다큐먼트 AI 전문기업 로민(Lomin, 대표 강지홍)은 ICT 전문기업 LIG시스템(대표 홍길준)과 다큐먼트 AI 솔루션 고도화 및 관련 사업 확대를 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 12일 밝혔다.
양사는 이번 협약을 통해 솔루션 공급과 상호 영업 협력을 중심으로 사업 수행 체계를 구축하고, 다큐먼트 AI 시장에서의 경쟁력 확보를 함께 추진할 방침이다.
이번 협력은 단순한 기술 연계를 넘어 실제 사업 연계를 중심으로 한 구조적 파트너십으로 추진된다. 로민은 자사의 다큐먼트 AI 플랫폼 ‘텍스트스코프 스튜디오(Textscope® Studio)’를 기반으로 기술 협력과 솔루션 공급을 맡고 LIG시스템은 시스템 구축과 사업 제안 역량을 바탕으로 다양한 고객사 대상의 사업화를 함께 주도할 예정이다.
또한 양사는 다큐먼트 AI 기술을 중심으로 한 솔루션 사업을 공동으로 확대해 나가는 동시에, 파트너십 기반의 협력 구조를 통해 양사의 지속 가능한 성장과 시장 내 영향력 확대를 함께 도모한다는 데 협약의 의의가 있다. 향후 신규 솔루션 발굴 및 사업 기회 확장을 위한 협력도 지속해 나갈 예정이다.

Romin, LIG Systems and Document AI Business Cooperation Agreement Signed
Lomin (CEO Jihong Kang) , a document AI specialized company, announced on the 12th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with ICT specialized company LIG Systems (CEO Giljun Hong) to advance document AI solutions and expand related businesses.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to establish a business execution system centered on solution supply and mutual sales cooperation, and jointly pursue securing competitiveness in the document AI market.
This collaboration will be promoted as a structural partnership centered on actual business linkage rather than simple technology linkage. Romin will be in charge of technology cooperation and solution supply based on its document AI platform ‘Textscope® Studio’, and LIG Systems will jointly lead commercialization targeting various clients based on its system construction and business proposal capabilities.
In addition, the significance of the agreement lies in the fact that the two companies will jointly expand their solution business centered on document AI technology, while at the same time, through a partnership-based cooperation structure, they will jointly seek sustainable growth and expansion of influence in the market. They will also continue to cooperate in the future to discover new solutions and expand business opportunities.

Signature d'un accord de coopération commerciale entre Romin, LIG Systems et Document AI
Lomin (PDG Jihong Kang) , une société spécialisée dans l'IA documentaire, a annoncé le 12 avoir signé un accord commercial stratégique (MOU) avec la société spécialisée dans les TIC LIG Systems (PDG Giljun Hong) pour faire progresser les solutions d'IA documentaire et développer les activités connexes.
