클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 디지털전환(DT) 전문 기업 이노그리드(INNOGRID)는 클라우드 마이그레이션 및 클라우드 재해 복구, 백업 솔루션 개발사 제트컨버터클라우드와 클라우드 사업 공동 추진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 24일 체결했다고 밝혔다.
협약식은 이노그리드 본사에서 진행됐으며, 이노그리드 김명진 대표이사와 제트컨버터클라우드 민동준 대표를 비롯한 양사 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 협약은 양사의 클라우드 전문 기술력과 시장 경험을 기반으로, 클라우드 기반 솔루션 및 서비스 경쟁력을 강화하고 신규 비즈니스 기회를 공동으로 발굴하기 위해 추진됐다. 양사는 협약을 통해 ▲이노그리드의 오픈스택잇, 탭클라우드잇과 제트컨버터클라우드의 결합을 통한 플러그인 방식의 공동 상품 출시 ▲솔루션 공동 판매(Cross-sales) ▲클라우드 재해복구 및 백업 환경 구축을 위한 기술 협력 ▲안정적인 클라우드 인프라 환경 제공을 위한 인적·기술적 교류 등을 추진할 계획이다.
특히, 외산 가상화 제품의 윈백 수요와 멀티 하이퍼바이저 환경 수요가 증가하는 가운데, 양사는 클라우드 구축 및 전환 프로젝트에서 핵심 요소인 마이그레이션 기술을 중심으로 공동 사업을 전개할 예정이다.

양사는 이번 협약을 통해 정기적인 기술 교류를 강화하고, 고객의 요구에 맞는 안정적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 클라우드 시스템 구축 및 전환 사업을 공동으로 추진할 예정이다.

Inogrid Signs Business Agreement with Jet Converter Cloud
INNOGRID, a company specializing in cloud computing and digital transformation (DT), announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with JetConverterCloud , a developer of cloud migration, cloud disaster recovery, and backup solutions, for joint promotion of cloud business.
