기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 기보)은 ㈜씨앤큐어(공동대표이사 민정준, 박중곤)를 ‘IP-Value 강소기업’으로 선정하고, 박테리아 기반 면역항암제 관련 기술에 대한 가치평가결과를 반영해 우수IP 가치플러스 보증(이하 ‘가치플러스 보증’) 10억원을 지원했다고 16일 밝혔다.
가치플러스 보증은 중소기업이 보유하고 있는 지식재산(IP) 중 고부가가치 첨단기술 분야의 우수IP를 발굴하고, 산출된 가치금액 내에서 보증과 연계해 사업화 자금을 지원하는 맞춤형 보증상품이다. 기보는 고난도 기술가치평가를 통해 선정된 우수IP 기업에 대해 ‘IP-Value 강소기업’ 선정서를 수여하고 있으며, 이날 기보 호남지역본부에서 ㈜씨앤큐어 대표이사가 참석한 가운데 수여식을 진행했다.
㈜씨앤큐어는 2019년 8월 민정준 대표(화순전남대병원장)에 의해 설립된 광주광역시 소재 바이오테크 기업으로, 박테리아 기반 면역항암제 및 진단용 방사성 의약품을 개발하고 있다. 특히 박테리아 기반 항암 치료제는 무독성 살모넬라균을 활용한 신개념 암 면역치료제로, 기존 화학항암제의 암세포 사멸 효능과 표적항암제의 암세포 표적 특이성을 모두 갖고 있다. 또한 이 기술은 암세포의 면역회피를 억제하고, 면역체계를 활성화하는 장점을 갖추고 있어 혁신적인 항암 치료제 기술로 평가받고 있다.
기보는 ㈜씨앤큐어의 기술력과 사업성장 가능성을 높게 평가해 가치플러스 보증 10억원을 지원했으며 ▲보증료 감면 ▲기술특례상장 사전진단평가 무상지원 ▲투자용 기술평가 인증 등 다양한 혜택을 제공해 우수IP의 기술 사업화를 적극 지원할 계획이다.
이재필 기보 이사는 “바이오산업의 경우 신약 개발의 성과가 가시화되기까지 긴 시간이 소요되며 개발단계에 따른 지속적인 자금 조달이 필요하다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 우수IP를 보유한 바이오벤처기업을 적극 발굴하고, 원천기술 확보를 위해 전주기 R&D 지원 및 연구 인프라 구축 등 맞춤형 정책을 연계해 바이오산업 육성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

C&Cure selected as 'IP-Value Powerhouse' by Kibo
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as KIBO) announced on the 16th that it selected C&Cure Co., Ltd. C&Cure Co., Ltd. is a biotech company located in Gwangju Metropolitan City, established in August 2019 by CEO Min Jeong-jun (President of Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital), developing bacteria-based immunotherapy and diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals. In particular, the bacteria-based anticancer treatment is a new concept cancer immunotherapy using non-toxic Salmonella, and has both the cancer cell killing efficacy of existing chemotherapy drugs and the cancer cell targeting specificity of targeted anticancer drugs. (co-PDG Min Jeong-jun et Park Jung-gon) comme « IP-Value Powerhouse » et a fourni 1 milliard de KRW en excellente valeur IP plus garantie (ci-après dénommée « Value Plus Guarantee ») reflétant les résultats de l'évaluation de la valeur de la technologie liée aux médicaments anticancéreux immunitaires à base de bactéries.
Value Plus Guarantee est un produit de garantie personnalisé qui découvre une excellente propriété intellectuelle dans des domaines technologiques de pointe à haute valeur ajoutée parmi la propriété intellectuelle (PI) détenue par les petites et moyennes entreprises et soutient les fonds de commercialisation en les liant à une garantie dans le montant de la valeur calculée. C&Cure Co., Ltd. est une société de biotechnologie située dans la ville métropolitaine de Gwangju, créée en août 2019 par le PDG Min Jeong-jun (président de l'hôpital universitaire national Hwasun Chonnam), développant des médicaments anticancéreux immunitaires à base de bactéries et des produits radiopharmaceutiques diagnostiques. Elle prévoit également de soutenir activement la commercialisation d'excellentes PI en offrant divers avantages tels que ▲une réduction des frais de garantie ▲un soutien gratuit pour l'évaluation pré-diagnostic pour la liste spéciale des technologies ▲une certification d'évaluation technologique à des fins d'investissement.
