인공지능 언어기술 기업 ㈜트위그팜이 문화체육관광부가 발주한 ‘2025년 해외 한국바로알림서비스 운영 지원(번역·모니터링 등) 사업’의 수행기관으로 최종 선정됐다. 이번 사업을 통해 트위그팜은 2025년 연말까지 전 세계 10개 언어권에서 발생하는 한국 관련 정보 오류를 모니터링하고 시정하는 업무를 담당하며, 신뢰도 높은 다국어 정보를 제공할 예정이다.
해당 사업은 단순한 번역 용역을 넘어, 한국에 대한 왜곡된 정보를 정정하고 국가 브랜드의 신뢰도를 높이는 외교적 기능을 수행하는 중요한 공공사업으로 평가된다. 트위그팜은 높은 정확도와 신속성, 언어적 감수성, 시스템 기반 자동화 역량을 갖춘 기업으로서, 기술력과 운영 경험을 바탕으로 이 사업을 수행하게 됐다.
