아산나눔재단은 비영리스타트업의 임팩트 확장과 혁신 역량 강화를 지원하는 ‘아산 비영리스타트업(Asan Non-profit Startup)’ 프로그램의 2025년도 성장트랙 선발 기관과 15일 협약을 체결했다.
‘아산 비영리스타트업’은 신생 비영리 조직이 사업과 조직의 성장 기반을 마련할 수 있도록 다각도로 지원하는 프로그램이다. 설립 7년 이내 초기 단계의 비영리 단체 및 법인을 모집한 이번 ‘성장트랙’ 전형에서는 ▲계단뿌셔클럽 ▲꿈을짓는학교 ▲뉴웨이즈 ▲러블리페이퍼 ▲스프링샤인 ▲오션캠퍼스 ▲자원 ▲지구를지키는소소한행동 등 총 8개팀을 선발했다.
아산나눔재단은 협약식을 시작으로 약6개월간 8개 선발 기관이 혁신적인 사회혁신 솔루션으로 소셜 임팩트 확장할 수 있도록 적극 지원한다. ▲프로젝트 지원금 6천 5백만 원 ▲팀별 멘토링 및 스타트업 맞춤형 전략 자문 ▲단기 사무 공간인 ‘마루시드존’ 입주 등 비영리스타트업을 위한 다양한 액셀러레이팅 혜택을 제공한다.
또한, 선발팀에는 하반기에 열리는 ‘비영리스타트업 콘퍼런스’ 무대에 오를 수 있는 기회도 주어진다. 스타트업의 전략으로 사회문제를 해결해보는 팀별 프로젝트의 성과와 인사이트를 소셜섹터 관계자들과 공유하고, 비영리스타트업의 지속가능한 성장 방안에 대해 논의할 예정이다.
이번 2025년도 아산 비영리스타트업에 선발된 석다현 오션캠퍼스 대표는 “지난 해 아산 비영리스타트업의 ‘도전트랙’에 이어 올해 ‘성장트랙’에도 선발되면서, 초기 비영리 조직으로서 만들어갈 지속가능한 성장과 도약이 기대된다”며 “올해 역시 스타트업의 성장 전략을 사회문제 해결 방식에 도입해 사회적 임팩트를 다방면으로 확산할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
박성종 아산나눔재단 사회혁신팀 팀장은 “아산 비영리스타트업의 협약 기관으로 선정된 아산 비영리스타트업 ‘성장트랙’의 8개팀을 환영한다”며, “앞으로 비영리스타트업이 최적의 환경에서 역량을 펼치고 각 프로젝트의 소셜 임팩트를 확장할 수 있도록 아낌없이 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Starting with the signing ceremony, Asan Nanum Foundation will actively support the eight selected organizations to expand their social impact with innovative social innovation solutions for approximately six months. ▲Project support fund of 65 million won ▲Team-specific mentoring and startup-tailored strategic consulting ▲Mobilization into the short-term office space ‘Marusidzone’, etc., providing various acceleration benefits for non-profit startups.
In addition, the selected team will be given the opportunity to stand on the stage of the 'Nonprofit Startup Conference' held in the second half of the year. They will share the results and insights of each team's project that solves social problems with startup strategies with those in the social sector, and discuss ways for nonprofit startups to grow sustainably.
Seok Da-hyun, CEO of Ocean Campus, who was selected for the 2025 Asan Nonprofit Startup, said, “Following last year’s Asan Nonprofit Startup’s ‘Challenge Track’ and being selected for this year’s ‘Growth Track,’ I look forward to sustainable growth and advancement as an early-stage nonprofit organization.” He added, “This year as well, we will strive to introduce startup growth strategies into the way we solve social problems so that we can expand our social impact in various ways.”

今回の2025年度牙山非営利スタートアップに選抜された石田県オーシャンキャンパス代表は「昨年牙山非営利スタートアップの「挑戦トラック」に続き、今年「成長トラック」にも選抜され、初期非営利組織として作る持続可能な成長と跳躍が期待される」とし「今年役インパクトを多方面に拡散できるように努力する」と所感を明らかにした。
朴成宗（パク・ソンジョン）のアサンナヌム財団社会革新チームチーム長は、「牙山非営利スタートアップの協約機関に選ばれた牙山非営利スタートアップ「成長トラック」の８チームを歓迎する」とし、「今後非営利スタートアップが最適な環境で力量を広げて支援することができるように支援した。
