아동복지전문기관 초록우산어린이재단은 강남구와 함께 지역 기반 기부 캠페인 ‘Give & Grow Green Gangnam, 우리동네 초록기부 챌린지’ 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 도심 내 녹지공간 확대 및 환경 개선을 목적으로, 지역 주민과 기업, 단체가 참여하는 기부 문화를 조성하고 ESG(환경·사회·지배구조) 가치를 지역사회에 확산하기 위한 민관 협력의 일환으로 마련됐다.
‘우리동네 초록기부 챌린지’는 강남구 주민과 기업의 자발적 기부 참여를 바탕으로 추진되는 캠페인으로, 조성된 기부금은 강남구 내 공원, 녹지, 하천 등 생활권 내 자연환경을 개선하는 데 사용될 예정이다. 이를 통해 아동을 비롯한 지역 주민 모두가 일상 속에서 자연과 휴식을 함께 누릴 수 있는 환경 조성을 목표로 한다.
협약에 따라 초록우산은 캠페인의 전반적인 운영 및 녹지 조성 사업을 담당하며, 강남구는 대상지 제공, 행정적 협력, 주민 대상 홍보 등을 통해 적극적으로 지원할 예정이다. 양 기관은 이번 협력을 통해 민관이 공동으로 추진하는 지속가능한 도시녹화 모델을 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
조성명 강남구청장은 “이번 협약은 강남구의 ESG 행정 기조와도 부합하며, 주민과 함께 도심 속 초록 공간을 만들어가는 의미 있는 시도”라고 밝혔다. 이어 “앞으로도 다양한 기부 챌린지를 통해 기업, 주민, 민간단체가 함께하는 지속 가능한 지역사회 조성을 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
초록우산 황영기 회장은 “기부를 통해 긍정적인 변화가 자연스럽게 지역사회에 확산되기를 기대한다”며, “앞으로도 아동, 환경, 지역사회를 연결하는 다양한 사회공헌 모델을 통해 사회적 가치를 실현해 나가겠다”고 전했다.

According to the agreement, Green Umbrella will be in charge of the overall operation of the campaign and green space creation projects, and Gangnam-gu will actively support it through providing target sites, administrative cooperation, and public relations for residents. Through this cooperation, the two organizations plan to establish a sustainable urban greening model jointly promoted by the public and private sectors.
Gangnam-gu Mayor Cho Seong-myeong said, “This agreement is in line with Gangnam-gu’s ESG administrative keynote and is a meaningful attempt to create green spaces in the city center together with residents.” He continued, “We will continue to promote the creation of a sustainable local community through various donation challenges where businesses, residents, and private organizations participate.”
Green Umbrella Chairman Hwang Young-ki said, “We hope that positive changes will naturally spread throughout the community through donations,” and added, “We will continue to realize social value through various social contribution models that connect children, the environment, and the community.”

緑傘児童財団、江南区と業務協約締結
児童福祉専門機関緑傘児童財団は江南区とともに地域基盤寄付キャンペーン「Give & Grow Green Gangnam、韓国近所緑寄付チャレンジ」推進のための業務協約を締結したと明らかにした。

チョ・ソンミョン江南区庁長は「今回の条約は江南区のESG行政基調とも一致し、住民と共に都心の中の緑空間を作っていく意味のある試み」と明らかにした。続いて「今後も多様な寄付チャレンジを通じて企業、住民、民間団体が共にする持続可能な地域社会づくりを推進する」と話した。
緑傘のファン・ヨンギ会長は「寄付を通じて肯定的な変化が自然に地域社会に広がることを期待する」とし、「今後も児童、環境、地域社会を結ぶ多様な社会貢献モデルを通じて社会的価値を実現していく」と伝えた。
