. in the future.
In addition, we visited a cosmetics store run by a local Korean company, Missi Cosmetics (CEO Jo Mi-sook), looked at major cosmetics products sold in the U.S. market, and checked out trends in the K-beauty market.
Afterwards, Minister Oh Young-joo attended the opening ceremony and welcome dinner of the event, attended by key figures from both Korea and the United States, and read the congratulatory address of the Acting President. In his congratulatory address, Acting President Han Duck-soo emphasized, “I congratulate you on the hosting of the event. If production, consumption, investment, movement of personnel, and establishment of supply chains are actively carried out as the slogan of this event, ‘Leap to the Korea-US Economic Zone,’ suggests, the horizon of the Korean economy will be greatly expanded,” and promised, “The government will not spare policy and institutional support to support export companies.”

以後、オ・ヨンジュ長官は韓米両国間主要人事が参加した大会開会式及び歓迎晩餐に出席し、大統領権限代行の祝辞を大독しました。一層広がるだろう」と強調しながら「政府レベルで輸出企業を支援するために政策的・制度的支援を惜しまない」と約束した。

中小企业和风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部）支持156家中小企业和小企业主参加第23届世界韩国商人大会。
世界韩商大会是由海外韩人协会每年主办的活动，是海外韩商和国内企业共同参与的全球性商务大会。第23届世界韩商大会将于17日至20日（当地时间）在美国佐治亚州亚特兰大市举行。
同期，约有350家企业、500名买家将参加企业展览会（4月17日至20日），海外韩国人协会旗下的全球韩国商务网络将在支持韩国企业进军海外方面发挥作用。
中小企业和风险投资部在美容、食品和医疗器械行业中选出了156家具有全球竞争力的中小企业，并通过产品推广和展览以及企业宣传展位为其提供支持。近年来，包括全球关税措施在内的保护主义不断加强，导致全球经济的不确定性增加，预计海外韩国商务网络将被积极利用，成为国内出口中小企业克服全球经济危机的平台。
吴英珠部长官17日上午与侨胞管理局局长李尚德、韩国中小企业联合会会长金基文等东道主以及外交通商委员会委员长李锡基、驻亚特兰大总领事等韩国国内要员一同出席了企业展览会的开幕式，并参观了参展中小企业主和中小企业的展位，为参展企业加油鼓劲。
吴英珠部长17日下午在美国中小企业管理局（SBA）举办的招待会上会见了美国中小企业管理局（SBA）局长凯利·勒弗勒（Kelly Loeffler），表示即使在美国新政府执政下，韩美两国也将继续开展经济合作，并请求SBA对在美经营的韩国企业给予关注和支持。他还表示，希望今后扩大韩国中小企业部与美国SBA之间的政策交流与合作。

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé ministère des PME et des startups) a soutenu la participation de 156 petites et moyennes entreprises et propriétaires de petites entreprises à la 23e Convention mondiale des entreprises coréennes.
La Convention mondiale des affaires coréennes est un événement organisé chaque année par l'Association des Coréens d'outre-mer. Il s'agit d'une convention commerciale mondiale à laquelle participent des hommes d'affaires coréens d'outre-mer et des entreprises nationales. La 23e Convention mondiale des affaires coréennes se tiendra à Atlanta, en Géorgie, aux États-Unis, du 17 au 20 (heure locale).
Au cours de la même période, environ 350 entreprises et 500 acheteurs participeront à l'exposition d'entreprise (du 17 au 20 avril), et le réseau commercial mondial coréen détenu par l'Association des Coréens d'outre-mer jouera un rôle dans le soutien de l'expansion à l'étranger des entreprises nationales.
