부산시(시장 박형준)와 부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우)는 13일 북항 제1부두에 조성될 ‘글로벌 창업허브 부산’의 밑그림이 될 국제설계공모 건축팀을 선정하고 본격적인 사업 추진에 나선다고 밝혔다.
이번 공모는 올해 1월부터 5월까지 두 단계로 나눠 진행됐다. 1단계 국제지명신청에는 총 11개국, 37팀의 세계적인 건축팀이 참가 등록했으며, 2단계 제안 공모에는 지명을 받은 5개 팀 중 4개 팀이 작품을 제출했다.
지난 5월 7일 2단계 설계공모 심사를 거쳐, 37대 1이라는 높은 경쟁률을 뚫고 OBR(Open Building Research, 이탈리아, 대표 Paolo Brescia & Tommaso Principi), ㈜강부존건축사사무소(한국, 대표 강부존)로 구성된 건축팀이 최종 선정됐다.
이번 설계공모에 당선된 오비알(OBR)은 공공과 민간 부문에서 다양한 프로젝트를 수행해 왔으며, 대표적인 완공 건축물로는 이탈리아의 피타고라스 박물관, 밀라노 피오리 주거단지 등이 있다.
공동 참여팀인 ㈜강부존건축사사무소 강부존 대표는 부산의 젊은 건축사로 현재 부산과 미국에서 현지 건축사사무소를 운영 중이며, 부산 오페라하우스 계획설계 등에 참여한 바 있다.
당선된 건축팀은 과거에 대한 존중과 미래를 투영한 건축구조 계획을 담은 설계안을 제시해 심사위원들로부터 높은 평가를 받았다.
특히 ▲역사적 흔적에서 출발해 기존 창고의 형태를 정확히 재현한 공간 계획 ▲친환경, 에너지 절약, 지속가능성을 고려한 설계안 제시 ▲주변 도시적 맥락과 통합되어 화려함보다는 의미 있는 건축적 정체성 표현 ▲과거의 시간성과 장소성을 섬세하게 읽어내고 이를 현대적 감각으로 재해석하며, 동시에 미래적 가치를 담아낸 창의적 공간 구성이 돋보였다.
이번 공모에 당선된 팀은 건축설계 계약 우선 협상권이 주어지며, 시는 문화유산 현상변경 등 문화유산 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 하반기에 실시설계를 마무리할 방침이다.
또한 시는 ‘글로벌 창업허브 부산’ 조성과 함께 글로벌 투자 네트워크 확대, 해외 창업기업 유치, 창업지원 프로그램 운영 등 지속적인 창업생태계 활성화 정책을 추진해 부산을 세계적인 창업 도시로 도약시켜 나갈 계획이다.
박형준 시장은 “부산항 제1부두는 바다와 도시를 연결하는 통로며 부산이 아시아를 넘어 세계와 연결되는 공간으로, 이곳에 만들어질 ‘글로벌 창업허브 부산’이 과거와 미래를 연결하는 글로벌 활력 거점이자 기회의 공간이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다”라며, “2026년 개관을 목표로 ‘글로벌 창업허브 부산’을 세계적인 창업 혁신거점으로 만들기 위해 시의 모든 역량과 행정력을 집중하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Busan City and Busan Changgyeong select OBR and Kang Bu-jon architectural team as architectural team for international design competition
Busan City (Mayor Park Hyung-joon) and Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Kim Yong-woo) announced on the 13th that they have selected an architectural team for an international design competition that will serve as the blueprint for the 'Global Startup Hub Busan' to be built at the first dock of Bukhang, and are moving forward with the project in earnest.
This competition was divided into two stages from January to May of this year. In the first stage of the international nomination application, a total of 37 world-class architectural teams from 11 countries registered to participate, and in the second stage of the proposal competition, four out of the five teams that were nominated submitted their works.
On May 7th, after a two-stage design competition, the architectural team consisting of OBR (Open Building Research, Italy, CEO Paolo Brescia & Tommaso Principi) and Kang Bu-Jon Architects & Associates (Korea, CEO Kang Bu-Jon) was finally selected, beating out a high competition rate of 37 to 1.
OBR, which won this design competition, has carried out various projects in both the public and private sectors, and its representative completed buildings include the Pythagoras Museum in Italy and the Fiori residential complex in Milan.
Kang Bu-jon, the representative of the joint participating team, Kang Bu-jon Architects & Associates, is a young architect from Busan who currently runs local architectural offices in Busan and the United States and has participated in the planning and design of the Busan Opera House.
The winning architectural team received high praise from the judges for presenting a design plan that included a building structure plan that respected the past and projected the future.
In particular, ▲a space plan that accurately reproduces the form of the existing warehouse starting from historical traces ▲a design proposal that considers the environment, energy saving, and sustainability ▲an architectural identity that is meaningful rather than flashy by being integrated with the surrounding urban context ▲a creative space composition that delicately reads the temporality and locality of the past and reinterprets them with a modern sensibility while at the same time containing future value stood out.
The team selected through this competition will be given priority negotiation rights for the architectural design contract, and the city plans to finalize the detailed design in the second half of the year by reflecting the opinions of cultural heritage experts on changes to the current status of cultural heritage.
In addition, the city plans to promote policies to continuously activate the startup ecosystem, such as creating a ‘Global Startup Hub Busan,’ expanding the global investment network, attracting overseas startups, and operating startup support programs, to help Busan leap forward as a global startup city.
Mayor Park Hyung-joon said, “The first dock of Busan Port is a passageway connecting the sea and the city, and a space where Busan connects with the world beyond Asia. I will do my best to make the ‘Global Startup Hub Busan’ to be built here a global hub of vitality and a space of opportunity that connects the past and the future,” adding, “We will focus all of the city’s capabilities and administrative power to make the ‘Global Startup Hub Busan’ a global hub for startup innovation, with the goal of opening in 2026.”
Kim Yong-woo, CEO of Busan Changgyeong, said, “As a representative cooperative organization, we will do our best to make ‘Global Startup Hub Busan’ a global startup innovation base with the goal of opening in 2026.”

釜山市・釜山昌慶、国際設計公募建築チームとしてOBR・江部ゾーン建築チーム選定
釜山市（市場パク・ヒョンジュン）と釜山創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ヨンウ）は１３日、北港第１桟橋に造成される「グローバル創業ハブ釜山」の下絵になる国際設計公募建築チームを選定し、本格的な事業推進に乗り出すと明らかにした。
今回の公募は今年1月から5月まで2段階に分かれて進行された。 1段階国際指名申請には合計11カ国、37チームの世界的な建築チームが参加登録し、2段階提案公募には指名を受けた5チームのうち4チームが作品を提出した。
去る5月7日2段階設計公募審査を経て、37対1という高い競争率を突き抜け、OBR(Open Building Research、イタリア、代表Paolo Brescia & Tommaso Principi)、(株)江部存建築事務所(韓国、代表江省)で構成された建築チームが最終選定された。
今回の設計公募に当選したオビアル（OBR）は、公共と民間部門で様々なプロジェクトを行ってきました。
共同参加チームである(株)江省既存建築事務所カン・ブソン代表は釜山の若い建築士で、現在釜山と米国で現地建築事務所を運営しており、釜山オペラハウス計画設計などに参加したことがある。
当選した建築チームは、過去に対する尊重と未来を投影した建築構造計画を盛り込んだ設計案を提示し、審査委員から高い評価を受けた。
特に▲歴史的痕跡から出発して既存倉庫の形を正確に再現した空間計画創造的な空間構成が目立った。
今回の公募に当選したチームは建築設計契約優先交渉権が与えられ、市は文化遺産現象変更など文化遺産専門家の意見を反映して下半期に実施設計を終える方針だ。
また、市は「グローバル創業ハブ釜山」の造成とともに、グローバル投資ネットワーク拡大、海外創業企業誘致、創業支援プログラム運営など持続的な創業生態系活性化政策を推進し、釜山を世界的な創業都市に跳躍させていく計画だ。
パク・ヒョンジュン市場は「釜山港第1埠頭は海と都市を結ぶ通路であり、釜山がアジアを越えて世界とつながる空間で、ここに作られる「グローバル創業ハブ釜山」が過去と未来をつなぐグローバル活力拠点であり、機会の空間になるよう最善を尽くす」として「2026年」世界的な創業革新拠点にするために市のすべての力量と行政力を集中する」と明らかにした。

釜山市（市长朴亨俊）和釜山创造经济革新中心（代表金勇宇） 13日表示，已选定作为在北港第一码头建设的“釜山全球创业中心”蓝图的国际设计竞赛建筑团队，并正在正式推进该项目。
本次大赛于今年1月至5月分两个阶段进行。共有来自11个国家的37个世界级建筑团队报名参加第一阶段的国际提名申请，其中5个被提名的团队中有4个在方案竞赛第二阶段提交了作品。
5月7日，经过两阶段的设计竞赛，由OBR（意大利Open Building Research公司，首席执行官Paolo Brescia和Tommaso Principi）和Kang Bu-Jon Architects & Associates（韩国，首席执行官Kang Bu-Jon）组成的建筑团队最终以37比1的高竞争率脱颖而出，脱颖而出。
赢得本次设计竞赛的OBR建筑事务所，在公共和私营部门均开展过多项项目，其代表性建成建筑包括意大利毕达哥拉斯博物馆、米兰Fiori住宅区等。

通过本次竞赛选定的团队将获得建筑设计合同的优先谈判权，该市计划在反映文化遗产专家对文化遗产现状变化的意见后，于下半年完成详细设计。
此外，釜山市还将推出打造“全球创业中心釜山”、扩大全球投资网络、吸引海外创业公司、运营创业支持项目等持续激活创业生态系统的政策，帮助釜山跃升为全球创业城市。
朴亨俊市长表示：“釜山港第一码头是连接海洋与城市的通道，也是釜山与亚洲以外世界连接的空间。我将竭尽全力，将这里建成的‘全球创业中心釜山’打造成充满活力的全球枢纽，成为连接过去与未来的机遇空间。”他还表示，“我们将集中全市的力量和行政力量，将‘全球创业中心釜山’打造成全球创业创新中心，目标是2026年开业。”
釜山昌庆代表金勇宇表示，“作为代表性合作机构，我们将竭尽全力，以2026年开业为目标，将‘全球创业中心釜山’打造成全球创业创新基地。”

Ce concours a été divisé en deux étapes de janvier à mai de cette année. Au total, 37 équipes d'architectes de renommée mondiale provenant de 11 pays se sont inscrites pour participer à la première étape de la candidature internationale, et quatre des cinq équipes nommées ont soumis leurs travaux lors de la deuxième étape du concours de propositions.
Le 7 mai, après un concours de conception en deux étapes, l'équipe d'architectes composée d'OBR (Open Building Research, Italie, PDG Paolo Brescia et Tommaso Principi) et de Kang Bu-Jon Architects & Associates (Corée, PDG Kang Bu-Jon) a finalement été sélectionnée, battant un taux de concurrence élevé de 37 à 1.
OBR, qui a remporté ce concours de conception, a réalisé divers projets dans les secteurs public et privé, et ses bâtiments achevés représentatifs comprennent le musée Pythagore en Italie et le complexe résidentiel Fiori à Milan.
Kang Bu-jon, le représentant de l'équipe participante commune, Kang Bu-jon Architects & Associates, est un jeune architecte de Busan qui dirige actuellement des bureaux d'architecture locaux à Busan et aux États-Unis et a participé à la planification et à la conception de l'Opéra de Busan.

En particulier, ▲un plan d'espace qui reproduit fidèlement la forme de l'entrepôt existant à partir de traces historiques ▲une proposition de conception qui prend en compte l'environnement, les économies d'énergie et la durabilité ▲une identité architecturale qui est significative plutôt que tape-à-l'œil en s'intégrant au contexte urbain environnant ▲une composition spatiale créative qui lit délicatement la temporalité et la localité du passé et les réinterprète avec une sensibilité moderne tout en contenant en même temps une valeur future se démarque.
L'équipe sélectionnée à l'issue de ce concours bénéficiera d'un droit de négociation prioritaire pour le contrat de conception architecturale, et la ville prévoit de finaliser la conception détaillée au cours du second semestre de l'année en reflétant les avis des experts du patrimoine culturel sur les changements apportés au statut actuel du patrimoine culturel.
En outre, la ville prévoit de promouvoir des politiques visant à activer en permanence l'écosystème des startups, telles que la création d'un « Global Startup Hub Busan », l'expansion du réseau d'investissement mondial, l'attraction de startups étrangères et la mise en œuvre de programmes de soutien aux startups, pour aider Busan à progresser en tant que ville mondiale des startups.
Le maire Park Hyung-joon a déclaré : « Le premier quai du port de Busan est un passage reliant la mer et la ville, et un espace où Busan se connecte au monde au-delà de l'Asie.
