중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 ‘25년 창업성장기술개발사업-도약R&D에 참여할 중소기업 모집을 4월 30일부터 5월 30일까지 공고한다고 밝혔다.
이번 도약 R&D 과제는 창업기업 초기 성과를 토대로 지속 가능성과 시장경쟁력 강화를 위한 ‘도약 R&D’를 지원한다. 공고 접수마감일(‘25.5.30.) 기준 업력 7년 이하(신산업 분야 창업 10년 이하)이면서 매출액 20억 원 미만의 중소기업이 참여할 수 있다.
이번 사업공고에서는 창업성장-도약R&D에 참여할 중소기업을 모집하며 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.
- 올해부터는 창업기업들의 성과창출을 강화하기 위해 과제당 최대 1.5년당 2억원으로 확대 지원한다.
- 중기부의 창업사업화 프로그램인 초격차 스타트업 1000+ 프로젝트와 민관협력 오픈이노베이션 플랫폼에서 발굴된 기업에 대한 후속 R&D지원 외에도, 과기부의 연구개발특구재단과 협업하여 ‘이노폴리스 캠퍼스사업’에서 발굴된 기술을 후속R&D지원하는 ‘부처연계’ 트랙을 추가 신설했다.
- 이 밖에도 지난해에 이어 글로벌R&D와 소재·부품·장비분야, 여성참여활성화 R&D 등 다양한 세부트랙을 지속 지원할 예정이다.
박용순 기술혁신정책관은 “R&D를 통해 기술혁신을 강화하고, 부처간 연계지원을 통해 창업기업들의 성장에 더 도움이 되기를 희망한다”고 밝혔다.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced that it will be recruiting SMEs to participate in the '25-year Startup Growth Technology Development Project-Leap R&D' from April 30 to May 30.
This leap R&D project supports 'leap R&D' to strengthen sustainability and market competitiveness based on the initial performance of startups. - Starting this year, in order to strengthen the performance creation of startups, support will be expanded to a maximum of 200 million won per project for 1.5 years.
- In addition to providing follow-up R&D support for companies discovered through the Super Gap Startup 1000+ Project, a startup commercialization program of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and the public-private cooperative open innovation platform, we have additionally established a ‘Ministry Linkage’ track to provide follow-up R&D support for technologies discovered through the ‘Innopolis Campus Project’ in collaboration with the Research and Development Special Zone Foundation of the Ministry of Science and ICT.
- In addition, we plan to continue supporting various detailed tracks such as global R&D, materials/components/equipment fields, and R&D to promote women’s participation, following last year.

中小ベンチャー企業部（長官オ・ヨンジュ、以下中期部）は「２５年創業成長技術開発事業－跳躍Ｒ＆Ｄに参加する中小企業募集を４月３０日から５月３０日まで公告すると明らかにした。
今回の跳躍R&D課題は、創業企業の初期成果に基づき、持続可能性と市場競争力強化のための「跳躍R&D」を支援する。
今回の事業公告では創業成長-跳躍R&Dに参加する中小企業を募集し、主な内容は次の通りである。
- 今年からは創業企業の成果創出を強化するため、課題当たり最大1.5年当たり2億ウォンに拡大支援する。
- 中期部の創業事業化プログラムである超格差スタートアップ1000+プロジェクトと民官協力オープンイノベーションプラットフォームで発掘された企業に対する後続のR&D支援のほかにも、科技部の研究開発特区財団と協業して「イノポリスキャンパス事業」で発掘された技術を後続R&D支援。
- この他にも昨年に続きグローバルR&Dと素材・部品・装備分野、女性参加活性化R&Dなど多様な詳細トラックを持続支援する予定だ。

中小企业和风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部）宣布，将于4月30日至5月30日招募中小企业参与‘25年创业成长技术开发项目-飞跃研发’。
该飞跃研发项目旨在支持初创企业在初期业绩的基础上，加强可持续性和市场竞争力的“飞跃研发”。截至申请截止日期（2025年5月30日），经验不满7年（新行业不满10年）、销售额不满20亿韩元的中小企业均可参加。
本次招商公告面向社会招募中小企业参与创业跨越式研发，主要内容如下。
