Vision AI 전문기업 씨이랩은 약 178억원 규모의 유상증자를 결정했다고 공시했다.
이번 유상증자는 주주우선배정 후 실권주 일반공모 방식으로 진행되며, 발행 예정 신주는 3,290,000주로 전체 주식 수의 약 54%에 해당한다. 예정 발행가는 5,430원이며,NH투자증권이 대표 주관사를 맡았다.
씨이랩은 이번 공모자금으로 NVIDIA 최신 GPU 데이터센터 증축과 GPU 클러스터 최적화 소프트웨어 ‘아스트라고(AstraGo)’ 개발을 통한 AI 컴퓨팅센터 구축 사업 준비를 본격화한다. 이를 통해 국가 차원의 급증하는 AI 컴퓨팅 구축 수요에 적극적으로 대응하고, 수익을 극대화할 계획이다.
국내외 시장 확대를 위한 영업 네트워크 확대에도 투자할 예정이다. 전문 파트너십 네트워크인 XPN(Xiilab Partner Network)을 구축하고 북미, 일본, 동남아시아 등을 중심으로 글로벌 마케팅 활동을 통해 시장에 진입하겠다는 계획이다.
씨이랩의 윤세혁 대표는 “AI 시장의 급속한 성장과 시장 환경을 고려할 때, 지금이 확실한 성장기반을 구축할 중요한 시점”이라며 “이번 유상증자를 통해 확보된 자금으로 AI 컴퓨팅 사업의 경쟁력을 높이고 미래 성장 모멘텀을 확실히 다질 것”이라고 밝혔다. 이어 “씨이랩은 AstraGo의 GPU 적용 확대와 더불어 VLM 및 디지털 트윈 기술 강화를 통해 5년 내 10배 이상 성장할 수 있는 기반을 마련하겠다”고 강조했다.

Vision AI specialist company SeeLab announced that it has decided to increase capital by approximately 17.8 billion won.
This paid-in capital increase will be conducted in the form of a general public offering of real rights shares after a preferential allocation to shareholders, and the number of new shares scheduled to be issued is 3,290,000, which is approximately 54% of the total number of shares. The planned issue price is 5,430 won, and NH Investment & Securities is the lead manager.
With this public offering, SeeLab will begin preparing for the AI computing center construction project through the expansion of NVIDIA’s latest GPU data center and the development of GPU cluster optimization software ‘AstraGo’. Through this, it plans to actively respond to the rapidly increasing demand for AI computing construction at the national level and maximize profits.
We also plan to invest in expanding our sales network to expand domestic and international markets. We plan to build a professional partnership network called XPN (Xiilab Partner Network) and enter the market through global marketing activities centered on North America, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
“Considering the rapid growth of the AI market and the market environment, now is an important time to establish a solid growth foundation,” said Yoon Se-hyeok, CEO of Cielab. “With the funds secured through this paid-in capital increase, we will increase the competitiveness of our AI computing business and solidify our future growth momentum.” He continued, “Cielab will lay the foundation for more than 10 times growth within 5 years by expanding the application of AstraGo’s GPU and strengthening VLM and digital twin technologies.”

Vision AI専門企業CyLabは、約178億ウォン規模の有償増資を決定したと公示した。
今回の有償増資は株主優先配分後の実権株一般公募方式で進行され、発行予定新株は3,290,000株で全株式数の約54％に該当する。予定発行者は5,430ウォンであり、NH投資証券が代表主管社を引き受けた。
シイラップは今回の公募資金でNVIDIA最新のGPUデータセンター増縮とGPUクラスタ最適化ソフトウェア「AstraGo」開発を通じたAIコンピューティングセンター構築事業の準備を本格化する。これにより、国家レベルの急増するAIコンピューティング構築需要に積極的に対応し、収益を最大化する計画だ。

Cette augmentation de capital sera réalisée sous la forme d'une offre au public d'actions après attribution préférentielle aux actionnaires, et le nombre d'actions nouvelles à émettre est de 3 290 000, ce qui correspond à environ 54 % du nombre total d'actions. Le prix d'émission prévu est de 5 430 wons et NH Investment & Securities est le gestionnaire principal.
Avec cette offre publique, SeeLab commencera à préparer la construction d'un centre de calcul d'IA en agrandissant le dernier centre de données GPU de NVIDIA et en développant un logiciel d'optimisation de cluster GPU, « AstraGo ». Grâce à cela, nous prévoyons de répondre activement à la demande croissante de déploiement de l’informatique IA au niveau national et de maximiser les profits.
