월드클래스기업협회는 지난 16일부터 17일까지 이틀간 강원도 평창 용평리조트 드래곤밸리 호텔에서 ‘2025 CEO 워크숍’을 개최했다고 19일 밝혔다. 이번 행사에는 회원사 대표이사 및 임직원, 정부·유관기관 관계자 등 약 90여 명이 참석해 산업 환경 변화에 대한 인사이트를 공유하고 기업 간 교류를 강화하는 시간을 가졌다.
이번 워크숍은 글로벌 경제 환경의 불확실성 속에서 중견기업의 경쟁력 강화와 지속가능한 성장 전략을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 기획됐다. 참석자들은 디지털 전환, 기술혁신, 글로벌 진출 등 다양한 주제에 대한 강연과 토론을 통해 실질적인 경영 전략을 논의했다.
윤동한 한국콜마 회장은 ‘이순신 장군에게 배우는 기업가 정신’을 주제로 한 강연에서 “경청, 결단, 준비된 승리, 인재 중심의 리더십이 위기를 기회로 바꾸는 핵심 요소”라고 강조했다.
윤성호 마키나락스 대표는 ‘AI 에이전트가 만드는 초생산성 시대’를 주제로, 실제 산업 현장에 적용된 인공지능 에이전트 기반 사례를 소개하며, AI 기술의 실질적인 생산성 향상 효과를 설명했다.
황주호 한국수력원자력 사장은 ‘새로운 전기의 시대와 원자력’이라는 발표를 통해 원전 산업의 글로벌 경쟁력과 수출 사례를 공유하고, 중견기업들이 원자력 기반 기술혁신에 동참해야 한다고 강조했다.
정부 정책 설명도 함께 이뤄졌다. 김은정 한국산업기술진흥원(KIAT) 중견기업단장은 “중견기업 성장지원 시책의 일환으로 월드클래스기업 대상 지원 사례가 전년 대비 14% 이상 증가했다”며 “신사업 진출, 사업 다각화, 혁신 성장 등을 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
경영 전략과 글로벌 시장 변화에 대한 분석도 이어졌다. 유필화 성균관대학교 경영대학원 명예교수는 “전 세계 상위 10% 기업이 80% 이상의 이익을 창출하고 있다”며 “매출 중심보다는 질적인 이익과 내실 중심의 경영이 필요하다”고 말했다. 서대일 미래에셋증권 본부장은 ‘트럼프 2.0 시대’에 대비한 글로벌 금융시장의 흐름을 분석하며, 중견기업의 전략적 대응 필요성을 제언했다.
이준혁 월드클래스기업협회 회장은 개회사에서 “회원사들이 한국 경제의 중추 역할을 수행하고 있는 만큼, 상호 간 정보 교류와 연대가 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “이번 워크숍을 통해 위기를 기회로 전환할 수 있는 혁신 마인드를 함께 형성할 수 있기를 바란다”고 말했다.
협회 관계자는 “앞으로도 회원사들이 실질적인 경영성과를 낼 수 있도록, 다양한 산업 정보와 교육 콘텐츠를 제공해 기업의 성장 기반을 적극적으로 지원해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
World Class Enterprise Association Holds '2025 CEO Workshop'
The World Class Enterprise Association announced on the 19th that it held the '2025 CEO Workshop' at the Dragon Valley Hotel in Yongpyong Resort, Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do for two days from the 16th to the 17th. About 90 people, including member company CEOs and executives, government officials, and related organizations, attended the event and had time to share insights on changes in the industrial environment and strengthen exchanges between companies.
This workshop was planned to seek strategies for strengthening the competitiveness of mid-sized companies and sustainable growth amidst the uncertainty of the global economic environment. Participants discussed practical management strategies through lectures and discussions on various topics such as digital transformation, technological innovation, and global expansion.
In a lecture titled “Learning Entrepreneurship from Admiral Yi Sun-sin,” Yoon Dong-han, Chairman of Korea Kolmar, emphasized that “listening, determination, prepared victory, and talent-centered leadership are the key elements to turning a crisis into an opportunity.”
Yoon Seong-ho, CEO of MakinaRocks, introduced cases based on artificial intelligence agents applied in actual industrial sites under the theme of ‘The era of hyper-productivity created by AI agents’ and explained the practical productivity improvement effects of AI technology.
In his presentation titled “The New Era of Electricity and Nuclear Energy,” Hwang Ju-ho, President of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, shared the nuclear power industry’s global competitiveness and export cases and emphasized that mid-sized companies should participate in nuclear power-based technological innovation.
Government policy explanations were also provided. Kim Eun-jung, head of the mid-sized business division at the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT), said, “As part of the mid-sized business growth support policy, the number of cases of support for world-class companies has increased by more than 14% compared to the previous year,” and “We will continue to support them so that they can strengthen their global competitiveness through new business entry, business diversification, and innovative growth.”
Analysis of management strategies and global market changes followed. Yoo Pil-hwa, professor emeritus of Sungkyunkwan University’s Graduate School of Business, said, “The top 10% of companies in the world are generating more than 80% of profits,” and “We need management that focuses on quality profits and substance rather than sales.” Seo Dae-il, head of Mirae Asset Securities, analyzed the flow of the global financial market in preparation for the “Trump 2.0 era” and suggested the need for strategic responses from mid-sized companies.
In his opening remarks, Lee Jun-hyeok, chairman of the World Class Enterprise Association, said, “Since our member companies play a pivotal role in the Korean economy, mutual information exchange and solidarity are more important than anything else,” and added, “I hope that through this workshop, we can form an innovative mindset that can turn crises into opportunities.”
An association official said, “We will continue to actively support the growth foundation of companies by providing various industrial information and educational content so that our member companies can achieve real management results.”

今回のワークショップは、グローバル経済環境の不確実性の中で中堅企業の競争力強化と持続可能な成長戦略を模索するための目的で企画された。参加者たちはデジタル転換、技術革新、グローバル進出など多様なテーマに対する講演と討論を通じて実質的な経営戦略を議論した。
ユン・ドンハン韓国コルマ会長は「李舜臣将軍に学ぶ起業家精神」をテーマにした講演で「慶清、決断、準備された勝利、人材中心のリーダーシップが危機を機会に変える核心要素」と強調した。
ユン・ソンホマキナラックス代表は「AIエージェントが作る超生産性時代」をテーマに、実際の産業現場に適用された人工知能エージェントベースの事例を紹介し、AI技術の実質的な生産性向上効果を説明した。
ファン・ジュホ韓国水力原子力社長は「新しい電気の時代と原子力」という発表を通じて原発産業のグローバル競争力と輸出事例を共有し、中堅企業が原子力基盤の技術革新に参加しなければならないと強調した。
政府政策の説明も一緒に行われた。キム・ウンジョン韓国産業技術振興院(KIAT)中堅企業団長は「中堅企業成長支援施策の一環としてワールドクラス企業対象支援事例が前年比14％以上増加した」とし「新事業進出、事業多角化、革新成長などを通じてグローバル競争力を強化できるよう持続的に支援する」と明らかにした。
経営戦略とグローバル市場変化の分析も続いた。ユピルファ成均館大学経営大学院名誉教授は「全世界上位１０％企業が８０％以上の利益を創出している」とし「売上中心よりは質的な利益と内実中心の経営が必要だ」と話した。西大日未来アセット証券本部長は「トランプ2.0時代」に備えたグローバル金融市場の流れを分析し、中堅企業の戦略的対応の必要性を提言した。
イ・ジュンヒョクワールドクラス企業協会会長は開会社で「会員社が韓国経済の中枢役割を遂行しているだけに、相互間の情報交流と連帯が何より重要だ」とし「今回のワークショップを通じて危機を機会に転換できる革新マインドを共に形成できることを願う」と話した。
協会関係者は「今後も会員企業が実質的な経営成果を出すことができるよう、多様な産業情報と教育コンテンツを提供して企業の成長基盤を積極的に支援していく」と明らかにした。

韩国科玛会长尹东韩在题为《向李舜臣将军学习企业家精神》的演讲中强调，“倾听、决心、有准备的胜利、以人才为中心的领导力，是将危机转化为机遇的关键要素”。
MakinaRocks代表尹成浩以“AI代理创造的超高生产力时代”为主题，介绍了基于实际工业现场应用的AI代理的案例，并阐述了AI技术的实际生产力提高效果。
韩国水电核电社长黄柱浩在题为《电力与核能的新时代》的演讲中分享了核电产业的全球竞争力和出口案例，并强调中型企业应参与核电技术创新。
还提供了政府政策的解释。韩国产业技术振兴院中小企业本部长金恩贞表示，“作为中小企业成长支援政策的一环，对世界一流企业的支援事例同比增长了14%以上”，并表示，“今后将继续提供支援，帮助这些企业通过拓展新事业、实现事业多元化、创新成长，增强全球竞争力”。
随后对管理策略和全球市场变化进行了分析。成均馆大学商学院名誉教授刘必华表示：“全球排名前10%的企业创造了80%以上的利润”，并表示：“我们需要比销售额更注重利润质量和实质的经营。”未来资产证券总经理徐大一分析了为迎接“特朗普2.0时代”而展开的全球金融市场动向，并提出中型企业需要采取战略应对措施。
世界一流企业协会会长李俊赫在开幕致辞中表示，“我们的会员企业在韩国经济中扮演着中枢角色，因此相互的信息交流和团结互助比什么都重要”，并表示，“希望通过本次研讨会，大家能够形成化危机为机遇的创新思维”。
协会相关人士表示：“为了让会员企业取得真正的经营成果，我们将继续通过提供各种产业信息和教育内容，积极支持企业的成长基础。”
La World Class Enterprise Association organise un atelier pour les PDG en 2025
La World Class Enterprise Association a annoncé le 19 qu'elle organisait l'« Atelier des PDG 2025 » à l'hôtel Dragon Valley à Yongpyong Resort, Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do pendant deux jours, du 16 au 17. Environ 90 personnes, dont des PDG et des dirigeants d’entreprises membres, des représentants gouvernementaux et d’organisations connexes, ont assisté à cet événement et ont partagé leurs points de vue sur les changements de l’environnement industriel et renforcé les échanges entre les entreprises.
Cet atelier a été conçu dans le but de renforcer la compétitivité des entreprises de taille moyenne et de rechercher des stratégies de croissance durable dans un contexte d’incertitude de l’environnement économique mondial. Les participants ont discuté de stratégies de gestion pratiques à travers des conférences et des discussions sur divers sujets tels que la transformation numérique, l’innovation technologique et l’expansion mondiale.
Dans une conférence intitulée « Apprendre l’entrepreneuriat auprès de l’amiral Yi Sun-sin », Yoon Dong-han, président de Korea Kolmar, a souligné que « l’écoute, la détermination, la victoire préparée et un leadership axé sur les talents sont les éléments clés pour transformer une crise en opportunité ».
Yoon Seong-ho, PDG de MakinaRocks, a présenté des cas basés sur des agents d'intelligence artificielle appliqués dans des sites industriels réels sous le thème « L'ère de l'hyperproductivité créée par les agents d'IA » et a expliqué les effets pratiques d'amélioration de la productivité de la technologie de l'IA.
Dans sa présentation intitulée « La nouvelle ère de l'électricité et de l'énergie nucléaire », Hwang Ju-ho, président de Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, a partagé la compétitivité mondiale et les cas d'exportation de l'industrie de l'énergie nucléaire et a souligné que les entreprises de taille moyenne devraient participer à l'innovation technologique basée sur l'énergie nucléaire.
Une explication de la politique gouvernementale a également été fournie. Kim Eun-jung, responsable de la division PME de l'Institut coréen pour le progrès technologique (KIAT), a déclaré : « Dans le cadre de notre politique de soutien à la croissance des PME, le nombre de cas de soutien aux entreprises de classe mondiale a augmenté de plus de 14 % d'une année sur l'autre », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à leur apporter notre soutien afin qu'elles puissent renforcer leur compétitivité mondiale grâce à l'expansion de nouvelles activités, à la diversification de leurs activités et à une croissance innovante. »
L'analyse des stratégies de gestion et des changements du marché mondial a suivi. Un responsable de l'association a déclaré : « Nous continuerons à soutenir activement les bases de la croissance des entreprises en fournissant diverses informations industrielles et du contenu éducatif afin que nos entreprises membres puissent obtenir de réels résultats de gestion. »
