웹3 인에이블러(Web3 Enabler) 파라메타(PARAMETA)가 공공기관 블록체인 공동인프라 실증사업 (이하 K-BTF) ‘MyID 2.0’이 블록체인 서비스 CSAP (Cloud Security Assurance Program, 클라우드 보안 인증)를 획득했다고 12일 밝혔다.
CSAP 인증은 국내 공공기관이 클라우드 기반 서비스를 도입하기 위한 필수 보안 인증제도로, 과학기술정보통신부와 KISA가 공동 운영하며, 엄격한 정보보호·물리적 보안·운영관리 기준을 충족해야만 발급 된다.
파라메타가 CSAP 인증을 획득한 ‘MyID2.0’은 과학기술정보통신부와 한국인터넷진흥원이 추진하고 있는 K-BTF의 핵심 DID 서비스이다. MyID2.0은 공공기관이 블록체인 인프라를 별도 구축 없이 서비스 설정만으로 일주일 내 도입 가능한 구독형(SaaS) 플랫폼이다.
기존에는 공공기관이 DID 등 블록체인 서비스를 도입하려면 수개월의 구축 기간과 수억 원의 예산이 소요되었지만, MyID 2.0을 기반으로 한 공동인프라를 통해 도입 비용을 90% 이상 절감하고, 개발 없이 즉시 행정 서비스에 연동할 수 있는 기반이 마련되었다.
또한 MyID 2.0은 시민카드, 디지털 증명서, 출입 인증, 사원증 발급 등 다양한 블록체인 기반 행정 서비스에 쉽게 적용 가능하며, 관리자가 별도의 전문 인력 없이도 설정할 수 있는 간편한 관리자메뉴와 API 기반으로 설계되어 있다.
해당 인프라를 도입한 지방자치단체와 공공기관은 주민 대상 서비스 고도화는 물론, 데이터 무결성 보장, 행정처리 간소화, 민원 인증 자동화 등 다양한 디지털 전환 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Parameter 'MyID 2.0' Obtains Cloud Security Certification
Web3 Enabler PARAMETA announced on the 12th that the Public Institution Blockchain Joint Infrastructure Demonstration Project (hereinafter referred to as K-BTF) 'MyID 2.0' has obtained the blockchain service CSAP (Cloud Security Assurance Program, cloud security certification).
CSAP certification is a mandatory security certification system for domestic public institutions to introduce cloud-based services. It is jointly operated by the Ministry of Science and ICT and KISA, and is issued only when strict information protection, physical security, and operational management standards are met.
'MyID2.0', which has obtained CSAP certification from Parameta, is a core DID service of K-BTF promoted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency. MyID2.0 is a subscription-based (SaaS) platform that public institutions can introduce within a week by simply setting up the service without separately building a blockchain infrastructure.
Previously, it took several months of construction time and hundreds of millions of won for public institutions to introduce blockchain services such as DID, but through the joint infrastructure based on MyID 2.0, the introduction cost was reduced by more than 90%, and a foundation was established for immediate linkage to administrative services without development.
In addition, MyID 2.0 can be easily applied to various blockchain-based administrative services such as citizen cards, digital certificates, access authentication, and employee ID issuance, and is designed based on a simple administrator menu and API that allows administrators to set it up without separate specialized personnel.
Local governments and public institutions that have introduced this infrastructure can expect various digital transformation effects, such as improved services for residents, guaranteed data integrity, simplified administrative processing, and automated civil complaint authentication.

また、MyID 2.0は、市民カード、デジタル証明書、アクセス認証、社員証の発行など、さまざまなブロックチェーンベースの行政サービスに簡単に適用可能で、管理者が別途の専門人材なしで設定できる簡単な管理者メニューとAPIベースで設計されている。
該当インフラを導入した地方自治団体と公共機関は、住民対象サービスの高度化はもちろん、データの整合性保障、行政処理の簡素化、苦情認証自動化など、多様なデジタル転換効果が期待できる。

La certification CSAP est un système de certification de sécurité obligatoire pour les institutions publiques nationales afin d'introduire des services basés sur le cloud. Il est géré conjointement par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et KISA, et n'est délivré que lorsque des normes strictes de protection des informations, de sécurité physique et de gestion opérationnelle sont respectées.
« MyID2.0 », qui a obtenu la certification CSAP, est un service DID de base de K-BTF promu par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Agence coréenne de l'Internet et de la sécurité. MyID2.0 est une plateforme par abonnement (SaaS) que les institutions publiques peuvent introduire en une semaine en configurant simplement le service sans avoir à créer une infrastructure blockchain distincte.
