콘텐츠 AI 솔루션 기업 포바이포는 9일 AI 서비스 전문기업 이스트소프트와 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 양사가 보유한 인공지능 기술을 상호 교환·활용하기로 했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 각 사의 핵심 기술력과 운영 노하우를 바탕으로 AI 기반 비즈니스 역량을 강화하고, 서비스 품질과 제작 효율성을 높이기 위한 차원에서 이뤄졌다.
협약에 따라 포바이포는 자사의 화질 개선 및 용량 절감 AI 솔루션 ‘픽셀(Pixell)’을 이스트소프트가 운영하는 휴먼 영상 생성 및 자동 더빙 서비스 ‘페르소닷에이아이(PERSO.ai)’에 적용할 계획이다. 픽셀은 AI 알고리즘을 활용해 영상의 화질을 개선하고 데이터 용량을 줄여 트래픽을 최적화하는 기술이다.
이스트소프트는 포바이포의 인물 콘텐츠 제작에 자사의 AI 휴먼 기술을 제공할 예정이다. 해당 기술은 자회사 SBXG가 운영하는 게임 인플루언서 플랫폼 ‘롤큐(LoLQ)’의 버추얼 휴먼 방송 콘텐츠에도 적용된다. 이를 통해 더욱 사실적이고 몰입감 있는 버추얼 휴먼 콘텐츠 제작이 가능할 것으로 보인다.
양사는 이번 협약을 계기로 AI 기술을 기반으로 한 콘텐츠 서비스 분야에서 공동 연구·개발, 신규 서비스 기획, 중소 AI 기업 대상 멘토링 등 다양한 협력 방안을 지속적으로 모색해 나갈 방침이다.
포바이포 윤준호 대표는 “양사의 기술이 융합하면서 발생할 수 있는 시너지 효과를 통해 AI 산업 전반에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대한다”며 “이번 협약이 기술 협력의 모범 사례로 자리잡을 수 있도록 협력을 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Pobypo, Eastsoft Sign Business Agreement
Content AI solution company PobyPoby announced on the 9th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with AI service specialist Eastsoft , agreeing to mutually exchange and utilize artificial intelligence technologies owned by both companies.

Eastsoft will provide its AI human technology for the production of character content for Four by Four. The technology will also be applied to virtual human broadcast content for LoLQ, a game influencer platform operated by subsidiary SBXG. This is expected to enable the production of more realistic and immersive virtual human content.
With this agreement as an opportunity, the two companies plan to continuously explore various cooperation methods, such as joint research and development, new service planning, and mentoring for small and medium-sized AI companies in the field of content services based on AI technology.

La société de solutions d'IA de contenu PobyPoby a annoncé le 9 avoir signé un accord commercial stratégique (MOU) avec le spécialiste des services d'IA Eastsoft , convenant d'échanger et d'utiliser mutuellement les technologies d'intelligence artificielle détenues par les deux sociétés.
Cet accord a été conclu pour renforcer les capacités commerciales basées sur l'IA en s'appuyant sur les technologies de base et le savoir-faire opérationnel de chaque entreprise, et pour améliorer la qualité du service et l'efficacité de la production.
