ICT 전문기업 유큐브(대표 김정범)가 공공 분야의 AI 전환 사업을 연달아 수주하며 공공 영역 AX(AI 전환)를 선도하고 있다.
유큐브는 최근 행정안전부의 ‘2025년 지능형 업무관리플랫폼 구축 사업’, 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)의 ‘범정부 초거대 AI 공통 기반 구현 사업’ 등 대형 AI 프로젝트를 수주해 공공 업무 혁신의 핵심 플레이어로 자리매김하고 있다고 19일 밝혔다.
행정안전부의 ‘2025년 지능형 업무관리플랫폼 구축 사업’은 기존 온나라 시스템을 대체할 수 있는 웹 기반의 업무환경 구축을 골자로 하며, 올해 진행되는 1단계 사업은 약 40억 원 규모다. 삼성SDS 컨소시엄에 참여한 유큐브는 클라우드 네이티브 기반의 지능형 워크스페이스 개발을 맡아, 297개 기관 70만 공무원의 업무 효율성 제고에 나선다. AI 서비스, 웹오피스, 협업 툴이 유기적으로 연결된 스마트 업무환경을 통해 불필요한 업무를 줄이고, 공무원의 업무 시간을 획기적으로 단축할 전망이다.
또 유큐브는 사업비 약 90억 원 규모의 ‘범정부 초거대 AI 공통기반 구현’ 사업도 참여한다. 이는 범부처 공무원들이 생성형 AI 서비스를 보다 안전하고 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 AI 인프라를 구축하는 사업으로, 지난 15일 삼성SDS 컨소시엄이 우선협상대상자로 선정됐다.
이는 범부처 공무원이 보안 걱정 없이 다양한 생성형AI 서비스를 활용할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 사업으로, 정부 또는 지자체가 AI 서비스를 기획하고 구현하고자 할 때 공통적으로 활용하는 AI 컴퓨팅 장비, 공통 데이터, 공통 서비스, 개발 및 운영 환경 등 AI 자원 전반을 제공한다.
유큐브는 본 사업에서 초거대 AI 공통기반 관리자 시스템을 구축, 멀티 민간 AI 플랫폼의 통합 관제·모니터링과 AI 서비스 운영·관리, 범정부 AI 공동활용 지원을 담당한다. 이를 통해 AI 서비스 개발 및 운영의 효율성을 높이고, 전 부처의 비용 절감과 더불어 AI 혁신 가속화를 지원할 예정이다.
유큐브는 디지털플랫폼위원회, 서울시, 농촌진흥청, 국립전파연구원 등 다양한 공공기관의 차세대 업무시스템을 구축한 레퍼런스를 보유, 이번 사업에서도 DX(디지털 전환)를 넘어 AX를 구현한다는 계획이다.
유큐브 김정범 대표는 “유큐브는 사용자 중심의 AI 업무환경 혁신을 통해 공공기관의 일하는 방식 자체를 변화시키는 데 집중하고 있다”며 “이번 프로젝트들은 단순한 시스템 구축을 넘어 공공의 AI 활용 생태계를 주도하는 기회가 될 것”이라고 말했다.

Youcube wins consecutive public AI conversion projects
ICT specialist company Ucube (CEO Kim Jeong-beom) is leading the public sector AX (AI transformation) by winning a series of public sector AI transformation projects.
On the 19th, Ucube announced that it has recently won large-scale AI projects such as the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's '2025 Intelligent Work Management Platform Construction Project' and the National Intelligence Service (NIA)'s 'Government-wide Large-Scale AI Common Infrastructure Implementation Project', establishing itself as a key player in public work innovation.
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety's '2025 Intelligent Work Management Platform Construction Project' aims to build a web-based work environment that can replace the existing nationwide system, and the first phase of the project, which will be carried out this year, is worth approximately 4 billion won. Ucube, which participated in the Samsung SDS consortium, is in charge of developing a cloud-native-based intelligent workspace and is working to improve the work efficiency of 700,000 civil servants in 297 organizations. It is expected to reduce unnecessary work and drastically shorten the work hours of civil servants through a smart work environment where AI services, web offices, and collaboration tools are organically connected.
In addition, Ucube is also participating in the 'Government-wide Super-Large AI Common Base Implementation' project, which has a budget of approximately 9 billion won. This is a project to build AI infrastructure so that government officials from all government departments can use generative AI services more safely and conveniently, and the Samsung SDS consortium was selected as the preferred negotiating party on the 15th.
This project establishes a foundation for civil servants across government ministries to utilize various generative AI services without security concerns, and provides all AI resources, including AI computing equipment, common data, common services, and development and operation environments commonly used when the government or local governments plan and implement AI services.
In this project, U-Cube will build a super-large AI common-base management system, and will be responsible for integrated control and monitoring of multi-private AI platforms, operation and management of AI services, and support for joint use of AI across the government. Through this, it is expected to increase the efficiency of AI service development and operation, reduce costs across all ministries, and accelerate AI innovation.
Youcube has references for building next-generation business systems for various public institutions, including the Digital Platform Committee, Seoul Metropolitan Government, Rural Development Administration, and National Radio Research Agency, and plans to implement AX beyond DX (digital transformation) in this project as well.
“YouCube is focusing on changing the way public institutions work through user-centered AI work environment innovation,” said YouCube CEO Kim Jeong-beom. “These projects will be an opportunity to lead the public AI utilization ecosystem beyond simple system construction.”

行政安全部の「2025年インテリジェント業務管理プラットフォーム構築事業」は、既存のオンナシステムを代替できるWebベースの業務環境構築を骨子とし、今年行われる1段階事業は約40億ウォン規模だ。サムスンSDSコンソーシアムに参加したユキューブはクラウドネイティブベースのインテリジェントワークスペース開発を引き受け、297機関70万公務員の業務効率性向上に乗り出す。 AIサービス、ウェブオフィス、コラボレーションツールが有機的に接続されたスマート業務環境を通じて不要な業務を減らし、公務員の業務時間を画期的に短縮する見通しだ。

ユキューブは本事業で超巨大AI共通基盤管理システムを構築、マルチ民間AIプラットフォームの統合管制・モニタリングとAIサービス運営・管理、汎政府AI共同活用支援を担当する。これにより、AIサービスの開発と運営の効率性を高め、全省庁のコスト削減に加え、AI革新の加速化を支援する予定だ。
ユキューブは、デジタルプラットフォーム委員会、ソウル市、農村振興庁、国立電波研究院など多様な公共機関の次世代業務システムを構築したリファレンスを保有し、今回の事業でもDX（デジタル転換）を超えてAXを実現する計画だ。
ユキューブのキム・ジョンボム代表は「ユキューブはユーザー中心のAI業務環境革新を通じて公共機関の働き方自体を変化させることに集中している」とし「今回のプロジェクトは単純なシステム構築を超えて公共のAI活用生態系を主導する機会になるだろう」と話した。

Youcube remporte deux projets consécutifs de conversion d'IA publique

Youcube dispose de références pour la création de systèmes commerciaux de nouvelle génération pour diverses institutions publiques, notamment le Comité de la plate-forme numérique, le gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul, l'Administration du développement rural et l'Agence nationale de recherche radio, et prévoit également de mettre en œuvre AX au-delà de DX (transformation numérique) dans ce projet.
