(재)부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우)와 부산연합기술지주㈜(대표이사 박훈기)는 지난해 한국산업은행·한국벤처투자·부산광역시의 출자를 받아 부산미래성장벤처펀드 내 ‘지역리그’ 에 최종 선정되면서 ‘부산 지역혁신 플라이 하이 투자조합’(이하 플라이 펀드)의 결성식을 오는 24일 개최할 예정이다.
특히 부산상공회의소 미래산업위원회 위원장을 맡고 있는 삼원에프에이㈜ 홍원표 회장과 위원인 ㈜시티캅 정현돈 대표 등이 부산 지역 스타트업 투자의 활성화를 위해 플라이 펀드에 출자에 참여하면서 결성에 더욱 탄력이 붙었다. 부산상공회의소 미래산업위원회 위원들의 참여를 통해 지역 스타트업의 지원 활성화를 이룬다는 것에서 의미를 가지며, 지역 스타트업의 성장을 통해 지역경제와의 상생을 이뤄낼 수 있을 것으로 보고 있다.
금번 결성된 플라이펀드는 개인투자조합으로 8년 간의 운영기간(투자기간 4년) 동안 부산 지역 스타트업을 대상으로 약정총액의 80% 이상을 투자할 예정이다.
주요 투자기업으로는 부산에 본사 또는 지사를 갖고 있는 ‘부산 지역 기업’을 중심으로, 부산 9대전략 및 5대 미래신산업 기업을 집중적으로 발굴 및 투자할 예정으로, 투자기업을 대상으로 양 기관이 보유하고 있는 지원 사업을 연계하여 스타트업 육성 및 성장을 적극적으로 가속화 할 예정이다.
부산창조경제혁신센터 김용우 대표이사는 “이번 펀드 결성은 지역 부산 지역의 투자 활성화를 위한 초석” 이라며, “지역 경제의 선순환 구조를 만들기 위해 물심양면 노력 하겠다” 고 덧붙였다.

Busan Changgyeong and Busan United Technology Holdings, Formation of 'Fly Fund'
Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim) and Busan United Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (CEO Hoonki Park) received investment from the Korea Development Bank, Korea Venture Investment, and Busan Metropolitan City last year, and were finally selected for the 'Regional League' within the Busan Future Growth Venture Fund. It is meaningful in that it is revitalizing support for local startups through the participation of members of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Future Industry Committee, and it is expected that mutual growth with the local economy can be achieved through the growth of local startups.
The newly formed Fly Fund is a private investment fund that plans to invest more than 80% of the total committed amount in startups in the Busan area over an eight-year operating period (four-year investment period).
As for major investment companies, we plan to focus on discovering and investing in Busan's nine strategic and five future new industry companies, focusing on 'Busan regional companies' that have their headquarters or branches in Busan. We also plan to actively accelerate the fostering and growth of startups by linking the support projects held by both organizations for investment companies.
Kim Yong-woo, CEO of the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center, said, “The formation of this fund is the cornerstone for revitalizing investment in the Busan region,” adding, “We will make every effort, both materially and spiritually, to create a virtuous cycle in the local economy.”

釜山昌慶・釜山連合技術持株、「フライファンド」結成

今回結成されたフライファンドは個人投資組合で８年間の運営期間（投資期間４年）の間釜山地域スタートアップを対象に約定総額の８０％以上を投資する予定だ。
主要投資企業としては釜山に本社または支社を持つ「釜山地域企業」を中心に、釜山9大戦略および5大未来新産業企業を集中的に発掘および投資する予定で、投資企業を対象に両機関が保有している支援事業を連携してスタートアップの育成および成長を積極的に加速する予定。
釜山創造経済革新センターキム・ヨンウ代表理事は「今回のファンド結成は地域釜山地域の投資活性化のための礎石」とし、「地域経済の好循環構造を作るために水心両面努力する」と付け加えた。

釜山昌庆与釜山联合技术控股成立“飞翔基金”
