국내 대표 프롭테크 기업 직방(Zigbang, 대표 안성우)이 총 600억원 규모의 투자 유치에 성공했다고 8일 밝혔다.
직방은 7일 VIG파트너스의 크레딧 투자부문 VIG얼터너티브크레딧(이하 VAC)과 600억원 규모의 BW(신주인수권부사채) 인수 계약을 체결했다.
직방 관계자는 “부동산 시장 혁신에 앞장서고 있는 직방과 호갱노노의 비전이 긍정적인 평가를 받아 기존 라운드와 같은 기업가치로 투자를 받았다”라며 “최대 규모 시장인 부동산 산업의 잠재력에 대해 투자사와 뜻을 같이하고 있다”라고 설명했다.
직방은 국내 대표 부동산 플랫폼 직방과 호갱노노를 운영하며 프롭테크 기술을 접목한 혁신 서비스로 지난 10여 년 간 업계 1위를 유지해 왔다.
최근에는 기존 진출 분야인 원·투룸 영역에서 안정적인 성과를 이어가는 한편, 아파트 영역의 중개사 대상 신규 광고 서비스 및 신축 분양 마케팅 상품 등 수익성 높은 사업 모델을 성공적으로 론칭하며 빠른 성장세를 이어가고 있다.
뿐만 아니라 삼성SDS 홈IoT 사업부 인수 후 새롭게 진출한 스마트홈 사업 영역에서 얼굴인식 도어록과 로비폰 등 신제품을 중심으로 AI 기술 기반의 차세대 스마트홈 솔루션을 선보였으며, 국내는 물론 중국, 싱가포르, 대만, 호주 등 아시아 지역에서 수출 영역을 확대 중이다.
직방은 신사업 발굴과 내부 비용 구조 개선을 병행하며 수익성 개선에 집중한 결과 지난해 영업손실을 큰 폭으로 개선했으며, 2025년 초에는 흑자전환에도 성공했다.
직방 안성우 대표는 “이번 투자를 바탕으로 새롭게 자리 잡은 수익성 높은 신사업을 더욱 발전시키는 동시에 지속적으로 재무건전성 확보에 집중해 실적 개선 흐름을 강화할 계획”이라며 “국민적 관심이 큰 부동산 시장의 디지털 전환을 적극적으로 주도해 부동산 거래 환경의 새로운 패러다임을 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.

Jikbang attracts 60 billion won in investment
Zigbang (CEO Sungwoo Ahn), a leading domestic proptech company, announced on the 8th that it had succeeded in attracting a total of 60 billion won in investment.

Jikbang operates the leading domestic real estate platforms Jikbang and Hogangnono and has maintained the top spot in the industry for the past 10 years with innovative services that incorporate proptech technology.
Recently, while maintaining stable performance in the existing one-room and two-room sectors, the company has also successfully launched highly profitable business models such as new advertising services for real estate agents in the apartment sector and new apartment sales marketing products, thereby continuing rapid growth.
In addition, after acquiring Samsung SDS's Home IoT division, the company has introduced next-generation smart home solutions based on AI technology, focusing on new products such as facial recognition door locks and lobby phones in the smart home business sector, a new area it has entered. It is also expanding its export areas not only domestically but also in Asian regions such as China, Singapore, Taiwan, and Australia.
As a result of focusing on improving profitability by simultaneously discovering new businesses and improving the internal cost structure, Jikbang significantly improved its operating loss last year and succeeded in turning a profit in early 2025.
Jikbang CEO Ahn Sung-woo said, “Based on this investment, we plan to further develop our newly established profitable new businesses while continuously focusing on securing financial soundness to strengthen the performance improvement trend,” adding, “We will actively lead the digital transformation of the real estate market, which is of great public interest, and create a new paradigm for the real estate transaction environment.”

直方、600億ウォン投資誘致
国内代表のプロップテック企業直方（Ｚｉｇｂａｎｇ、代表アン・ソンウ）が総６００億ウォン規模の投資誘致に成功したと８日明らかにした。
直方は７日、ＶＩＧパートナーズのクレジット投資部門ＶＩＧオルタナティブクレジット（以下ＶＡＣ）と６００億ウォン規模のＢＷ（新株引受権部社債）買収契約を締結した。
直方関係者は「不動産市場イノベーションに先駆けている直方とホギャンノのビジョンが肯定的な評価を受け、既存ラウンドと同じ企業価値で投資を受けた」とし「最大規模市場である不動産産業の潜在力について投資会社と意志を共にしている」と説明した。
直方は国内代表不動産プラットフォーム直方とホギャンノを運営し、プロップテク技術を融合した革新サービスで過去10年間年間業界1位を維持してきた。
近年では既存進出分野であるワン・ツルーム領域で安定的な成果を続けている一方、アパート領域の仲介会社対象新規広告サービスや新築分譲マーケティング商品など収益性の高い事業モデルを成功的にローンチし、急速な成長を続けている。
さらに、サムスンSDSホームIoT事業部買収後、新たに進出したスマートホーム事業領域で顔認識ドアロックやロビーフォンなど新製品を中心にAI技術基盤の次世代スマートホームソリューションを披露し、国内はもちろん中国、シンガポール、台湾、オーストラリアなどアジア地域で輸出領域を拡大中だ。
直方は新事業発掘と内部コスト構造改善を並行して収益性改善に集中した結果、昨年営業損失を大幅に改善し、2025年初めには黒字転換にも成功した。
直方アン・ソンウ代表は「今回の投資をもとに新たに位置づけられた収益性の高い新事業をさらに発展させるとともに、継続的に財務健全性の確保に集中して実績改善の流れを強化する計画」とし「国民的関心の大きい不動産市場のデジタル転換を積極的に主導し、不動産取引環境の新しいパラダイムを作っていく」と話した。

Récemment, tout en maintenant des performances stables dans les secteurs existants des appartements d'une et deux pièces, la société a également lancé avec succès des modèles commerciaux très rentables tels que de nouveaux services publicitaires pour les agents immobiliers dans le secteur des appartements et de nouveaux produits de marketing de vente d'appartements, poursuivant ainsi une croissance rapide.
De plus, après avoir acquis la division Home IoT de Samsung SDS, la société a introduit des solutions de maison intelligente de nouvelle génération basées sur la technologie de l'IA, en se concentrant sur de nouveaux produits tels que les serrures de porte à reconnaissance faciale et les téléphones de hall dans le secteur de la maison intelligente, un nouveau domaine dans lequel elle est entrée.
