기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 제주국제자유도시개발센터(이하 ‘JDC’)와 「제주첨단과학기술단지 중소기업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 업무협약」을 체결했다고 2일(금) 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 제주 지역 내 우수기술기업의 성장을 지원하기 위해 양 기관이 유기적인 협력체계를 구축하고, 기술 기반 중소기업의 성장 발판을 확보하여 지역경제 활성화에 기여하고자 마련됐다.
JDC는 제주도를 국제자유도시로 조성하기 위해 설립된 전담지원기관으로 관광·교육·의료·첨단과학 등 다양한 분야의 산업을 육성하고 있다. 특히 혁신 클러스터인 제주첨단과학기술단지를 운영하며, 우수 스타트업과 기술기업을 유치하고 지역 내 유망 기술기업을 체계적으로 지원하고 있다.
협약에 따라 JDC는 우수 중소기업을 기보에 추천하고, 기보는 이들 기업을 대상으로 ▲보증비율 우대 및 보증료 감면 ▲투자연계 ▲기술이전 및 기술보호 등 맞춤형 지원 프로그램을 연계해 우수기술기업의 혁신성장을 도울 방침이다.
또한, 양 기관은 첨단과학 분야의 우수기술기업에 대한 정보교류를 확대하고, 공동 프로그램을 기획·발굴함으로써 실질적 협력을 강화하기로 했다. 이를 통해 지역 중소기업의 경쟁력을 높이고, 혁신성장 생태계의 기반을 조성하기 위한 다양한 협업을 추진할 계획이다.
이날 협약식에 참석한 이재필 기보 이사는 “이번 협약으로 제주도 내 우수 기술혁신기업의 창업지원과 혁신성장을 위한 체계적인 협력 방안이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 지역 유관기관과의 네트워킹을 통해 실효성 있는 지원정책을 추진하고, 창업 생태계 발전과 지역경제 활성화에 적극 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo signs business agreement with Jeju International Free City Development Center
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Friday, the 2nd, that it signed a “Business Agreement to Strengthen the Competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Jeju Advanced Science and Technology Complex” with the Jeju International Free City Development Center (hereinafter referred to as “JDC”).

According to the agreement, JDC will recommend excellent SMEs to Kibo, and Kibo will link these companies with customized support programs such as ▲preferential guarantee ratio and guarantee fee reduction ▲investment linkage ▲technology transfer and technology protection, etc. to help excellent technology companies achieve innovative growth.
In addition, the two organizations agreed to strengthen practical cooperation by expanding information exchange on excellent technology companies in the cutting-edge science field and planning and discovering joint programs. Through this, they plan to promote various collaborations to enhance the competitiveness of local small and medium-sized enterprises and establish the foundation for an innovative growth ecosystem.
Kibo Director Lee Jae-pil, who attended the signing ceremony that day, said, “With this agreement, a systematic cooperation plan has been established for the startup support and innovative growth of excellent technological innovation companies in Jeju Island.” He added, “Kibo will continue to promote effective support policies through networking with local related organizations and actively contribute to the development of the startup ecosystem and revitalization of the local economy.”

技術保証基金（以下「起報」）は済州国際自由都市開発センター（以下「ＪＤＣ」）と「済州先端科学技術団地中小企業競争力強化のための業務協約」を締結したと２日（金）明らかにした。
今回の協約は済州地域内の優秀技術企業の成長を支援するため、両機関が有機的な協力体制を構築し、技術基盤中小企業の成長足場を確保し、地域経済の活性化に寄与しようとした。
JDCは済州島を国際自由都市として造成するために設立された専担支援機関で、観光・教育・医療・先端科学など多様な分野の産業を育成している。特に革新クラスターである済州先端科学技術団地を運営し、優秀スタートアップと技術企業を誘致し、地域内の有望な技術企業を体系的に支援している。
条約に基づき、JDCは優秀な中小企業を記事に推薦し、記事はこれら企業を対象に▲保証比率優待及び保証料減免▲投資連携▲技術移転及び技術保護などのカスタマイズ支援プログラムを連携し、優秀技術企業の革新成長を支援する方針だ。
また、両機関は先端科学分野の優秀技術企業に対する情報交流を拡大し、共同プログラムを企画・発掘することで実質的な協力を強化することにした。これにより地域中小企業の競争力を高め、革新成長生態系の基盤を造成するための多様なコラボレーションを推進する計画だ。
この日、協約式に出席したイ・ジェピル起報理事は「今回の協約で済州島内優秀技術革新企業の創業支援と革新成長のための体系的な協力方案が設けられた」とし、「記事は今後も地域関連機関とのネットワーキングを通じて実効性のある支援政策を推進し、創業言った。

Kibo与济州国际自由城市发展中心签署业务协议
韩国技术金融公司（以下简称“KIBO”） 2日（周五）宣布，与济州国际自由城市开发中心（以下简称“JDC”）签署了“关于加强济州尖端科学技术园区中小企业竞争力的业务协议”。
此次签署协议的目的是支持济州地区优秀科技企业的发展，建立两机构之间的有机合作体系，为科技型中小企业的发展奠定基础，为振兴地区经济做出贡献。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec le Centre international de développement de la ville libre de Jeju
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé vendredi 2 qu'elle avait signé un « Accord commercial pour renforcer la compétitivité des petites et moyennes entreprises dans le complexe scientifique et technologique avancé de Jeju » avec le Jeju International Free City Development Center (ci-après dénommé « JDC »).
Cet accord a été préparé pour soutenir la croissance d'excellentes entreprises technologiques dans la région de Jeju, établir un système de coopération organique entre les deux organisations et garantir une base pour la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises basées sur la technologie, contribuant ainsi à la revitalisation de l'économie locale.
