개인정보 보호 전문 기업인 오내피플과 동형 암호 플랫폼 운영 기업인 디사일로가 개인정보 보호 강화 및 보안 기술 융합을 위해 24일 MOU를 체결했다.
이번 협약은 오내피플의 캐치시큐와 디사일로의 DESILO Clean Room 서비스를 기반으로 공동 사업 개발, 기술 연계, 시장 확대를 목표로 한다. 양사는 이 외에도 개인정보 보호 관련 법령 변화에 대응하기 위한 기술 협력과 상호 자문을 이어나갈 예정이다.
오내피플의 개인정보 규제 준수 솔루션인 캐치시큐는 개인정보 라이프사이클 전 과정에서의 규제를 자동으로 준수할 수 있도록 돕는다. 개인정보 수집 시 적법한 맞춤형 동의서 생성부터 암호화 및 마스킹을 통한 보관 그리고 개인정보 자동 파기의 기능을 제공한다. 이 외에도 개인정보 모니터링, 접속지 IP 제한, 접근 권한 관리 등의 보안 기능을 제공한다.
디사일로는 동형암호(FHE)를 비롯한 프라이버시강화기술(PET)을 기반으로 솔루션을 제공하여, 데이터를 안전하게 보호하는 동시에 다양한 통계 분석 및 머신러닝(ML) 연산을 통해 데이터를 원활하게 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 이 과정에서 국내 데이터3법 뿐만 아니라 GDPR, HIPAA 등 국제 개인정보보호 규정에도 대응할 수 있도록 지원한다.
조아영 오내피플 대표는 “이번 협약을 통해 개인정보의 라이프사이클 관리와 동형암호 기술의 결합으로 개인정보 보호를 강화하면서 데이터 기반의 인사이트를 도출할 수 있는 분석 환경을 제공하겠다”며 “개인정보 보호와 활용의 균형을 고민하는 기업에 새로운 해답이 될 것”이라고 말했다.
한편 디사일로의 박준홍 부대표는 “양사의 혁신적인 신기술 및 서비스를 기반으로, 개인정보의 안전한 보호와 데이터 분석을 통한 혁신 활용이라는 두 마리 토끼를 모두 잡는 솔루션을 제공할 것”이라고 강조했다.

Onaepeople, a company specializing in personal information protection, and Disilo, a company operating a homomorphic encryption platform, signed an MOU on the 24th to strengthen personal information protection and integrate security technologies.

In the process, it supports compliance with not only the domestic Data 3 Act but also international personal information protection regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
